Overall a good stay! The staff are, polite, friendly, helpful and courteous and a true testament to the hotel.
However, I had to give this 3 stars as the rooms are very tired and old and are in need of refurbishment. I found hair in my shower head, which was eventually resolved by the hotel staff and my son and I received an apology.
Several of the guests I was travelling with unfortunately had food poisoning, but I guess this is a risk with all inclusive and having food out for a while. Also several cats managed to get into the hotel.
Overall the hotel staff make this a 5 star, and their job is made a lot harder by the improvements not going into the hotel itself. Whether you have a good stay is a bit of a luck of the draw.

Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, despite its size the staff were friendly and polite, which may be a reflection of great customer service training.
The rooms were generally clean and tidy and any issues were dealt with promptly. In room facilities were good and if any extras were needed the staff were only willing to help. Eg. They did not have an iron available when I needed one, they offered the alternative of ironing my clothes for me.
The hotel has a number of restaurants and bars, a wide variety of foods to suit most palates. However in the main restaurant that provides a buffet menu for a large amount of people the food can fall below par. Unfortunately a number of people from our party got food poisoning! Including me! I see this is not an isolated issue as this seems to have been mentioned in other reviews. Not sure what the food safety practices are like behind the scenes…
Overall light, airy, family friendly hotel with plenty to do and great customer service but need to look at their food hygiene training.

The location was excellent — just a 5-minute walk into Faliraki town, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are somewhat dated and could benefit from renovation to truly match a 5-star standard. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety available at the buffet. The à la carte restaurants were exceptional, especially the Italian and Pan-Asian options.

The Mitsis Faliraki is a beautiful hotel with exceptionally helpful staff, reception were a great support when husband was unwell. Buffet dining is excellent with some really superb show cooking of Greek and Turkish dishes. Sun loungers are plenty with lots of options - several pools, garden and beach and all the loungers are cushioned! Although the hotel was busy there were no queues for the bars in the evening as both the main bar and pool bar serve the entertainment area and also served by waiting staff. Walking distance to the main Faliraki area but didn’t feel you were too close, the double glazed balcony doors kept any noise out! All in all a wonderful hotel and highly recommended.

The staff are great and very personable. Especially George (entertainment), Yulia and Nikos (Servers). However, there isn’t enough of them, you can be queueing at the bar for 5-10 mins when there’s only 3/4 people in front. The entertainment is great but you have to actively try to find out what is going on as it is only advertised on a small poster in the gym. Had to go round the pool myself to try get a few people to play volleyball. The gym is mediocre, it’s outside which means you can probably do about 20 mins before you overheat and the equipment is a bit limited.The pool and beach area is nice and well looked-after but its important to know the beach is public (this isn’t the hotels fault, its the law) therefore may be wise to think twice when leaving valuables whilst you go for a dip (we didn’t have an issue though). As for the rooms, they’re decent, the beds are comfy and you have enough space. Would’ve expected to see an iron and ironing board for a 5* but that’s acceptable. The cleaners do a good job of cleaning your room but weren’t replenishing mini-bar, toiletries etc. I had to ask for a bar of soap, even though it was clear ours was nearly finished. They do come round in the evening replacing towels though which is a nice touch. Lastly, the food was decent. Everything was well cooked and tasty but became very repetitive especially breakfast. The crepe bar and pizzeria is great but again you can queue for a while and the pizza is one slice not a full pie

Mitsis Faliraki was absolutely wonderful and would highly recommend it to anyone hoping to stay in a upmarket all inclusive hotel in Rhodes!
The bar staff, team in reception and restaurant staff were all so kind, polite and helpful, and no request was too big! The evening entertainment was amazing and we enjoyed every night. The facilities are great, the pool is a perfect size and temperature and the beach was clean and hosted water sports.
The location was perfect! Just 20/30 minutes from the airport and able to walk into Faliraki centre in 2 mins for a vibrant nightlife and bars. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which we utilised to head to the infamous Rhodes Water Park just 3km away and up to Rhodes old town also.

We weren’t given the room we’d paid for which was a double sea view we were given a twin
We then had to wait an hour for them to change our room they t then decided they wouldn’t change the room but push the beds together This is a five star hotel !
The food was also cold that we ate whilst waiting for the room
After complaining to hotels.com after about an hour on the phone they contacted the hotel who said there wasn’t anyone there to approve a refund
We were told we wouldn’t get a refund initially as we’d cancelled whuch we hadn’t
We were very unhappy with the room and cold food the staff had said they would put it down as a no show which was ridiculous as we’d waited an hour for them to sort out the room
We were then told that a refund could take up to 72 hours !!
It was a disaster as it was a night away and hadn’t planned to spend any money as it was all inclusive
Our night was ruined
We were given a refund minus tourist tax tgat we’d paid to the hotel and hotel tax not sure why we had to pay either as we didn’t stay there
So it cost us £20 to wait for an hour in the hotel !!
We got the refund the following day thanks to an efficient lady from hotels .com

Stayed July 23 can’t fault the staff or hotel but sadly both teenage boys caught food poisoning from eating chicken burgers at the a la Carrie restaurant half way through our holiday. They were so so ill they were admitted to hospital and put on drips The hospital confirmed it was food poisoning as they had blood and stool tests which cost us £3000 plus new flights as we couldn’t travel home. That money we got back from insurance but not the holiday cost or the pain the boys went through. I did tell Expedia but they weren’t interested. So I’m afraid I will not be booking with them again or staying at the Mitsis Faliraki ever again

Great place to spend a week in the height of summer! Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. During the wildfires around 500 people were evacuated to our hotel, and staff dealt with this amazingly well making sure that everyone were looked after. They ensures food and drinks were available to all and when evacuees left, the hotel was quickly back to its usual standard. Food was lovely and plentiful, plenty of alcohol available and overall this has been a wonderful holiday despite the current wildfire situation. Best wishes to all the affected and evacuees!

A definite gem in Rhodes

This is a well-run busy hotel, well worth of its 5-star rating. Staff are extremely polite, happy to see you and always helpful. The hotel areas are big enough and very clean inside and outside in the paved areas. I think the bars are open from the morning till late, 1.30 am. Food is primarily available all day and night.

During the busy season, the hotel has a serious shortage problem of wooden sun loungers placed around the three pools. They also allow guests to reserve them from the early hours, so unless you get up at 6 am, you won't find one and you'll be forced to use the other inferior ones on the grass that is full of mosquitos or the ones on the beach. When mentioned, the management was quick to offer a solution.

We were pleasantly surprised when each day snacks and wine on the ice were served in the room. The room bar is stocked up daily. The towels in the room could do with a makeover, they've seen better days.

On one day, there's unnecessary noise from cleaning and grass-cutting machinery, work that could be done at night.

The food is a mix of Greek and international cuisine, mostly good and available 24 hours a day. The restaurant runs efficiently and has plenty of nice fresh food. Panayiotis the outdoor restaurant waiter was extremely efficient, couldn't do enough for us, was ahead of his game all the time, provided top-class service and made a nice dining experience. Dimitris, the restaurant manager, open the fish and served it to us, a very kind gesture.

I had an amazing stay and experience at the Mitsis Failiraki Beach Hotel and Spa for the following reasons : 1. Being customer service! The staff is super welcoming,friendly,kind, and overall they will do any and everything to treat you like family and take care of you. Staying at this resort, we never had to worry about an unfriendly face or planning excursions that were out of budget. The front desk staff are an absolute delight. After almost 15 hours spent on a plane, it was so refreshing to see their smiling faces as we promptly and efficiently were checked in and taken to our room while the hotel porter transported our luggage to our rooms. Like I said every single staff member is so friendly it’s such a warm and welcoming environment! A special shout out to the Concierge Stergos! He’s so professional, accommodating, and friendly. He helped us plan reasonably priced excursions last minute as it was our first time in Rhodes, Greece.He goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable and honestly we would come back to this resort just for the staff! Next outstanding mention is to Marietta, the shopkeeper in the hotel gift shop! She is genuinely such a kind and sweet person. She assists with finding anything you need. I remember the first day we arrived we realized we forgot sunscreen and we needed nasal spray. We were so worried we would have to go outside of the resort our first day to spend time searching for both these items but the hotel gift shop is basically a

Great amenities, free in room safe, air con, etc. The entertainment was ok but didn't blow me away. To make it even better I would like to see updated rooms, another option for lunch other than main restaurant or creperie (maybe pizza/gyros by the pool?) and more options for food at the main restaurant. Food was good quality though. Pool areas were lovely and great location/proximity to the beach. Loved our private pool room.

This hotel in Faliraki, Rhodes was fantastic! It is well laid out, with plenty of space to chill either by the beach or by the pool. The food and drinks available at this hotel were wonderful, and there were loads of options. The location of the hotel is well located within Faliraki which has a lot of shops and bars, with fairly easy transport links to Rhodes Town. We ended up with a room with a private pool, which was a nice surprise upgrade from the hotel. It was a comfy room and was spacious. I would say the one thing which made this hotel stand out to us was the staff, who went on to remember our names and went above & beyond to make sure our stay was great. Overall would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rhodes!

Misleading advertised photos. Rooms and views are NOT what’s being advertised. Very sad The hotel has no direct sea views as there’s is another building in front of it. The rooms are outdated and has a very small balcony with solid block walls. Nothing like the picture for the room we selected which stated partial sea view. There was noooo sea in the view 😖. We ended up leaving the hotel the same day and we went to the fabulous Sheraton on the other side of the island

Mitsis Faliraki Beach hotel is fabulous, our 7th year on the island and not only our favourite Mitsis hotel but our favourite on the island. Such fabulous staff, hotel manager Michalis runs the hotel with a smile and makes everyone feel special, love seeing George in the restaurant and around the hotel always with a smile on his face, no problem is too small for Stergos to solve and make fabulous, all of the cleaners are friendly and efficient, Wayne and Balu with their team run an excellent entertainment program for children and adults (normally something I would avoid but we’ve loved here). We’ve come twice to Faliraki Beach this year and if I could afford it then it would be three times. Hurry up 2020 as we can’t wait to come back!!!

nice location. nice performances in the evenings, the food in the dinning room was good.
the beds are not comfortable enough and no double beds .
rooms are quite small for a family . the rooms were not cleaned properly the floor had send after cleaning and dirty dishes were left once ,
the ice cream in the dinning room wasn't fresh and didn't have variety,

We wake up in yelling!
The restaurants are booked always, in a 8 days stay we managed to book last 3 days only at 7:30pm but at last the food there was great.

Our holiday at Mitsis Hotel was excellent from the minute we checked in at reception. Room allocated was exactly as was requested, spacious and comfortable, the staff were all amazing and very courteous and friendly and made us feel most welcome with every request met without any question asked. Definately ticked all the boxes of a 5* hotel on the beach with great food from varied choice of restaurants. Entertainment within Mitsis hotel was well chosen by Animation team and varied each evening to suit to all age groups. The bars and shops all within walking distance and water sports available all added to the perfect holiday which I would recommend as a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Good location, right on the beach, friendly staff, variety of food but can be same everyday, needed a food theme night. Entertainment were singers everyday, need more than only singers. No free steam or sauna, no indoor swimming pool or gym, there is only a “park” style gym equipment onsite. Got accused by guest relations staff for writing a bad review after a day!! Fabulous hotel with all you'll ever need!

Fabulous hotel, have stayed at various 5 star resorts in Europe but his by far the best we have visited, staff are so attentive, polite and professional and treat you like you are the only person staying there. Both my wife and i have medical conditions and had a couple of issues which were quickly rectified by the manager and his staff, they went above and beyond during our stay which we really appreciated. The hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms are spacious with great air con which you'll need if going in the height of summer. The hotel has great facilities like 4 pools with ample umbrellas to shade yourself, the hotel sits right on the beach so you have the sea on your doorstep. There is a main restaurant which has enough variation for the most pickiest of palates and there are 4 a la carte restaurants which again serve up fantastic cuisine. There is a spa, gym and mini market on site and the animation team for both children and adult fun, always something to keep you occupied. There is public area wi-fi and i didn't find an issue with speed, if you would like wi-fi in your room this is an added cost, but i didn't feel the need to do this. Hotel is in a great location with no hills to climb and a very short stroll to shops,bars, pharmacies and taxi rank. We found the quality of service second to none with staff bringing around food and cooking food on barbecues at lunch time.
To me this hotel is extremely well managed and run and we will be booking for next year!

Overall it was realy great,the staff the atmosphire and the food at the restaurants.
The things we didn't like were first the fact we arrived at the hotel to check in and we got zero info about the hotel,the facilities,restaurants,nothing. We got the keys and thats it.
Second the cleaning,overall it was clean at the first day but after the cleaning was not so good,we could feel it was not made properly.
The pool beds are quite old and the food at the main restaurant was very dissapointing .
The other restaurants were very good and the staff and service all over the hotel were super nice and carying,the bar was great and every request has been answerd! Recommended hotel with family feeling!we loved it

The hotel has great location - just a couple of minutes from Faliraki and 15 minutes from the airport. The beach is sandy in and out but you have to pay for the sun beds (EUR 10 for 2 sun beds and an umbrella). The hotel itself is a bit old - rooms small, towels well used, beds old and not comfortable, sun beds around the pool old and discoloured. But, food is nice, well cooked and tasty. Although, in Creperie during the day you have to queue for ages as the ladies are extremely slow (unlike the guy who makes crepes in the evening). They had an amazing frozen yogurt, walnut and honey ice-cream. Entertainment program is very professional and varied. Animation team is not persistent so you can take part but only if you wish. At first we got standard side sea view room that was tiny for two adults + a baby cot + a buggy - nowhere to move. But then after a complaint we were given a bigger room (101) that was big enough. So, if you are more than 2 people standard room can be too small. All sea view rooms are facing the \"stage\", so you won't have peace and quite till 11pm or so. Rent a car service at the hotel is a rip-off. We hired a car in Faliraki and it was half price. Not far from the hotel there is a small harbour and you can take a water taxi to Rhodes for EUR13 return. All in all a good holiday, so if you find a good deal, i will recommend.

Two things make this hotel a great choice- one - the staff, everybody is so friendly and remember you name and drinks etc. Two - they serve snacks and drinks all day, till 2 am ! What this means is nobody is rushing to get food or drink, it gives the hotel a very relaxed atmosphere without the usual queue jumping.

Without the staff this would just be an ordinary all inclusive hotel, with a great location but they really do make your stay so relaxed and enjoyable

The rooms has terrible beds pillows , also the showers are terrible it could take you 45 mins to have a shower , water coming very slowly , and when u ask for help they tell you dont have a shower in the peak time , what a lovelt soloution , they dont clean and tidy the room properly , they forget the shampoo and shower gel , they charged me 25 euros to use an ancient safe box thats comes with key no electronic , u have to tited with time and book a restaurant otherwise the food in the all inclusive restaurant , the staff is nice and trying to help i complaint many times no hope , fridge was faulty , had to. All to change it with one tkes nearly a day to cool the water , room furniture sre old , even when u ask the staff are you really 5 stars , some of them they say we are going to be , some of them dont answer , so i feel cheated by by either expedia or the hotel themselves , , and i really meed expedia to investigate and get my rights

Nice hotel close to the beach and amenities

Hotel benefits from good infrastructure (nice swimming pools, direct access to large sandy beach, close to shops and restaurants). However our family was disappointed by poor quality of food - not much to ecpect from an all inclusive option I guess - and the fact that many rooms face internal courtyard with backdoor to kitchens involving smell and noise.

Fantastic stay the hotel staff especially the food and drinks manager went above and beyond to ensure our experience was truly unique great Greek hospitality.

Stayed here for 1 night and was very disappointed. The room was just about adequate but I hardly ate any of the free meals due to quality of the food.
My opinion might not be helped by the time of year (out of season) and weather on the day (cloudy). I also disliked Faliraki as a resort generally so I could only advise people to stay away from Faliraki and this hotel - there are better places for your holiday.

Iso ja siisti allasalue. Henkilökuntaa oli runsaasti ja he olivat todella ystävällisiä ja auttavaisia. Huippu palvelua! Ranta oli lähellä. Sijainti oli hyvä, jos kaipaa rentoa lomailua ilman kaupungin hälyä. Huone näytti kuvissa uudemmalta ja siistimmältä.

Väldigt nöjd med detta hotell.

Jag och min fästman har väldigt nöjda med detta hotellet. Servicen var super bra och rummen är fina och rena. Personalen är väldigt hjälpsam. Hotellets all inklusive var väldigt bra om man jämför med det andra hotell. Utöver buffén (som är bra och varierande), så finns där restaurangen som man kan boka för med olika typer av mat som italienskt, asiatiskt, mexikanskt mm. Finns pizza och pannkakor till som snacks. Drinkarna var väldigt goda och personalen är väldigt flexibel. Man kan på plats boka taxi och olika aktiviteter.
Där är både pool (flera stycken) och plats på stranden.
Något som hade kunnat förbättras är när man checkar in är att man får information om maten/snacks, vad som finns att göra på området, detta fick man söka sig till och man kan missa att det finns paddel, tennis och så mycket mer på området.
Plats vid poolen är rätt svårt att få, så man behöver vara vid poolen väldigt tidigt.
Jag hade verkligen rekommenderat detta hotell, min vistelse var underbar!
Ps: Jag och min fästman har nyligen förlovat oss och personalen hade gjort vårt rum så fint men rosenblad och lite överraskningar. Helt fantastisk personal!

Insbesondere die Leistung einiger Mitarbeiter wie z.B. Nikos 1 vom Strand, Nikos 2 vom Concierge (Koffer und Empfang), Dimitris vom Buffet, Natalia von der Hauptbar.
Mitarbeiter des Monats ist Alex von der Poolbar, niemand geht so auf die wünsche der Gäste ein und kann so gut Cocktails und Getränke mixen

Ottima struttura, Mitsis non delude mai!

Struttura in posizione centrale a Faliraki, con posti auto a disposizione. Eccellente il personale, dalla reception ai ristoranti/bar, tutti gentilissimi! Molto buoni i ristoranti. Il mare è in una spiaggia di sabbia ben organizzata con servizio all’ombrellone.

Das Hotel ist super. Essen gut (vor allen in den Restaurants), Personal freundlich und super hilfsbereit, Umgebung schön. Würde nur kein Poolzimmer empfehlen, da der Pool ziemlich klein ist, man die meiste Zeit dort die Sonne komplett ungeschützt abkriegt und die Aussicht nicht grade die beste ist. Aber dasist auch der einzige Markel.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend:-)
Einziger Mangel ist, dass es keine Snackbar gibt für die Kinder, jeden Tag Pizza oder Crepe zu holen kann man irgendwann nicht mehr sehen. Ein Pommes&nuggets Stand hätte es bisschen abwechslungsreicher gemacht:-) sonst alles Tip Top!!

Fantastisk mat

Maten fantastisk med a la carte restaurangerna. Bra minibar på rummet. Trevlig personal på hotellet samt gott bubbel i barerna. Fin strand precis nedanför strandbaren. Det enda negativa (som på många andra resorter) är att man måste va uppe i tid för att få solstolar vid poolen. Speciellt om man behöver parasoll. Över lag ett av de bästa hotelllen jag bott på i Grekland.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit vielfältigem Speisenangebot durch à la carte zusätzlich zum AI-Buffet.

Sehr modern gehaltene Anlage und schöner Strand mit vielen, bequemen Liegen.

Eine klare Empfehlung für jeden, der auf Rhodos Urlaub machen möchte. Von Faliraki aus können sämtliche Hotspots (Rhodos City, Lindos etc.) schnell erreicht werden.

Das Hotel ist an sich wirklich super, die Zimmer sind allerdings etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt täglich, wobei der Boden oder Staub nicht wirklich gewischt wird. Trotzdem waren wir mit allem glücklich. Personal ist wirklich super freundlich, ausnahmslos. Strand ist Geschmacksache, uns hat er nicht so sehr gefallen. Essen war gut, zu empfehlen sind die A la Carte Restaurants. Rhodos Altstadt muss man gesehen haben, einfach traumhaft schön.

Personnel du restaurant très sympathique. Il y a du choix au buffet.
Propreté à l'extérieur. Belles piscines, plage à côté avec des transats très confortables.
Chambre assez grande par contre le ménage dans la salle de bain n'a pas été effectuée tous les jours malgré les réclamations auprès du service client et réception.
Les femmes de chambres sont très bruyantes dans les couloirs à partir de 8h du matin.

Bästa hotellet!!! Jättefint poolområde, gott om jättebra personal, bra service, härlig strand, jättebra att bada där.
Förutom buffé med mycket att välja på, så finns det sex restauranger att äta på i fin miljö och en hamburgerrestaurang för lunch. Vi blev uppgraderade till rum med egen pool, så klart att vi är supernöjda!

Erittäin ystävällistä ja hyvää palvelua. Kaikki paikat siistit ja hyvin siivottu. Saatiin ilmaisen huoneluokan korotuksen, osittainen merinäköala => merinäköala huone neljännessä kerroksessa. Meidän huone oli aika pieni ja olisimme kaivanneet siihen isomman vaatekaapin sekä sohvan. Wc ja suihkutilat olivat tosi tilavat. Ruoka ja juomat olivat mielestämme hyvät.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Meer. Im beeindruckenden Eingangsbereich wurden wir gleich von mehreren Mitarbeiter zum Check-In begrüsst. Zimmer mit Balkon und direktem Meerblick. Buffet-Restaurant mit schöner Auswahl, wir haben trotzdem lieber die Themen-Restaurants genutzt (italienisch war am besten).
Schöne Pools mit Palmen und Wiese und daneben der direkte Zugang zum Strand. Sonnenliegen mit Schirm waren auch dort kostenlos und Barservice am Platz.
Wir waren schon auf Kreta in einem Mitsis-Hotel und hatten uns deshalb wieder für diese Kette entschieden. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est excellent! L’hôtel et ses équipements son magnifique et il est très bien situé. Le seul bémols est que nous avons prit une chambre familiale et que ces chambres à notre grande surprises font 25m2.
Cela est trop petit ! Avec deux enfants et des valises.

Ожидали большего, все-таки пять звёзд. Территория отеля маленькая. Еда очень однообразная, на седьмой день отдыха еда приедается. Ужинать и пару раз на обед выезжали за пределы отеля в рестораны. Чистота номеров на натянутую четверку, очень сильные сальные следы на дверях и на дверцах шкафа (не приятненько).
