We had a wonderful stay at Crisol Jardines de Córdoba! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the pool and gardens were perfect for relaxing after exploring Córdoba. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Muy decepcionado con mi experiencia en [NOMBRE DEL HOTEL]. Hice una reservación para cinco personas (tres adultos y dos niños) y, al llegar, el hotel indicó que la reserva era únicamente para tres adultos. A pesar de mostrar la confirmación de mi reservación, la administración no ofreció ninguna solución ni asistencia para resolver el problema.
La falta de atención al cliente y de disposición para ayudar convirtió una situación que podía haberse solucionado fácilmente en una experiencia muy frustrante. Esperaba un mejor servicio y un trato más profesional. No recomendaría este hotel a quienes busquen un servicio confiable y una atención adecuada a sus huéspedes.

Room was old and had stain from mildew. If you want air conditioning look somewhere else. They say they have it but it barely works. Overall, the staff was generally polite but the beds were uncomfortable, we had hair from someone else in our bathroom and would have loved to have working air conditioning.

Fantastic hotel. Incredibly helpful staff. The breakfast was probably the best I have encountered for a hotel. It was a bit windy and cold when we were there so couldn’t enjoy the outdoors as much but pool area was very nice. And clean and very nice spa (impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail). Had no issues walking outside the property- the area is certainly up and coming. Highly recommend.

This place is nothing but a late-70s convention center that has been heavily overused ever since. The rooms are basic, dark, and ours had a non-stop, keeping-you-awake noise.

Location-wise, it’s a solid half-hour away from Seville's historic center. You have to pay the hotel 18 Euros for parking, and then you’ll spend just as much once you get to the city. An Uber to town sets you back 15 Euros each way, making this an absolutely terrible option for tourists looking to visit Seville.

Our experience was particularly awful because we booked through Hotels.com. Not only did they charge us double, but we were also downgraded to an inferior room than the one we actually booked—even though I am a Platinum member. Extremely disappointed with Hotels.com.
The breakfast is good, but trying to get a table or just a cup of coffee among 200 people is a complete nightmare.

This is our second stay at this hotel and we'll definitely return. Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful. The pool is huge and great to cool down. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and an easy bus ride into the city. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Buffet was good in the evening 24€ and for breakfast 13€. There is lots to choose from and the food is really good.

The al a carte restaurant wasn’t that good. Waiter we had was inattentive and the food was not good.

Husband and I travelled with 2 other couples. We got to the check in desk first to be advised, after storing my debit card details, that our room was not actually ready (check in was from 3pm, we arrived around 2:15pm) so we asked if we could store our luggage and this was duly locked away.

The other couples were greeted by a different member of staff and given cards to their rooms. Whilst they were freshening up my husband returned to the check in desk and the member of staff we had dealt with to see how much longer our room was likely to be, and if it was worth hanging on or coming back later after we’d all been out. She asked him to wait a moment and after looking on the system for about 5 mins she got up without a word to us to deal with someone else that had leaned across the desk with a query. She didn’t return. My husband then moved across to speak to someone else to be told they want to save my card details again for the other two rooms as they’d forgotten to take this information from the other couples. When we queried this the member of staff became very abrupt until a different colleague said to leave it and that our room was now ready. The cards were slammed on the desk and when I asked about retrieving our luggage the store room door was flung open and directions to our room were barked at us.

The room itself was ok, clean and spacious with a pool view, but we didn’t have a mini bar nor tea/coffee facilities that the other couples had in theirs.

This is beautiful place with huge spaces in common areas.
The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any matter.
The breakfast has a good selection, fresh and tasty for a fair price: 13 euros per person. The location is not in the center area but there is a good local bus service that takes around 15 minutes to reach the most tourist places.
We have a positive impression for this hotel.

This hotel is a great option if you’re going to be in Seville and want the comfort of a good hotel, nice breakfast options and great amenities, without paying twice or three times in the historical neighborhoods. With a 9€ taxi ride or 1.40€ bus ride you’ll be there in a short ride.

I’ve stayed twice and will probably come back.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was larger than expected and well appointed. The breakfast area was very good and it was possible to eat both in the restaurant or in the atrium. Food was very good, very well presented and plentiful. I used the bar and it was no over priced and comfortable. Tv was on for football but it was not intrusive.

The hotel had a shuttle bus to the Fiera which was excellent. When I went into town then it meant buses and this was not a short journey. I had moved hotel because of extending my stay and a ten min walk into town was a contrast to the location of this hotel. Beware. The bus service was ok and the tourist info kiosk inside the hotel was able to sort and forewarn. Not sure if this was a permanent presence or just for the fiesta. Staff always there and friendly as well as effective/knowledgeable.

Lifts! Seemed to take ages to ascend and return. Beware and don't be in a hurry.

Building does look a little poor and dated from outside. I did wonder if I was going down market but the interior and staff made me forget my first impression. Same goes for bare concrete around stairwells. Odd.

The area around the hotel was residential and safe. Bus stop about 600 metres away.

We have been staying at this property for a number of years, last time was April 2024. The hotel has changed hands since then & is now part of the Eurostars group. Clearly Eurostars have cut budgets. No more omelette station at breakfast, the pool doesn’t now open until May when it’s always already been open when we visit in late April. Rooms are looking tired & dated. This hotel is a 30 minute walk from the city centre & it was always worth the walk/cost of a cab for the value for money, the nice rooms, the food & the luxury feel. It’s now not. The small changes have negatively impacted the experience. It feels like a budget hotel now. Such a shame as we’ve loved staying here over the years but we will be staying elsewhere next time we visit this beautiful city.

We had such a pleasant stay here from start to finish. We arrived early and the reception team kindly stored our luggage securely, allowing us to head out and explore without any hassle.

When we returned, we were really impressed with our room. It was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. The tourist information staff were incredibly helpful and gave us great suggestions on things to do around Seville.

We especially loved using the hop on hop off bus, which made getting from the hotel to different spots around the city in the morning so easy and convenient. Overall, a great stay and we would happily recommend it.

Excellent property. Would easily consider 5 star. Not sure why rated 4 star as you feel like you are in a 5 star resort. Expansive front lobby. Good size room. Parking right underneath the property. Nice outdoor sitting area under the shade near pool area. Nice bar and coffee shop.

Would definitely come back, if opportunity comes to revisit beautiful town of Seville!

Everything i needed was easily reachable.
Public transport is timely, inexpensive and safe.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
My only regret was that the pool was closed.
It looked so good. Doesn't open till June.
So i took a day trip to the beach (Rota) and had my swim there.
So everything worked out good.

This is a beautiful, neat and welcoming hotel in a quiet neighbourhood of Seville. Real Betis FC ground is just next door, for football loving fans. There is a good size pool on site. The restaurant food and services are brilliant. I will definitely visit again and will recommend others to stay here.

Lovely hotel for a stay in Seville. It’s conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport and 16–25 minutes by taxi to the city center.

If you prefer a peaceful, quiet area, this is the place to be. However, if you want to minimise travel time to the main attractions, you might prefer staying in the city center.

We loved our stay - it offered the tranquility we wanted whilst still allowing easy visits to the city.

This hotel looks fantastic on the website. However, there are many areas that are disappointing:
The rooms are very basic, certainly NOT 4 star! The walls are paper thin… I could even hear someone snoring. Then the rooms above were very noisy.
There is an older waiter in the cafe bar who is totally obnoxious. I ordered a mineral water as I had a strong heartburn and he told me to sit down. After 5 minutes of waiting, in extreme discomfort, I went up and said “sorry but please can I have the water I am in pain?” He told me to sit down again. I did and then he started chatting to a colleague with the bottle on his tray. I went up again and took the bottle off the tray, apologising as I did it. The look he gave me was dreadful… I thought he was going to hit me. He had also been unpleasant when I first arrived at the hotel. He is in the wrong job I think. Also the receptionists are very miserable and never smile. I travel such a lot and have never experienced a hotel as unwelcoming as this!

The heater in one of our rooms didn’t work.We reported this issue to the hotel staff around midday; however, when we returned in the evening, nothing had been resolved. As no equivalent rooms were available for an immediate room change, we were only offered a smaller room instead.
This situation did not meet the accommodation standards advertised at the time of booking and significantly affected our stay. We therefore request appropriate compensation or a partial refund for the affected night(s).

The hotel was fully booked throughout our stay which may have contributed to the overall experience. We were a group of ten, so check-in was very laboured - in the end, we left our passports at the front desk and partook in a couple of beers whilst awaiting confirmation of our rooms. Once again, even though it was a VIP booking, no-one received a room upgrade. Several of us experienced a problem with the room key not enabling access to our rooms - having to trek back to reception to reauthorise access - a real pain in the proverbial. One of the revolving entrance / exit doors jammed and a member of our group banged his head badly. The hotel is a little out from the centre (about 4 miles) but cabs are permanently available at around 10-12 euros a time. I wouldn't put anyone off staying here as the staff are friendly and the facilities are fine - but on this trip the best I could rate the hotel is \"okay!\"
