The place is centrally located where one could easily access shopping, nightlife and restaurants. Inspite of it being centrally located, it is a very safe location. The staff are friendly yet very professional and accommodating.
The only draw back is that there is no gym or workout center and no pools..

An absolutely great hotel. I was a bit skeptical initially but from the moment I checked-in, I realised that this hotel was worth every cent I paid. Very good service, decent sized rooms, very clean and well maintained.

I will definitely stay here the next time I am here and happy to recommend this place to anyone seeking a good hotel where you get excellent value for your money.

The room was fairly clean, the room had no air ventilation unless you left the main door open, the aircon was leaking which wet the floor, aircon was not cold enough, had to remind reception to return our laundry after almost 24 hours from time we gave our laundry.

If you stay here do not skip the breakfast. It's made to order and portions are pretty generous.

Area is quiet and convenient. Centrally located for most major areas.

Room was fine. Comfy bed, reliable hot and cold water, strong air conditioning and a back up generator in case of power outage.

This hotel was in the middle of the hustle bustle of the city. It has some great restaurants around also if you're looking for a little night life you have \"Poblacion\" which is a bunch of lounges and clubs just pretty much behind the hotel or a block away just ask around. As far a shopping you have Rockwell and Greenbelt. Transportation is accesible there are also walkable places just really depends where you're going. For the price of $50 cdn ora night i would highly recommend

The location is near many great dining options. The hotel is clean, with an option to have breakfast included with your stay at a low price. The hotel room itself has everything a traveler needs for a relaxing environment, including slippers which I have used well after I checked out and traveled to other places in the Philippines. A lady offered free massage in the cafe, the massage was wonderful, thank you! Our room (304) was above the Main Street and was particularly noisy during the night, even with ear plugs in! Perhaps a room at the back would be quieter.

Hotel is in a good location near the main bars and restaurants but far enough away to be very quiet at night. Ourvroom had very few windows so it was dark at night which was good for us. Wifi signal is OK for browsing but no good for streaming. Staff friendly. Breakfast although sounding nice was inedible most days due to the huge amounts of oil everything is cooked in and then left in the skillet plates which it is served on. Overall decent choice though

This was my first ever visit to the Philippines & I will definitely be back. The staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. Check in was a breeze, Al, (receptionist) was extremely helpful, pleasant and so were the porters, security guard and cafe staff.

The hotel is located next door to the police station, a restaurant & convenience store.

Was bothered by manager who agressivly questioned whether i was a guest at the hotel despite me being in public cafe area while paying for coffee and this made me feel unwelcome. Take security deposit on credit card but though they run card at checkin refuse to run reversal at checkout or give recipt or any paperwork at all (despite acknowleging there will be no charges) and say return of deposit will take weeks.

Everything was good. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The only thing that was less then perfect was that our room did not have a window, so there was no natural light. We were not aware of that when we made the booking. On the bright side, we didn't have to worry about the early morning sun waking us 😁.
