Room very clean and bed made up professionally. Sheets smell fresh and tightly stretched (you can flip a coin on it). As far as the staff everyone was courteous, kind, attend to your requests promptly, and always with a smile. That's from the guards, front desk and room attendants. BIG KUDOS to all!❤️

Check in went smooth. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Room was average at best. Clean, but some little friends came out crawling from the drainage in the bathroom. The gym is well equipped to get a decent workout. Friendly house keeper.

I moved from a deluxe twin room to a suite cause some family members visited and stayed with us. All the staff were very personable attending to you and helping us out. From the front desk: Tin, Christine, Cherry, Sarah, Zy, Cedrick, Aaron, housekeeper Eric on the 9th floor they are all outstanding! They greet you every time they see you and always ready to assist you with your needs/concerns.
Definitely wouls stay there next time when in the area.

First of all, let me say that their staff is amaIng. Unfortunately, the accomodation is not so great. The hall had a strong smell, similar to an insecticide and we found cackroaches in our room. This made our stay very uncomfortable.

There was no tea in the room and when I requested for 1 they said they dont give out tea, even when there was a sign saying free complimentary coffee and tea. Its was noisy and dusty due to maintenance works and the jacuzzi wasnt working, in which staff said it hasnt been working for almost 1 year. The corridors also smelled damp.

Microwave was in the photo of my premium room and it was not provided in my room, only for premier rooms

Took staff 50 mins to fulfill my request of heating my meal with their staff microwave

Fridge was set to 7 temp, it froze my items, nearly exploded my 2 reusable bottles

The door to my unit was possibly tampered with as on my 2nd day I nor the front desk staff could open it without a specialist coming to replace the door

The tv remote buttons are not accurate and confusing

No soap when I arrived yet room was supposed to have been cleaned and was a late arrival so plenty of time.
No complimentary coffee or tea but they had a sign say otherwise.
Bathroom light switch dirty, not ever cleaned.

Made up room and took away 2nd towel and still didn't provide coffee or tea.
Shower was difficult to adjust, from burning hot to cool. Never got that right

Worst accommodation/Clean conditions are cockroaches roaming around, the bed is partially springy and one side is off, so I gave them a room. When I asked them to change it, they replaced the bed mat with something smaller than the original size after 2 hours. The trip was a mess because there was no room cleaning at all after 2 days

First off, i wouldnlike to state my review has absolutely nothing to do with the staff as they did their best tobtry and resolve a bad situation.

Amenities are good.

Staff is great.

Elevators are horrible. They can take up to 25 minutes to arrive as there are only 3 elevators for the whole tower and one of them was not servicing the hotel.

Lastly, the sheer number of cockroaches is overwhelming. Staff is aware as they state that even though they do regular pest control, they cannot control whst the people in the apartments do. Even though i had my room sprayed twice, the cockroaches persisted. In the bathroom, on the desk, on the nightstands... EVERYWHERE!

The room given to me was dated and had small cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. The next morning I asked to be transferred and the staff transferred me to a room which is bigger and cleaner, but the room still had cockroaches in it. Guests should note the hotel staff are not available from midnight until 8 in the morning. There were a couple of times that I called the staff at the front desk during regular hours but nobody was answering.

well my wife and I enjoyed the biillards/pool area, the staff was very good in helping any concerns we had.....and as always the staff was friendly and polite.
the only thing I didn't quite appreciate was the rental of the water kettle, I think it was far too high , could have bought a new one for the week we stayed there...

WiFi doesn't work. No free bottled water no hot water shower. Beds can feel the springs. Elevator waiting average 30 minutes. Facilities not as describe as everything is under maintaomamce or spoilt. Very run down. Definitely a waste of money.

The Good:
Beds are comfy, in room safe works, staff are warm and friendly

The Not So Good:
Toilets are really really small. Toilet door cannot open fully. Shower area only has a curtain so high chance after a shower the whole floor will be wet/flooded.
Smokers beware - although property has a designated smoking area, it is located by the pool so it closes at 10pm

Don’t do last minute bookings here

I booked the room last minute and arrived there just a few minutes after booking it. The front desk lady told us to wait for 30-45 minutes and we did. When I came back to ask if its ready the first thing that came out of this lady’s mouth was “you booked last minute, next time book in advance so you can have the room ready”. I was in shock because I work in the same industry as her and from my experience I will never say nor be allowed to talk to guests that way, its rude. On top of that, the key card didn’t work the first time and we were on the 26th floor. We had to come back down and up again just for it, total inconvenience. Also, our room smelled like cigarettes and to think that it took them an hour to let us in? Unbelievable.

I booked online about 20 minutes before midnight. I checked in at 12 AM. Then I was asked to wait as the room was being prepared. I waited 15 minutes before I was handed the card key.

The staff was courteous and accommodating.

The bathroom tiles have dark grout. Floor tiles have chipped off. A few of the tiles in the lobby are popping out.

This was my second time in the hotel and I’m saying the same observation- the hallway was too warm and humid.

The room is spacious.

The staff are very accommodating and cheerful. Francis to took our reservation was very accommodating. That's the same with all the ladies at the reception. We came in a little early the usual check in time and he was able to find us our room.

The guards and housekeeping crew are all great. Will definitely recommend.

Hotel staff, management and security detail DO NOT honor their published NO PARTY POLICY. At 3AM, a wedding entourage began assembling, deep frying bacon and garlic rice which permeated throughtout the floor and into the rooms. The smoke alarm blared 3 times in 40 minutes. Wedding party amd crashers have no respect for silence and can be heard running through the halls. I was eventually relocated at 545AM to a different room 3 floors away. The steam room does not work properly, and roaches were present in both rooms i was given. If you're in the Philippines on business, this IS NOT the place you want to stay.

Rooms need proper cleaning.

I can say that our trip was not exactly how I expected. The room was nice, but the airconditioning is quite poor; because it was just facing the wall and the air doesn't blow our way.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned as I've noticed some bits and pieces of something \"soil-like\" bits on the floor and it slightly smelled of sewer from the lavatory drain. The TV had no proper remote for the actual TV as we wanted to watch a film with my flashdrive but there was no way we could navigate without the remote. So, for overall stay, I'd rate it a 3-4/10.

The staff were very friendly, we got to our hotel way too early because we had an early flight. They were able to let us check in 3 hours before the actual check in time, we even offered to pay but they let us in for free. Also after checking out we were still able to use their pool and other facilities for free. The pool is between two buidilings so you barely get any sun, and we found a few cockroaches in our room. The sheets and everything else were clean though. Good location as there are heaps of shops around. Favourite thing there was the service, the staff were super friendly. Over all experience is good.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The hotel desk staff here really do not understand about customer service. On check in they tried to make me change my name on the account because I am called Ken, however, my passport is Kenneth! The the toilet was leaking badly, 3 times I tried to change rooms and was declined, 3 times they said they would fix the leaking toilet......No this has not happened.

I most certainly will not stay in this place again!

I would say it was price appropriate... I do think a modest remodel of the rooms would be good. The old non working wall phone and dated worn furniture could use upgrading.

They offered me a replacement room but I was too busy to change the room.

I stayed Sep 2018 and again gave it another try this month hoping against hope that they would improve as per response of the Hotel Manager to my feedback. They gave us the most premier room they have and we still have to ask them again to clean the room because of dirty carpets. Room 10P has a broken shower. The ceiling are plastered with tapes like some people partied the night before. What a total wreck. Please please please please do not book this hotel. I have stayed here more than 5 times and this time I finally made up not to give them a chance. It’s a rundown hotel.i give this 2 years more and I won’t be surprised if they are out of business or under new management.

Very disappointed and got no help from reception

The room had a bad smell. Hot water didn't work. Aircon was too old and made so much noise. Had called the reception regarding these issues. A mechanic was sent who was too aggressive and could not fix the aircon issue. Old run down hotel. No point staying in such a hotel whilst on business.

Hotel is very close to MegaMall. The staff and security guards were very friendly and helpful. The room that I booked has a a small kitchen area with refrigerator, electric stove and microwave. It also has a small dining area and living room area. The room is clean though it needs to be updated. The bathroom is small and can barely fit 3 people in it. Overall, for the price I paid, I will stay in this hotel again. I give this hotel 3 out of 5 stars.

We booked the Deluxe Classic Room. The view from the room was okay (facing the highway). The amenities was good considering you can use it even if you're checking out. The building next door is being built so, if you're sensitive of other people looking at you while swimming then not a good place for you. Swimming pool is good for children, as well as the jacuzzi. We loved the sauna. We had a difficult time changing the channel in the room. The digibox was not affixed properly. Overall, stay was okay. We'd consider returning but probably not with the Classic.

Suggestions:
Ice bucket in every room
Ice machine on every floor
Toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers, and basic shaving kit in every room.
Additonal seating for the classic room.

Stay away if you want a better vacation!

A rundown hotel residency that is deteriorating in external and inside physical conditions. Never tarnish your stay or vacation with such an unpleasant experience in this hotel. The accommodation provides you with cups and saucers but not a water kettle. Pay extra for microwave, and ref. Parking security people are rude and disrespectful. PWD parking are pickup and drop only until you argue with them. otherwise.
