Yeah, everything was great except the shower was extremely slippery. I put 1 foot inside the shower and realized how slippery it was, told myself to be very careful and proceed with caution which I did and promptly fell completely down in the shower. Not only is it slippery, but it has an extreme slant going towards the drain and is higher on both sides of the tub than in the middle. I’m extremely well balanced and physically fit. I cannot imagine how many people must have fallen before me and someone’s gonna get hurt!

The area was fine and the stay was okay, our keys stopped working each day so we had to keep returning to the desk to get new ones every day. The door didnt close fully unless it was slammed shut, im assuming most people had the issue too because so many doors were slamming in the hall. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Handicap bathroom shower leaks all over bathroom floor. I called ahead before making reservations to confirm if hotel has walk in showers and was lied to saying the hotel had been renovated and all the rooms had walk in showers. I was traveling with my elderly mother who can’t step over and into a bathtub to shower. At least they had the handicap room available but this would have been very problematic if they hadn’t.

We had a bit of a rough check-in a girl was training and it took over 10 minutes to check the guy in front of us in. Then we finally get our room key and they forgot to tell us the door is “tricky” and you lift handle and push really hard so we had to go back down and get help. We get in and the window is broken and stuck open! Back down and they tell us they will move us. Almost 20 minutes later we get assigned a room with two double beds vs the king bed I booked weeks ago and they didn’t even ask if we were ok with that. When I said something to manager she said “it’s fine hop bed to bed”Weird response! The room was ok but I had to use Clorox wipes and wipe down the not so clean bathroom! The room and hotel in general have a musty/mold smell. Missing pieces of Sheetrock near the toilet and a tub with permanent stains. . We will stay at another hotel if in Camden area again.

After waiting 45 minutes to check in, I had to change my clothes in the lobby restroom so that I could make it to my meeting in time. The person working the desk had reservations confused, billed wrong credit cards and for an unknown reason was unable to speak up or articulate clearly. One couple in the lobby said they had been waiting nearly two hours to check in because their room “was not ready.” I never had the opportunity to check in and the lobby filled up with other people. The hotel has refused to refund my money, so I’ll be disputing the charges and reporting them to the better business bureau.

Did not enjoy this stay. Got in really late and just wanted to get to bed, we were only staying overnight. Room smelled bad - musty. When we woke up in the morning, I just felt gross - almost like my clothes were wet. It was just a bad experience.

It was very comfortable.
I think I must have been confused about housekeeping. Someone knocked on our door in the morning to clean our room. I told her we'd be there for 45 minutes. She said ok.
We passed housekeepers on our way out. When we returned late in the day, no one had touched our room. I will try to inquire about this next time we stay at this hotel chain.

a crime to charge this much for such a dump!

The hotel was disgusting. There were stains on the bedding. The bathtub was dirty and the drain was clogged with hair. They took our towels when they cleaned the room but didn’t leave any clean ones.
The service was terrible. The pool closes at 10 o’clock and when we went to the pool at 9 o’clock, the front desk clerk was there with some of her friends and told us the pool was closed. Ridiculous place!

This was a good stay. We slept well and it was all nice and comfortable. The staff was curtious and helpful. The one who checked us in wore a mask and we could not understand what was said. We do understand the reason for the mask. Someone continued to block the back door exit open with a small stone and that was a security concern. We reported it and the staff responded. The closers on the doors were far too strong making the room doors slam hard if released. There was a sign to not let that happen but it seems a better solution is to have the correct closers on the doors. Our all we enjoyed our stay snd would stay there again.

The room carpets was dirty drapes/paper shade could not come completely down I had to put cushion from the sofa at the window for some privacy also the door did not had any security latch so I put a chair behind the door in the event that the door was open I can hear the noise if it open. The next day there was a knock on the door I answer who it is while my door was being open I screamed out the person said sorry I am maintenance he left and later that evening I went to the front desk and reported that incident I was given some lame excuse and that will not happen again. The 3rd day I was sitting watching TV the door open I was not completely dressed so I screamed and cried out and whoever was on the other side of the door went away. I went look at the peak hole and could not see anyone in the hallway. I contacted the front desk I was told by the clerk that she's she just came to work and don't know what's going on I told her that I did not feel safe and I would like check out she said that I paid through a third party I can check out if I want to after that conversation I tried calling other hotels there was no availability. I called the front desk the clerk said that she spoke with her manager and the manager said that no open my room door I asked to speak with the manager and I was told she left for the evening. I decided to call the police department to report the incident. That's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in I will never stay at another holiday in hotel.

We were in Camden for a horse show. When we checked in the desk clerk was super friendly, and gave us information about our room, its location, and the breakfast schedule. Our room was spacious and I noticed that the toiletries were the Dove brand. Also, our pillows were labeled soft and firm (we had two of each). The bed and bedding were super comfortable as well. Breakfast was great with your standard eggs, protein, yogurts, cereals, breads, coffee and juice. We will definitely choose this hotel in the future.

This property is one of 3 main hotel chains in the Camden area, price wise they fall in the middle. My son attends Camden Military Academy, when I visit this is where I stay. My only real complaint is the pool, it’s outdoors so in the off season you can’t use it. It would be nice to have access to an indoor pool. Easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping.

service- No one could look up our rewards number so we didn’t get credit for our stay. Room cleaners were phenomenal.

Comfort- room 302 is next to a mechanical room and it woke us up multiple times each night when some piece of equipment turned on and off.

What i didn't like was having a huge mirror facing the bed. Lighting in the room was too bright beside the bed. So used the lamp in the corner except that put a glare on tv. We visit Camden Historical grounds a lot. I would stay at hotel again if above stuff was changed.
