I was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews but my room was very clean. Hallways and public spaces were all clean and well lit. Parking with multiple entrances provides easy access but only one elevator at one end of a very long hallway. Comfortable bed and no feather pillows which I very much appreciate. Quiet surroundings and pleasant staff.

I have stayed at this hotel before and every time they say that they’re updating the rooms. I have yet to stay in an updated room. The tub fixtures are older and hard to adjust. The rest the stay was alright.

The rooms were 50 years old at least. The bedding was chemically washed at least 100 times. When I arrived I had to stand and wait 30 minutes because the computer system was wonky and they couldn’t log on to find my reservation. Many loud events were taking place and it was very loud down the hall. The bathroom was at most 30 sq ftt to fit a sink,tub and commode. The sink needed channel lock pliers to turn on the faucets. All to get a trickle of water that would take half an hour to fill a plastic glass. The drapes were sheer so that people could look into the room on the first floor. Saw dozens of people walking by looking into the room. Hilton has slipped so far down ladder of quality lodging I will not use them again. Their brand is trash.

We went for a drink at 9:30 pm as we were told they were open till 11pm.
Aii the bright lights were on, when the bartender saw us he started slamming chairs into tables, indicating he was closing. The place smelled horrible with bleach. It was evident we weren’t welcome. I went to talk to the front desk clerk, but appeared to be on a personal call on his earbuds, totally ignoring us.

It was an overnight stay. Arrived at 10 pm so after a long day looked froward to getting some sleep for early meeting following day. It’s located off the beaten bath and close to highway so I inquired if our room faced the highway. Very pleasant man a check in assured us rooms were not on the side of the noise. Hotel room was fine, bedding fresh, went to close the blackout shades…there wasn’t any just sheers and side panels..nothing to block noise or light. Room faced the parking lot which

We had a wonderful stay! When we arrived, the staff handled a small issue quickly and professionally, moving us to a new room right away. The room was spotless and welcoming, with thoughtful touches like neatly folded Kleenex and toilet paper.

The breakfast was excellent — a full, hot meal well worth adding to your stay. Everything showed real care, cleanliness, and great service. Highly recommend!

The staff was fantastic. It was an easy check-in and get into the room. The water got hot quick. Everything worked out very nicely. Felt pretty clean. The beds felt great. Most important thing to me is the bed and it was very clean and easy to sleep. They did a great job with the blackout curtains as well.

Beds are just ok- we like them a bit firmer - TV remote needed battery but was too late to go looking for them. Finally, take the restaurant menus out of the rooms if the selections are available any more - it was buffet only for breakfast and apparently for dinner as well

Our room was very much in need of renovation. When you walk down the hall on the first floor, you can smell, stale, moldy smell. Also, we were awakened in the morning by two of the maids, right outside our door, talking very loudly and laughing loudly. Also, the coffee in the lobby was cold.
Overall, it was not one of the best days I’ve ever had.

After a long day tried to sleep. Mattress collapsed down to the frame. It was in horrible condition. Spoke with front desk manager and it appears they replace the mattress only after my complaint. Hotel is okay but seems to be a run on a small budget.

My daughter and I wanted a comfortable place to hang out and spend some time together in a cute area. Our plan was to watch a movie in the hotel room in the evening. But the TV was an SD model that had no connection to the internet. I thought that was standard in nice hotels these days.We had to watch the movie on my computer. Also the bathroom had an old tub/shower that dripped. The showerhead was sub-par. A disappointment

I remember this hotel before the face lift. Its appearance has certainly improved and the front desk folks were very nice but the room’s bed mattress was awful. I recall staying here in 2918, prior to hotel upgrade. Same lumpy mattresses. Uncomfortable night’s sleep.

Easy and comfortable

My husband, our dog and I just spent the night here in between traveling from one place to the next. It was great to have a place that so easily allowed us to bring our dog. The young woman at the front desk when we checked in (I believe her name was Faith) was absolutely lovely. The room was clean and very comfortable aside from a slight musty smell- otherwise no complaints whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again.

My only comment is that you need different soap dishes on bathroom sink. The flat plastic sticks to soap and makes using the soap difficult. Need a dish that has drainage to put soap on top of. Unfortunately the dish you have is standard in all Hilton Property -e.g. the Midtown NY Hilton

I was upset about how small the bathroom was I slipped and hurt myself getting out of the shower. Bathtub lip was too tall and there was a small bath math that was just a towel which slide when I got out. And the bed where uncomfortable and too small for two full size adults.
