The good.. the staff, the food, the service, the Halloween evening, it was clean.
The bad….the rooms have damp problems, smell of damp and must, wardrobes and furniture smell of damp.
The ugly… we were very unlucky with the weather but stayed safe and dry and that is all that matters.

Our stay for close to 1 week was very good . Nice , comfortable and clean rooms , quite , nice view to the golf course , excellent breakfast , nice and helpful staff , nice pool and good location . Fitness needs some overhaul . Parking is available but might be a problem in the high season .
Overall very pleasant . We’ll be back

Lovely stay at Vinci Hotel

Had a wonderful time at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well maintained and with a lovely balcony. The pool area was also nice and there were always sun beds available. The buffet was exceptional and we enjoyed the wide variety of choices every day. Will definitely be back!

Hotel has gone downhill since last visit 4 years ago, problems in bathroom reported to reception, guy came to fix next day, ignored one problem and made the other worse, had to go back to reception again next day, Wifi worse than useless and no wired internet. Spa is expensive. Breakfast good although hot food cold!

Large rooms and terrase facing to the swimming pool was great for family trip with small kids. Breakfast was good but some time long waiting time for egg station. Clean and nice place. One negative point is no facility for coffee in the room. All others were good!

Nice Hotel and the housecleaning staff were very polite and happy. However, the hotel reception staff appeared unhappy and were reluctant to help when asked for information.
A happier and more welcoming atmosphere would help project the image of the hotel.

Good to be back after a couple of years!

Have been going to this hotel for a while now, but its been a couple of years since our last visit. Didn't disappoint, its good to see the same staff, that says a lot about a hotel and the quality of the people they employ.

Minor things to note, they have an \"adults only\" pool, however the adults at the main pool were so noisy on the Saturday I don't think its fair when families like ours are looking for some peace and quiet!

People playing music through their mobile phones, without earphones, so annoying and disrespectful and whilst not an issue at this tie of year, watch out for the towels reserving sunbeds. It says its not allowed but its just ignored.

Be aware many local restaurant are closed during the Autumn/Winter, our favourite place was!

We had a nice stay, it's a nice resort, great rooms and relaxing pool area. Just a few things we noticed, the kids pool was quite dirty and there is no food after 11pm, an inconvinience for us since we checked in around that time. On our check out we had an uncomfortable situation, we were told we had charges for one breakfast buffet and another charge at the pool. It was not us, it just happened that someone gave out our room number. We never received an apology and it made us uncomfortable. Overall it was a nice stay, I just hope better customer service next time.

First time at Vincci Costa Gold

Good family break, with the beach close by. The buffet service in the hotel is excellent. I highly recommend the hotel and would visit again.

The children's mini club is good, but I think it can so much better. It needs more entertainment and activities.

Nice hotel, good rooms and views

The room was nice, spacious, and had nice views of the golf course. I've stayed other times and you can also get a nice view of the pool. Another very nice feature are the noise insulated rooms!

My only complaint is that the bed is not the softest or most comfortable, but, it is good enough to sleep in for a few nights.

Overall this hotel is very well located, has nice rooms, and is worth the price. I recommend it.

Reasonable location & nice modern decor

Hotel is satisfactory but not exceptional due to service.
Service could easily be improved though - at pool restaurant for lunch - with only 2 other tables of diners who'd already been served - we sat for 20 minutes waiting to be served. Finally had to go and ask one of three staff to take our order. And for all subsequent drinks had to get up from table and go to bar to ask for service again.

Nice all-inclusive hotel, very expensive for the level of quality on offer, the food was just ok, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach, and then you pay extra for just about everything, do not recommend the spa, very expensive for the level of service received

We really enjoyed our stay here as the hotel itself was really good value for money.
Some of the staff could have been friendlier on reception but that was the exception and not the rule.
A disappointment was the Spa. We live in Marbella so used to the prices but for it to be more expensive here than in Marbella seemed strange. We ended up going to the Hammam Spa down the road instead as better value.
Other than that we had a great stay.

A good place to stay if you want programmed days for your kids. The rooms were old, walls were cracking. The sofa had TONS of sand on it. The pool is nice just jam packed. Breakfast and Dinner were total disappointments for a hotel with this rating. Some hotels have a rating because they have all of the requirements but poor versions of them, this is one of those hotels. We went into the spa and only 2/3 of the machines were working. We will never stay there again.

Overall not very impressed,charged 10e a night for parking when its supposed to be free,the only free parking available is on street which is almost impossible due number of surrounding hotels with similar parking charges.Also no golf onsite apart from a joke of an overgrown puttimg green with 3 holes and no flags,even my 10 year old son thought it was a joke.There is a golf course nearby but we didnt see anyone playing on it so its most likely very overpriced like the majority of spanish golf. Nice breakfast.I wouldnt bother to revisit.

Super hotel with friendly staff and well situated. Accommodation good and pool areas very family friendly but surrounds could do with attention/updating. Gym was well situated but equipment was limited and spa was good too so ideal for family or couples break. Good golf courses very close by and easy walk to good beach areas or nature reserve.

The hotel rooms are quite modern for Andalusia standards - flat screen televisions, nice bathrooms, etc. The curtains are a bit dreary and the whole outside of the hotel needs to be plastered and painted. Paint is peeling off in some parts and the colour is a bit bland. The inside restaurant, outside restaurant seating area and the pool areas are very nice, though. The pool is lovely. The dinner buffet was very decent. The breakfast buffet was not so good. The hot food was sitting in a lot of grease. The fresh pineapple at dinner but tinned pineapple at breakfast was strange. We didn't try the lunch buffet. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The beds were comfy and there was no noise at night. All in all a pleasant stay.

HOTEL TURNS OFF A/C ON A SCHEDULE...BE AWARE!!!

Hotel turns off the A/C for all Units from 02:00AM to 7:00AM, when I asked them turn it back on, they told me they couldn't do it as it was programmed that way. They even suggested to open the windows on the room.

STAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!

They should be downgraded to 1 start, this is definitively not a 4 start hotel

Not what I expected at Vincci

The Vincci Resort Costa Golf at Sancti Petri failed to meet my expectations, given several stays at high-quality Vincci hotels before. The rooms/apartments are quite nice, but cheaply furnished. The hotel caters mainly to tour groups, and the buffet (at breakfast and dinner) was of rather poor quality. Also, the hotel is not even close to the Santi Petri golf course.

Nice, clean rooms with direct access to outdoor pool area. Indoor pool clean but small. Breakfast was very fresh with plentiful selection. Insufficient parking for full hotel. Long walk to room. Hotel is near beach but not on it; within 1 km drive to beachside restaurants but a 15 minute drive to the center of Chiclana. Overall good value for features/location.

Gutes Haus mit einer schönen und weitläufigen Anlage. Schöner Poolbereich ohne überflüssigen „Schnick Schnack“, ergänzt um einen Indoorpool und einen AdultsOnly Pool. Spa Angsbote sind vielfältig und preislich im Rahmen.

Ca 10 Min. Fußweg zum Strand und 20 Min. Fußweg zur Restaurant und Bar-Meile. Eine kleine Outdoor Shopping Mal ist in 5 Min zu erreichen, ein kleiner Laden zur Grundverpflegung ist im Hotel integriert.

Die Zimmer sind Appartementartig aufgebaut, wobei die unteren Stockwerke über die Terassen einen ebenerdigen Zutritt auf die Pooleben ermöglichen. Die
Sauberkeit ist grundsätzlich positiv, bei uns war eine Ameisenstraße im Badezimmer, was jedoch wenig behindert hat und aufgrund der Ebenerdigkeit vorkommen kann.

Die Verpflegung der HP ist gut, alle Speisen waren sehr lecker, wobei sich innerhalb einer Woche allerdings einiges an Gerichten wiederholte.

Not worth it

Upon arrival, we were made aware that our rooms was ready and we could get into them, they did a decent job of checking us in.
But, upon arriving in the room, it smelled of Mildew, and was not attractive. We quickly went back to the counter, and the found another room for us. Which is by far beyond the expectations in a summer period hotel in Spain.
The rooms themselves showed a lot of wear and tear, and would benefit from an overhaul, as frames of the door was coming of, the WIFI didn’t work, the hotel was overall run down.

The evening buffet was horrendous, we arrived and hour before close, and the staff started cleaning our tables and the tables around us for the following breakfast service as we were eating. The price for the buffet is extraordinary high compared to the quality, and the staff extraordinary busy with getting the guests out.

Uma surpresa! Passamos o fim de semana de Halloween no hotel e foi fantástico!
Muitas brincadeiras espetáculos para crianças. O Kids Club funciona muito bem. O staff é atencioso e feliz. Os meus filhos não falavam espanhol e eles foram muito atenciosos!

Très belle suite avec vue sur le golf ( séjour golfique) Buffet très bon le soir . Personnel très serviable sauf 2 personnes : le monsieur a l’accueil du dîner le soir qui fait également office d’animateur pour les enfants et un espèce de chef de rang très contrariant et qui gêne le service très pro : obligé de se plaindre au sous directeur . Pourquoi employer ces petits chefs qui donnent une mauvaise image à l’hôtel.

Très bon séjour en famille. Rien à reprocher !! Chambre spacieuse, service impeccable et restauration très variée. Nous avons bien apprécié la piscine couverte avec le vent fort qui soufflait. We had an garden acces studio for 2 adults and 2 childrens and it was very nice. Childrens could go out from room in garden with pool acces. There was an indoor heated pool open from 11.00 to 19.30. Big spaces. nice room. Very good breakfast and dinner buffet.

Habitación super amplia, con salon y terraza. Pantalla TV en habitación y salon. Baño grande con bañera. La limpieza en esta habitación no fue muy rigorosa, las migas de pan encima de la mesa estuvieron dos dias con nosotros. Armario muy amplio, pero con una fuerte olor a humedad. La cena del bufet estaba bien, con servicio de plancha y productos frescos. El desayuno también muy bien, el cocinero de la plancha un 10.
Todo el personal muy amable y servicial, excelente equipo.
Si que nos hubiese gustado saber que el SPA estaba cerrado por motivos de seguridad COVID.

El hotel está puesto como a lado de la playa pero al final a sido lejo y poco incomodo comparación con Valentín que tiene mejores instalaciones, más lujoso y en la primera línea de playa, aparte que era más económico , el desayuno es pobre y nada especial, nos repentinos que no hemos hecho reserva a otro hotel

Fin hotell utan bekvämlighet

Incheckningen tog väldigt lång tid. Receptionisten talade inte så bra enegelska så det blev missförstånd.
Säkerhetsboxen i rummet fungerade inte och vi väntade för att någon skulle komma och hjälpa oss men ingen kom. Pga. Covid 19 hade hotellet gjort många åtgärder som i sig är väldigt bra. Dock fick vi äta i en midre matsal för att dela på gästerna och de påstod att det skulle vara samma mat som i den stora restaurangen men vi gick förbi och såg att utbudet var mycket bättre i större restaurangen. Så vi kände oss lite snuvade på maten.
Sängen lät varje gång man rörde på sig. ACn i rummet lät fruktansvärt högt och det blev varmt hela tiden. Sov väldigt dåligt igenom natten.
Väldigt långt borta från själva Cadiz staden. Ca 35-40 min med bil.

Lugar de descanso y relax

Habitación amplia y limpia, con todas las comodidades. Era como un pequeño apartamento con una zona de sofá y televisión y pequeña terraza con vistas hacia el jardin. Ideal para pasar unos días en familia por sus amplios jardines, piscinas y zonas de entretenimiento.

Todo muy bien pero............

El hotel muy bueno. La habitación , la comida y la piscina estupendos. Para estar en plan relajado. La verdad es que está un poco apartado de todo ( excepto de la playa) y sin coche es difícil moverse. Con mucha pena tengo que decir que lo peor ha sodo el olor a alcantarilla en el baño. Lo dijimos en recepción e intentaron poner remedio con lejía y aunque no sé si el problema es del hotel o externo lo tengo que decir. Es una pena...

Erholsamer Badeurlaub

ZImmer und Terrasse waren groß, ruhige Lage zum Golfplatz. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und täglich wechselndes Themenbuffet am Abend. Hotel liegt in zweiter Reihe, aber ist trotzdem ein kurzer Weg (ca. 5 Min.) zum breiten, kilometerlangen Strand.

Me parece penoso que pagando 400 y pico € 2 adultos y dos niños con media pensión al día nos cobren las bebidas y encima al precio que las cobran. Una botella de agua de 1l 3.5€ y una caña 4€ es un robo.
Me parece triste que un hotel de esta categoría juegue a ganar dinero con eso. Penoso.
