The room needs to be fully renovated carpets are molded and there’s smell in the room. I even got rashes for both of my arms due to hygiene issues. The staff and manager are very kind and professional try to solve the problem for the guests. But have being said, the hotel needs a full renovation.

Room was old and had burns on the carpet, Hot water lasted approximately 1 minute, and the toilet was blocked three times during my stay. I requested a change of room after the first night of my four-night stay. I was not shifted until the last night following me complaining for the third time.
The location is fine but thats about it

Honestly I have Mixed feelings regarding this hotel!

They originally put me in a Very Dated but extremely large room on the 17th floor, as I arrived after midnight I didn't really care too much as all I wanted to do is sleep and I slept very deeply but the next morning I started noticing a funny smell, but I thought it'd dissipate, so I went out for the day and did my thing, then in the evening when I got back at 1830 I noticed the smell got more intense and I also noticed across the hall and also the unit next to me they were doing construction on and the smell was all the fumes from the paint thiners and other chemicals.

I went down to the reception and complained they said all they could do is spray some air freshener in my room, I was not impressed I asked to be moved. I was told it was impossible. I rolled my eyes and walked away. I went out again for dinner this time and came back around 9pm and again the smell got more intense as they left all the doors of the rooms under construction open. I went back and complained again. Finally they offered to move me. They were going to give me a handicap room which was actually smaller than the room that I currently had, I refused then they ended up moving me to a nicer room with a king size bed instead of the queen that I originally had.

My 2nd and final night I did sleep well as well in the new room.

Firstly On arrival for check in almost 2 late .. the next morning required room service at 9am nothing made another request at 6.30pm and waited 2 hour's .
The carpet in the room was Disgusting there was BUG'S on the tables. The air-conditioning was like a heater on low heat.. I was abused by a visitor to the Berjaya hotel with a aggressive behavior and threatened in the lobby area..
Quite a few times I found the room wasn't fully serviced from time to time I had to request certain things either towels or request trash bin to be emptyed.. the shower screens had Stains All over..
Apon check out the house keeping checked the room the room was ok but was told that there's 2 small size towels that was dirty and asked me to pay for them I couldn't believe what I was hearing If I was to have a shower and use the towels do I need to keep them clean or Wash them so I won't be charged for them seriously I couldn't believe what I'm hearing it's insane..
the front desk stuff were very rude and always chatting among them self's while waiting to ask someone for what ever I require.
In All honesty I've never ever encountered anything like that before from any hotel in the Philippines which I've stayed in over the years by booking through Expedia.
Overall THE HOTEL ROOM WAS DISGUSTING Stuff zero helpful
Management didn't offer anything for the inconveniences All the manager did was approached me one Mid morning and said I saw your review ..
Final words this hotel is not family friendly

The carpet in the hallway and in the room stinks and dirty. The air conditioning remote is opposite of setting. If you put the thermostat on 16 centigrade it’s hot. Put it on 23 too cold. Food sucks no variety. The staff are polite and helpful. We will not go back to this place

the floor carpet was dirty , felt like it was not cleaned in years. even for their most expensive premier studios.

the checking was extremely slow, they could not give me a room even until 4:30 PM.

the rooms were not very quiet and I could hear outside noise even at floor 24.

The room is comfortable. Sheets weren't crispy clean but manageable. Tub is not that clean. Service of staff excellent. Hotel needs some maintenance work. Water pressure is horrible. Restaurant is very good. Security is good. Worth the price though. You get what you pay.

There is an enclave of hotels and condos in this area of Poblacion, Makati that ranges from Budget to mid-tier 4 star. This one falls right in the middle. An affordable, clean and hospitable hotel right smack dab in the middle of the action. Expect budget conscious families and Foreigner Cowboys with Pinay girlfriends shacking up in this hotel. Lots of cheap restaurants and rooftop bars nearby. There is a mall with all the basics in the next block over. This part of Makati never sleeps and expect lots of interesting characters coming and going here in a wonderful confluence of red light district and family coalescing together. A 20 minute walk will get you to the greenbelt area assuming it’s not flooding right now.

First, the staff is great. (Minus the fact that house keeping didn't sweep the floors.

Next, The building was dated.
The tv situation, there were 2 tvs, but only 1 remote shared between them. The tvs also offered different things to watch. One local only and the other streaming apps.

When we looked at the hotel on Expedia, the pictures looked very nice and clean, but when we saw the real thing, I was shocked. Everything in the hotel was old and the rooms were dark, and the toilet was very funny. You can't even sit on it. The open buffet breakfast is a complete disgrace. I have never seen anything like it in my life. There is no cheese or even eggs to eat. In short, there is nothing. I even have the pictures. I am not exaggerating.

Management should accept any senior ID that will entitle them to a senior discount. By law, regardless of nationality, upon presentation of ID is enough to such a privilege. Management should aware of this. I was denied the discount, because I do not have the regular Senior ID card, but I have my passport & license to indicate that I am a senior citizen.

Arrived on time for check in and was told wouldnt be able to check in till afte 7. Was woken up every morning at 7 am by jackharming due to construction on the floor below me. Went to front desk and asked to change rooms or be compensated for all the issues and they said theres nothing they can do. Will never stay here again

the hotel was just Okay, yet in the same price range we could have got better. Staff blurts out your room number without any concerns for safety. After sharing that it is a safety concern, it fell on def ears. Staff told us they were fully booked and can not extend. Yet we were able to find it no problem online and then extended.

Centrally located. Used the in-house spa and it was wonderful. Everything was great... except the overall condition. It is an older building, but needs many upgrades. Mainly the carpet from years of neglect and cigarette burns everywhere.
