We were given smoking rooms even though we requested a non-smoking rooms. We were advised that we needed to reserve a non smoking rooms as requests won't necessarily be provided. Problem was, there was no such options from Hotel.com.

We ended up had to pay an extra rp. 150,000/room to get two non smoking rooms. Unfortunately the other room stayed as smoking room due to availability. The staff said they will spray some air freshener which unfortunately did not help with the smell. We were very disappointed with this experience.

The walls are also thin as you can hear people from the corridor talking very loudly.

Our upgraded rooms were spacious and clean. The smoking room was much smaller in size. However towels were a bit worn out.

We stayed for one night before we head back to America. Their hospitality was amazing. Wahyu ant the reception desk was extremely welcoming and helpful with our needs. Our breakfast was packed and ready at 5am. Our shuttle to the airport was ready and on time. The shuttle driver was very helpful as well. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic hotel near airport

Clean and comfortable hotel close Juanda International Airport (10-15 minute drive). Rooms are reasonably sized, there is good breakfast buffet and the pool looks fun. Would definitely stay here again if I have another layover in Surabaya.

Unpleasant experience due unnotify changing room

We asked for non smoking room and when we came they run out of non smoking room and change our room to smoking room without let us know. We came and directly went out to mall so didn’t notice until we were back in the midnight and my kids are sleeping. They woke up and got astma attack due to smoke came to our room.

Elegant & New - Best Breakfast Buffet!

Probably the overall nicest hotel of our 3 weeks in Indonesia, although we only stayed one night as a layover on our way to the Gilli Islands (it was only about 10 minutes from the airport). Brand new everything - rooms were clean, comfortable, and chic in design. The included breakfast buffet was OFF THE HOOK. Excellent array of foods, and even a cappicino machine! Elegant surroundings in the restaurant and a beautiful pool as well. HIGHLY recommended.

Convenient hotel 10 minutes to Terminal 2.

Good hotel from check in right up to check out. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, breakfast is good and starts from 5:30am.
There is a nice bar on the ground floor. I was there on a Friday night and there was a live band.
Free shuttle to the airport is provided.
High recommended hotel.

My daughter and two friends had to fly home to Perth from Surabaya following repeated flight cancellations from Bali during volcano activity. After a 15 hour drive from Denpasar, the Premier Palace was welcoming, clean and comfortable. The three girls were able to stay together in the same room and they felt safe at a stressful time. Booking from Australia was simple, check in was problem free and a shuttle took them to the airport the next day.
Thank you staff of Premier Palace.

The best premier inn ever?

This must be one of the best premier inns ever. Wonderful pool area. Wish I could have stayed longer. The person on check-in was extremely helpful as I had an early start, so arranged wake up call, free transport to airport and take away breakfast

We had a early morning flight from Terminal 2 of the Surabaya Juanda airport, so we spent a night in this hotel.
Had a good night's sleep, and used a free shuttle to the airport.
Also, hotel provided us with a breakfast box.

Hotel is equipped with a nice pool, but we didn't used it.

You would be crazy to stay here

Food terrible no hot water in sinks they say all rooms set op this way. Many mosquitoes in 2 of the rooms had to move 2 times. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone that is a business traveler or for a short layover.

Close to airport, clean, food is just OK

Staid there for an overnight flight connection. Didn't explore anything outside the hotel. Service was OK. The food at the restaurant was not as good as I hoped but OK, considering all other benefits. Room was clean and comfortable.
