Staff is super helpful. Aside from that, and the low room rate, the rest of the experience was subpar. Classic experience of ‘you get what you pay for’, but fell short even in that sense. The in-room safe was missing its door, rendering it unusable. The WiFi was painfully slow (scrolling short videos, for example, had regular intermittent buffering), and made for a tedious online experience. The bottom edge of the shower curtain was about 15mm too short, not reaching the top of the shower enclosure, causing it to easily allow water to splash outside the shower and onto the regular bathroom floor, often drenching the bath mat. The hotel building is situated within 20 meters of an intersection with plenty of traffic, and the road the hotel is on is a bit of a side road commonly used by motor bikes and cars as a bit of a short cut. Some of these vehicles are VERY loud and the sound comes right into the room, as the windows face the street and the rooms have seemingly zero sound proofing. So any time of day, or night, be prepared to possibly be awoken by loud vehicles driving by (all rooms I imagine would have this same issue, as its not a large building and most of the rooms face the street). So, overall it was fine. The aircon worked well. A few of the issues may have been room specific. Yes, its a budget type of hotel, so one shouldn’t always expect a lot. Aside from the exterior noise and poor WiFi performance, with the other issues fixed it would have been slightly better.

Because I don’t like that hotel, I don’t recommend in the hotel. The furniture was dirty. The toilet was not working good the shower. The water is very very very slow. Small water is coming out and a lot of problem when I was over there the bed is not good it’s not uncomfortable so I don’t recommend that hotel anybody I’m sorry that’s my opinion

First of all we had to change 3 rooms before find a suitable one , electrical problem, TV didn’t work, very noisy from the street, then breakfast room service, they give what they like , no suitable for foreigners, no choice ! ants on the bathroom around your toiletry to have an air drier asked a few time then get one after 3 day very disappointing

This hotel is less than a kilometer away from my place in Makati so it is ideal for me to use it as quarantine facility. The Asst. Manager in charge when I was there was serious and strict about the hotel's part in the quarantine protocols. Ms Dalit was also resourceful in resolving issues related to my stay.

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. The only negative impression I had was the linens have seen so many wash cycles that they need to be replaced.

The facility was great, the interenet was suprisingly good, if you want bars or the famous burgous streeet its a great location,
My only complain is that the staff could be rather slow when asking for sheets to be changed or towels to be replaces.

Cheap hotel with helpful staff.

Very helpful staff. Big rooms but honestly the room was not as new as the pictures in the website. It includes breakfast that the staff delivers upon request in the morning. The hotel is very near a shopping mall. The only problem during my stay was I woke up with insect bites in my right hand and I saw ants in the bedside tables. My sister who stayed in another room reported that she saw cockroaches.

Excellent service received when I check at from the front desk ( Sherry, Faith) and the other 2 guys at the front desk. Daily clean up from the housekeeping fresh towel, Nescafe instant coffee supply. The room has a kettle for you to boil water for coffee or tea & also has a fridge in the room.& also toothbrush, toothpaste soap & shampoo. Thank you from the Security, Bellman, housekeeping & Gino looking after my daily breakfast an excellent service I had received. Will ve back next year.

Check-in was good with pleasant staff. Our room was spacious, with a small table and two chairs, large shower, wardrobes and drawers. The bed was kingsized and suitable for tall ppl like me. We had opted for breakfast to be included but were a bit disappointed with plastic cutlery and cardboard box delivery, tho one day we did get ceramic plates. Location is good - close to night-life, malls, eateries etc. Water was provided on each floor by dispenser. Our first room had no daylight, however we asked and moved to a large window room.

The location isn’t phenomenal which means you have everything walking distance, however the place is dirty. First room smelled like sewage then they transferred us and the view from the window was into this sewage looking alley. The place is just like its city. Sewage smelling, dirty, old, and very very bad WiFi in the rooms. If you want WiFi do NOT book here.

Great Makat location across from Century city mall

Hotel is quite primitive and looks dingy and stale. It is not computerized and does everything on paper and register books.

The bed looked like it had been there since the 70s. The bathroom is still primitive with hot water deliberately turned off and no bidet (water hose).

It is a zero star hotel that somehow ended up on Expedia as a 3 star hotel - seriously? For an extremely primitive hotel, they prices are very high.

The staff though, are extremely nice, polite and friendly. This is typical of most staff in most hotels in Philippines.

It is a low standard hotel for those who think they are getting a good deal.

I saw the condition of the hotel and refused to check in and left - yes, it is that bad - and immediately booked a room in the nearby Best Western Oxford Suites.

I ended up forfeiting my booking charges which were non-refundable. Yes, I got scammed by Expedia and this atrocious hotel.

It turned out to be a satisfactory 3-night stay

It turned out to be a satisfactory stay. I was first given an uninspiring room facing the heavy traffic (thus noisy, especially in early morning hours; noisy with noisy motorcycles and ill-oiled jeepneys), otherwise soundproofing could have been sufficient. I was moved the next day to a back-facing room and was immensely better; I was so happy with this move, after which I felt I had a very satisfactory, restful, 3-day stay. The included breakfast was nothing to write home about; just your typical unappetizing filipino \"treat\" but, luckily, in my case, I had two choices (since I was traveling solo and booked a double room). Given that I took two breakfasts (instead of one) I was also rather satisfied with what I got. Will I book this hotel again? Probably, depending on the rate.

Enjoyed my stay there, room service was good, room was visually clean. Walls very thin could her a pin drop in the next room. Restaurant was clean, staff pleasant, food was very good A++, the only let down was the menu was out of date as half of it was not available or not provided anymore.

This is a budget hotel that has all the basic facilities including complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee making facilities. Aircon was also good. Room was a bit old and tired but still clean.

Great little boutique type hotel with reasonable prices and smiling friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is close to all the local action, across from Century City Mall and has easy transportation access to Greenbelt Mall and other attractions. There is a restaurant on site serving a free breakfast for two and all day menu with good food and prices.

Nice BUDGET HOTEL in safe area... however, older hotel. Very close to new Century City Mall. Traffic can be a little noisy in front rooms. FREE Breakfast is nice an adequate AND.. INN CAFE is also very convenient as it is in same building.
AC blows directly on bed all night long.. and can be noisy if fan on high. I had to block air flow with room furniture.

Hotel is satisfactory for an overnight stay

I got this hotel because of its proximity to our Christmas Party venue. The room has an old feel but is satisfactory for an overnight stay. The room that we were in has water closet that has a very low water pressure making it very hard to flush. Food is also satisfactory. Staffs' friendliness and courteousness is not consistent. Some are friendly yet some bother less. Nevertheless, we got a comfortable rest after the party.

A good hotel and a good price for short stays.

I was in-transit and needed a place to stay for one night. The Fersal Hotel Bel-Air
was clean, comfortable and well-located, in the Makati district of Manila and next to the Century Mall. The free breakfast was good, if not elaborate, and the hotel was within walking distance of the Ayala Triangle and Greenbelt Park (about 15-20 mins). My only negative observation is that the hotel lobby is/was undergoing remodeling, and, the noise could be an issue for some. All in a all, a good and well-priced hotel in a good area of Manila.

The room was clean and the location is great for finding great restaurants close to the hotel. The Century City Mall is also really close in case you need anything. The internet is not consistant and the speed is not really good for skype calls and uploading.
