Our stay was three weeks. The rooms are spacious, perfect for small families or getaways. The staff are attentive, incredibly patient and so friendly. Easy and reliable shuttle service to and from the airport. Although rooms are clean, only negative, the furniture and curtains are old and need replacing. And our refrigerator kept breaking down.

On location Happy Chef restaurant. Cozy atmosphere, nice window view of Ortigas avenue. We ate there several times for the morning buffet and dine in. Variety of options on the menu. Flavors are consistent and the team treats you like family.
Want to acknowledge Michelle, Alexa, Belle, John and Edmar. Great team of regular staff and trainees.

The Front Desk and Security Team always made sure we had what we needed when we arrived at the hotel or left for the day. Traveling with elderly parents, I felt comfortable for parents. Often times my father would take morning walks, and they always looked out for him. They took great consideration when the grab or taxi arrived to help them in and out the vehicles. They greeted us by our names which added a sincerity to our day. Very warm and welcoming to hear your name recognized. Kudos to:
Chito, Jesiel, Ato, Dante, Joey, MJ, Emmanual, Clyde, Nico, and William
Also want to acknowledge our housekeeper Lerma and the fellas that operated the Spa and Gym. Lerma is such a hardworking little lady. Great staff at the spa always helpful and aware

All the staff are great! Shout out to William, the hotel porter, for being friendly. We stayed in Linden several times now. I think they need to do a lot with the property. Drapes haven’t been washed as I observed. Faucets in the bathrooms/shower need to be replaced or fixed. In short, the hotel should do an upgrade on their property.

I booked a 3 bedroom suite and it was very spacious to my surprise. Not only was it spacious but very clean. When we drove up to the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff and did not hesitate to assist us with our luggage. At check-in, the front desk staff were not as friendly and engaging like the staff that greeted you. One of the front desk staff didn’t even bother to look up and just continued to look down at the computer. I wasn’t sure if he was going to assist me or not so I waited until the other front desk staff finished checking in a customer. While I waited another individual walked in and went straight to the person that was looking at the computer and proceeded to assist him. I was a bit annoyed since he knew I was waiting to be helped. If the front desk staff upon check-in was friendlier and engaging, I would have given 5 stars.

Our refreshed suite was modernized and clean. Very spacious and convenient for charging my electronics near my bedside. The staff was very courteous, welcoming and friendly. The value is excellent for a property as this is. The only regret is we had a short stay. We’ll be making our stay here in the future when we visit here again.

We had a great stay in Linden Suites .we stayed in the refreshed 3 bedrooms.The room is very spacious the living room kitchen you can cook they have the pans utensils plates glass and etc.They will provide drinking water for u Just minor complaints the shower drain does not drain as fast as it should be u have to wait a lil bit so it will not flood the bathroom. The staff are all nice helpful and accommodating especially Harold in the front desk.Lawson convenient store is walkable its like beside the hotel, Pan de manila is walkable for those who like fresh pandesal , beside the pandemanila is 7 eleven.Megamall and podium edsa shangriila is walkable around 15 minutes depend on ur pace .Jollibee KFC Starbucks and buddys are walkable too.We like it eventhough the building is not as modern kinda outdated.will stay again in Linden suites !Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised upon check in that I had been upgraded to a larger suite. Easy walking distance to MegaMall and Podium mall. There were a couple of convenience stores, Lawson and 7-11 just steps from the hotel. Staff provided excellent service. Will definitely stay again

I always stay here every time I go to Manila. The facility is a little outdated but clean and safe. It is convenient; walking distance to Podium and Mega Mall. The staff were great. The security guards has a personal approach, shout out to Morales, who always remember me and calls me by my last name. The restaurant staff at the Happy Chef were great too, shout out to Darwin and Ms Kim, who were always very pleasant and nice. Overall my stay at Linden this time was excellent and I highly recommend this place. This hotel might not have the luxury of the other hotels within the proximity but it has its own pleasant and personalize identity that sets it apart from the rest.

I have been staying in this hotel everytime I have a meeting or convention in Manila since it is easy access to everything and closed to the malls. Though the hotel needs updating it is convenient, clean, feels safe and homey. The security, bell boys and housekeeping are very helpful and friendly. The front desk….probably one or two who you can tell they like what they do and the rest were just there because they have to. Not very helpful at all. Everytime I go there it takes forever to check in and check out. The last time I was there it was the worst. It took more than 40 mins to check me out and some customers were already cussing of frustration since there were only 2 in the front desk and the other 3 you can see were just going in and out and not helping at all. Very frustrating. Hopefully, it’s either they change or update their computer system or all be helping as a team when there are a lot of customers waiting. But overall this is a good hotel.

I like that we had a big unit with 3 bedrooms and a kitchen. Bathrooms need upgrades as well as furniture in the living room. We can hear the noise from unit above us dragging their chairs. Air condition needs upgrading in masters bedroom. Robert restaurant manager is amazing letting us order ahead as we have a late arrival and he even set up the food in our unit. Front desks staffs and security and housekeeping all polite. Hotel is close to shopping malls. It was overall a pleasant stay.

We had a comfortable stay with my family it was spacious. The suite located in Bridge tower specifically room 614 was outdated, elevator was narrow, from the room where we stayed in took us a long walk and 2 elevators ride. Staff was courteous and friendly but nobody offered help from the moment we carry our luggages from the lobby. Parking was part of our accommodation but curve coming in and going out from the parking garage was narrow. Okay for short stay if no choice at all.

Stayed for 15 days. Centrally located within the Pasig business area. Walking distance from three malls. Stay was very comfortable. Cooperative and polite staff. Lacked a business office for guests to work but front desk staff was more than ready to help with finding a solution. General Manager was very courteous and resolved an early check in request on a very busy check out day. Although I had to wait for a while, I was assigned the best executive suite at the hotel, with the best view of the city. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend the hotel.

There was no hot water in the morning, bath tub and bathroom sink would not drain the water, cleaning crew did not vacuum the room (crumbs from previous guest were still in the carpet). When checking in, the check in process needs review and customer experience improvement (check in representative courteously asked me to sit and wait while they process the reservation - not something a tired guest wants to hear on checkin especially after 26 hours of flying). Lobby is loud (it echoes the noises of the other patrons) and drafty (the AC blows everywhere, making it feel like there is a strong wind through the lobby). Was awakened by a call at 10am stating check out is at 11am, but the Expedia app stated it is at 12 noon (hotel signage did display 11 am, but it is not congruent with what I based my decision in the Expedia app). The manager did courteously listen to my concerns and issues, which was great of her. Overall, this experience was a very disappointing for a 4 star hotel, and unless serious process changes and maintenance is done to this location, I would recommend to avoid at all costs. There are multiple other options on the same road and very close by to choose from. Choose them.

There is no electrical outlet at bed side table that make it very inconvenient. There shouldnt be 3 days then have a house keeping which need to argue and demand for it. Wifi shouldnt limit for 2 devices since we may have 3 devices per person.

The facility is old needs lots of maintenance. Sheets, towels, and mattresses need to be changed they are stained and very worn. Customer services sucks. Front desk does not answer or return calls. Pool reservation was missed. Tv was not working; took 6 hours and a complaint to the front desk to handle my complaint.

Pool was incredible dirty and was obviously not cleaned even weekly. Kids were running and diving and when i asked the lifeguard he just said \"napagsabihan ko na sila eh\".

I asked a spoon from front desk it never arrived even after the same trip to the front desk.

When I cancelled our Cathay Pacific flight to Manila for Feb 9, due to travel ban for all flights coming from HK, I also requested cancellation of our Linden Suites reservation, not expecting anything as it was booked as non refundable. But to my surprise, Linden agreed to cancel with full refund, clearly understanding the consequence had we continued our flight. In the end, I decided to keep the reservation since I rebooked my flight (just me). Linden is now my hotel of choice whenever I travel to Manila. 👍

Suites very good size, bedrooms & bathrooms spacious. Kitchenette facility very basic, perhaps more utensils required & some basic supplies like sponge, washing liquid as standard.
Stayed at Linden on numerous occasions & have never been disappointed, as a smoker the smoking room is appreciated.
The only complaint I would have is that although the food in both the restaurant & room service is in generally good, please try & serve eggs that are hot/warm! every egg served was stone cold.

It might be the timing as we were there during the Christmas season but it was too crowded, had to wait a while to be checked in, and the elevators are a terrible wait. Too crowded, which does not make it very relaxing. Also, it appears that they actually allow parties, and they were noisy. We were a family in a 2 bedroom unit trying to have a quiet, relaxing staycation, but we were in a middle of units having noisy parties. And also, Linden, a thing called felt pads and rubbers had already been invented, we hear our neighbours moving their (probably) dining chairs in the middle of the night. So annoying!

The property photos didn't accurately reflect the actual suites. Older furniture, bathrooms not fully clean with evident mold in shower and under mat. Bland interior design. AC unit leaked onto the floor of master bedroom. Beds were acceptable.Location is outstanding though as it is less than a block from the Podium mall. This is better classified as a 2 or 2.5 star property.

The amenities even the health club area is good. They even provide extra towels before going to pool. The check in process was quite tedious because they only accept digitized ID, I have to ask someone from home to send me a soft copy of my ID. There was also an issue with electricity, imagine I was in the tub and the lights are coming in and out multiple times.

Have stayed at Linden before, they are consistent. The suites are lovely and spacious. The wifi password system is a bit old, the checkin process makes you feel like a criminal being processed into jail, but after that everyone and everything is awesome. Lovely facilities, great staff.

Expected more from a 4-star hotel

Booked 2 bedroom suite for a family of 4.
Place is rundown.
Moulds in the bath, no toilet paper, only 1 robe per room, robes were old, only 1 face towel per room.
Beds hard a rock. Only 2 pillows in the master bedroom.
Tables are dirty, sofas stained. No hand towels in the kitchen.
Staff were nice, eggs freshly cooked on the spot a nice touch.

Bathroom faucet drainage is very slow and so is the bathtub.
Air conditioning is weak
