I really enjoyed my stay at the resort.
The view was stunning, and the exterior of the property was grand and beautiful. The staff were very friendly, and the overall cleanliness met my expectations.

Unfortunately, there was one downside. There were local protests against the hotel construction, and protesters were playing chanting sounds over loudspeakers. This disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the resort.

Very luxurious hotel, has a pool, fitness center and ice skating rink. Great place for viewing the sunset. Nice place to just relax and enjoy your time sitting and drinking and not thinking about much.

1. The hotel charges a hefty fee for using the Pool(The Hotel should not charge hotel guests for using the pool.)

2. After paying for the pool fee, you are only allowed to reenter the pool ONE time within 30 minutes. (I asked for an explanation WHY?, but the staff did not provide a legitimate answer.)(If you want to come back to the pool, they will charge the same fee as the first time you entered the pool.)(By the way, the fee is around $30 per person)

3. The concierge staff(female) seemed very dull when asked a question and called the manager to handle our situation.

After all, I don't think I will be back at this hotel again. My family and I paid $500 per night at this hotel and drove hours to get here expecting 5 star hotel conditions and quality but none of that was met to the standard.

조식 부페 퀄리티는 전반적으로 괜찮은데 한 가지 크게 아쉬운 점이, 5성급 호텔인데도 오믈렛을 요청시 즉시 제조해주는게 아니라 미리 만들어 둔 오믈렛을 데워서 주더라고요. 오믈렛을 5성급에 맞게 주문시 요리를 해줬으면 좋겠습니다. 그 외에 석식 뷔페나 호텔 서비스는 모두 만족 했습니다. 또 갈게요!

숙박과 연관시설은 좋으나 음식점이 너무 비싸고 맛이 없습니다.
대명콘도들 중에서 음식 값이 가장비쌉니다. 읨식의 질도 가장 떨어집니다.
콘도 주변에 먹을 곳도 많지 않아 미조항까지 나가야합니다.

새로 open한 호텔이라 시설은 대체로 깨끗하고 만족스러웠습니다만 수도권에서 장시간 운전을 해서 또 방문을 할 만큼의 가치를 찾지는 못 할 것 같습니다.

오픈한지 1년 밖에 안되는 깨끗한 호텔. 남해 숙박업소 마땅한 호텔이 없었는데 좋았습니다. 호텔가격이 저렴한 것은 아닌데 사우나.수영장 입장 비용을 받는것에 약간 마음이 상했습니다.

일단 호텔 로비앞에 안내해주시는 분들이 곳곳에 있어서 편하고 좋았습니다.
그리고 청결상태는 거의 최상인 듯해요. 최근에 오픈해서 그런지 몰라도 관리가 꽤 잘 되어있었습니다. 리셉션 직원분들, 모든 직원분들이 친절해서 마음이 참 편했구요. ^^
방 냉장고에 음료 몇개 제공해주는 것도 소소한 기쁨이었던 것 같네요.
무엇보다 수영장, 사우나 참 좋았습니다 !!
개선해야 할 점은 딱 2가지 있는 것 같아요.
1.아이스링크? 아이스비치 라고 되어 있는데.
너무 비싸요.
그리고 바닥이 플라스틱 재질이어서 오일성분? 이 묻을 수도 있다고 티켓팅 하시는 분이 설명하시는 소리를 듣자마자 사용하고 싶지 않더라구요. 아주 잘 타는 사람은 영상 한번 찍기는 좋을 듯 하네요. 아이스 스케이트를 잘 타는 사람이 그렇게 많지는 않을 것 같은데...옷 더러워지면서 몇만원 내고 1-2시간 사용하기가 너무 터무니 없는 것 같아요.
2. 오락실, 당구장, 탁구장 같은 아이가 함께 즐길 수 있는 소소한 재미가 없었어요.

그래도 바다뷰, 청결도, 친절함, 수영장, 사우나 ! 참 좋았습니다 !

신축이라 깨끗해요. 빌라 3룸 발코니도 무척 크고 침구류 좋아요.타올은 샤워타올이 없어 아쉬워요. 전반적으로는 고급스런 리조트예요
