Really liked the location. Check in was easy. The rooms were a good size and clean. Nice bath and toiletries provided. Blackout curtains were good. The aqua aerobics was fun. Good facilities, however it took ages to get a drink at the pool bar and the time slots for breakfast was mayhem. The food quality was not the best. It was great to have parking underneath the hotel and an indoor pool was a positive point. The gym was filled with children running barefoot on the treadmill. Padel courts and nice walks around the hotel. Staff were generally very friendly.

Given a nice big room with a view, enjoyed happy hour on our balcony, then headed to the beautiful beach for a walk.
Great beaches!!
Breakfast in the morning was good.

Hotel charges for parking but just parked on the street with no issues.

Amazing Family Family

Beautiful hotel and location. Surrounded by secluded beach coves and a wonderful walk to the lighthouse, we had an amazing time. We upgraded to the junior suite which gave us plenty of space as a family. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

Super disappointed and unsure how this hotel could possibly have a four star rating. Room was basic (also quite outdated) and the front desk was unresponsive and even a bit rude. We were really looking forward to our stay at the beach, but the same beach is free – we should have stayed elsewhere and avoided this headache. Our stay proved a big waste of time and money and we would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Lots of wasted potential here with the unfriendly staff and mediocre rooms.

Good family all rounder.

We have just returned from a fantastic three night stay at this Conil hotel, and if we could have stayed longer, we would have done. The hotel is well looked after, modern, and provides everything you need....down to bike hire, spa services and good overall entertainment. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff....with special mention to reception who always greeted us with a smile and a polite attitude. We had breakfast only at the hotel and when we return we would try their evening meal option as this hotel is not within walking distance to a selection of restaurants / bars....although only a short drive or bike ride if you don’t mind the travel. The breakfast had a good selection of fruits but only 1-2 cereals, which is rare. However, what we did consume..breads, eggs, cakes etc, was all good.
We will certainly look into returning to this hotel again.

Very nice hotel is a beatiful area, quite away from civilization wich for us is a plus. Nice room, beatiful side sea view (much better than rooms overlooking the pool, where it could get some noisy at times). Dinners were fine, varied and fresh food. Breakfasts were also okay, but some more vegetable dishes would be nice.

beautiful location by beach, friendly staff

Amazing front desk staff who do everything to help. They booked us hire car, horse riding, bicycle and gave advice on getting to Seville when we missed our coach! Thank you Paula you could be Ambassador. The room was spacious, quiet with a view on to sea, nature and lighthouse. The meals were as you expect from a large hotel. A decent choice, fairly good, but busy ;) Service team organised & friendly. Poolside is pleasant and you can see the sea! Easy to find a sunbed and pool has a slope into it - fab for little ones. 5 mins walk down to stunning white sand beach. Not crowded. It is a cove, pass by some rocks and you are through to a 6km more expansive beaches. My favourite beach in Spain with an amazing sunset. Only a couple of restaurants. One extremely expensive 5 mins away, but worth splashing if you are a gastronomic. The fresh tuna melts in your mouth. Far better value is a restaurant behind the pharmacy about 2 km down the road. Basic, great value, delicious, atmospheric - the choice of locals. Along the beach a pavillion cafe which is nice. Getting into Conil de Frontera is 20 mins by bus. Kids club animation team were soooo wonderful to my 5 y/o daughter who has no Spanish. They put on great shows most nights and we liked dancing in the pool. Amazing energy, talented dancers and fun :)) Roccio has a heart of gold.

Nice hotel for families, but not for couples

Hotel is pleasant with a nice pool and excellent beaches.
Our room was large, clean and comfortable.
Despite reading about bed bugs and cockroaches, we found the hotel and our room to be very clean and had a brand new mattress.
The hotel is definitely not for couples, as the dining room is very noisy and full of screaming kids. Mealtimes were not relaxing or pleasant, however there is a nice terrace area were you can dine, if its not too windy or full.
You definitely need a car as a taxi journey to Conil is 15 euros each way.
The hotel is a good base to visit Conil, El Palmar and Vejere, all of which are very nice unspoilt traditional areas of Spain.

Loved every minute

We booked this hotel with a little bit of fear since every review around Aug. was angry with how loud the hotel was .. children activities etc. We staid 2 nights around Sep. 25th and LOVED it. the rooms are nice and clean, the pool is also fine, there were no kinds hanging around ,making noise and the beach just a minute from the hotel was great ! less than 20 people around .. you get almost a private beach. breakfast was fine (was not great, but fine) the bar next to the poll has good cocktail prices but not as good as you'd expect.... The highlight was Conil (10 min drive).. the tiny village was beautiful and nice to hang around night. One thing that did raise our eyebrows was the fact that you have to make a deposit for the pool towels, and for the LAN cable (for in-room internet) :| Other than that .. was a very nice experience and we'd love to come back.

Das Hotel ist in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen sehr schön und modern. Der Speisesaal ist sauber und gemütlich. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist begrenzt, die Salate sehr lecker. Für uns als Veganer konnte man auch satt werden, es gab allerdings nur ein oder zwei Mal etwas ausgeschildert veganes und das waren Salate. Kaum Dips oder spanische Soßen zu den Speisen. Schön war, dass wir am ersten Tag spät angereist sind und einen Gutschein für ein Gratis Mittagessen bekommen haben. Das Personal ist super freundlich und flexibel. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist nicht ganz so modern wie die in der Lobby. Das Zustellbett für die dritte Person war unmenschlich hart. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit schöner Terrasse bekommen. Der Pool ist angemessen für die Größe des Hotels. Der Strand ist eine Art Bucht, wunderschön und nicht überfüllt.
Hotellage etwas abgelegen, bestenfalls hat man für dieses Hotel einen Mietwagen.

Die Lage ist sehr schön mit direktem Strandzugang. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die neuen Matratzen sind super. Leider war das Essen oft kalt und es gab auch keinen Tellerwärmer. Auch die Beschriftung des Essens könnte besser bzw. etwas ausführlicher sein. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Hotel.

Las máquinas utilizadas tanto para limpiar las superficies en la piscina y cortar el césped, hacen mucho ruido y es algo molesto. El café del desayuno es mejorable, hay mucha gente y mucho bullicio. El personal es muy agradable y la limpieza buena.

Me he hospedado aqui por trabajo, me parece un hotel para un local o gente con niños que venga con auto, no recomendado para negocios o si eres extranjero y no traes auto, esta lejos pero no hay sino taxis y es muy difícil conseguir uno. en cuanto al servicio se extraña la parte de sentido comun la infraestructura es poca comparada con las habitaciones, el desayuno termina 10:30, la playa tienes que caminar entre piedras y bajar , esta bonita. no regresaría a este hotel si tuviera oportunidad, llegue a este hotel 00:30 por la dificultad de los taxis…y al llegar no tenian sino solo agua nada de cenar ni maquinitas ni nada y salir no es opcion…creo que es un lugar bonito pero que tiene muchas areas de oportunidad para viajeros internacionales, espero que mi experiencia mejore… aunque tengo varias noches por quedarme me cambiaron de hab, y … no tengo mientras consiguen otra para mi mismo jajajaj en fin quiza estoy acostumbrado a los servicios de america puede ser

Todo correcto. Habitación bonita, cómoda y no le falta de nada. Si tengo que poner un \"pero\" (y es algo que no aplica a todo el mundo por mi propia personalidad) es que al hacer el check-in tan rápido el personal de recepción no da cuerta información que me parece básica a menos que se le pregunte directamente (horario y ubicación de restaurante y actividades, por poner un ejemplo). Poco más te indican donde está la habitación y el resto lo tienes que averiguar. Si no estás acostumbrado a ir a hoteles te puedes sentir perdido en qué debes hacer allí. Eso sí, responden a todo con cortesía y de forma eficiente.

La estadia bien aunque la reserva decia balcon y nos dieron una habitacion sin balcon y por cambiarnos cobraron un suplemento.
Tambien tuvimos un percance con el niño que tiene cinco años cogio dinero sin darnos cuenta del bolso de la madre y se fue con otros dos amigos de la misma edad a comprar unos peluches que el hotel vende aunque la culpa es nuestra no entendiamos como era posible que los de recepcion tomaran dinero de unos niños que llevaban 100 euros y no fueran capaces de avisarnos sino que les vendieron los peluches

The surrounding location was quiet and beautiful. The hotel itself was not huge aswell, so that it wasn`t crowded. Just a few of the service staff could speak a little bit english, so sometimes the communication was a little bit difficult. Overall they were very kind and tried their best to understand us. The Food was good, but there could bee more virarity.
Overall we can recommend this hotel, especialy If you can speak a little bit spanisch.

Tolle Lage; angenehme Hotelgrösse. sehr gutes Frühstück. Da wir nur eine Nacht da waren, wurden wir in ein Zimmer ohne Aussicht gesteckt. Das war sehr schade.Ansonsten aber ein echt tolles Hotel.

Entran en las habitaciones sin avisar!!!

El último día tuvimos que arreglar nosotros la habitación por falta de servicio. Se negaron a realizarlo ellos mismos. Nos entregaron sábanas sucias y rotas. El servicio entró varias veces sin llamar la día siguiente!!!

De frente para o mar!!

Hotel muito bem preparado contra a pandemia. Distanciamento entre os hóspedes em todo o hotel, álcool em gel em todos os andares e em vários pontos.
Área da piscina muito boa e espaçosa.
Localização ótima, pois buscávamos um hotel de frente para a praia. Só um pouco distante do centro.
Pontos negativos:
Por causa do coronavirus, o café da manhã não é buffet, trazem os itens na mesa. Achei fraco. Poderiam ter mais opções de itens.
No banheiro, o vaso sanitário estava meio solto e a porta arrastando no chão.
No check in poderiam ter orientado que fechassemos a porta da varanda, pois quando escurece tem uma invasão de grilos. Nós saímos e quando voltamos tinham 8 grilos no quarto. Aí foi que uma funcionária da faxina nos informou que isso acontece todos os dias.
O atendimento na recepção deixa a desejar. As duas vezes que precisamos ligar, ninguém atendeu. Tivemos que descer para falar com o recepcionista.

El desayuno creo que es mejorable pero entendemos que se intenta hacer lo mejor posible en estas circunstancias

Todo muy bien,nos hubiera gustado que la habitación hubiera dado a la piscina y en la primera planta,no q en la planta baja la terraza es a un mismo jardin q dan todas las habitaciones.
El acceso a la cala lo tienen bastante bien y la piscina muy tranquila

Totalmente descuidado entre otras cosas

La habitación un desastre absoluto con mil problemas y defectos que no deberian permitirse, poco servicio de bebidas o necesidades (solo la cafeteria hasta las 00.00) y el desayuno, creo que el peor que he probado nunca. No es que no esté a la altura de un 4 estrellas, es que ni en un hostal te pondrian esos productos.
Nada recomendable, y mucho menos por el precio que tiene.

Die Unterkunft liegt schön am Meer mit einer tollen Bucht.leider war das frühstück kalt als wir kamen, die handtücher hatten flecken die scheinbar nicht mehr raus gehen und morgens hatten wir kein warmes wasser zum duschen.als wir deswegen die rezeption anriefen, dauerte es inklusive einem zweiten anruf 15 Minuten bis jemand kam und sich kümmerte. Wir waren außerhalb der saison da, kann also dem geschuldet sein. Jedoch sollte man seinen standart doch auch für die gäste außerhalb der hochsaison halten. Das Personal war ansonsten sehr freundlich und nett.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Pokoje czyste i przestronne, wybór pokoju z widokiem bocznym na morze był dobra decyzja - spokojniejsza czesc hotelu, nie na basen i czesc wspólna. Śniadania kontynentalne bardzo dobre - różnorodna oferta. Obsługa, zarówno w recepcji, barze czy ekipa sprzątająca, bardzo miła i pomocna. Blisko do plazy wśród wysokich klifów - zejście przez tylnią furtkę zajmowało kilka minut. Okolica spokojna, daleko do sklepów czy restauracji/knajp. Najlepiej dysponować autem.

Mas sombras que luces

El hotel en si no está mal, pero ha habido detalles de baja calidad. Lo primero es el mal olor de las habitaciones, a ambientador mezclado con tabaco recocido. Después nos habían avisado que era el último fin de semana que estaban abiertos y se notaba en muchas cosas, como fruta podrida en el buffet, falta de bebidas, etc. Además estaba a tope el hotel y en el desayuno costaba encontrar tazas, cubiertos e incluso agua.
