The first impression was so bad, because the staff at check-in desk was very rude. She destroyed my family's holiday. I requested 1 king bed and 2 twin beds as I company a kid but I got 4 twin beds room so I asked if I could have 1 king bed and 2 twin beds as per my request but the lady at check-in desk said that I could not get what I requested all the time. Even though the requesed room type was available she didn't want to give it to me. What a services!!!Finally I got it but she acted like she gave me a very special treatment. Other than this, everything was comfortable, all staff except for her was very nice and kind. However I don't want to stay Ananti Namhae again becuase of very bad impression and experience at check-in desk.

A place for a quiet vacation with family. Two bedrooms, with spacious living room, enough for 4. Deep soak tub in both bathrooms so you can have a mini spa experience in your own privacy. Also has spa on site to enjoy.

After checking in, I found debris & dust in livingroom and bathroom floors. Only 3 bath towels & 1 beach towel were provided per bathroom. No hand towels provided. Reception & restaurant staff always looked unhappy and never smiled.
There was an electric cooktop in the kitchenette but no pot. I was told that cooking is not allowed. That was so weird.
On check out day, a receptionist called me at 10:30am and said that I had only 30 mins to check out. I have never been pushed to leave before check out time at any other hotels in my life.

The room was very spacious, but uselessly spacious. The location was excellent and breakfast was also very good. But, the towels smelled terrible and the ceiling of the shower booth was covered with moss! The bed and pillows were not in a really good condition. In short, this hotel was not like Hilton!

First let me say a huge thank you to both the Operation Director, and Managing Director @ Hilton Namhae for doing everything in their power to ensure we had a wonderful visit.
However...
I think the staff here need intensive training on customer relations at this class of hotel. From the waiter who didn't appear to know how to open the bottle of wine we ordered, or pour it into the glass! The laundry not appearing back until the night before we left to fly back up to Seoul. To room service who took our dirty plates and pizza box for the food we ordered from room service and simply left them lying outside our room for over a day. The room was wondeful but let down by details, like hairs in the beds, holes in the towels, and no instructions on how to use the incomprehensible air conditioning.
Again for this type and brand of hotel, the inability of most staff to communicate with us in English was a huge surprise. Yes I know I should make more of an effort with the local language, however travelling the world this is simply not possible and one reason for choosing to stay at this type of hotel.

My wife and twin boys loved the Namhae Hilton Resort during our 3 night stay during the Chuseok holiday in September. Weather was great and best of all the VIP service from the Hilton Manager from ***, *** made our stay memorable.
I was expecting a 1 bedroom 1 bath but was pleasantly suprised to find that the suites were 2 bedroom 2 baths with a separate living room. All with a modern touch and a great balcony facing the ocean.
The buffet meals were delicious and the boys enjoyed the swimming pool and kids activities while I hit the golf course and the best relaxing indoor/outdoor spa bath of any golf course I've been to in Korea. Their 70 minute massage service topped off the pampering service.
Watching the sunset while dining on the Hilton restaurant balcony was very romantic.
Nahae Island itself is very scenic with its steep mountains and wide southeast coast beaches.
Until a new bridge was completed a couple years ago there was little development but now Pensions (condo/motels) are popping up and tourist and more tourists are discovering the beauty of Namhae. Nothing on Namhae compares to the Hilton so will be back next year.

모처럼 몇년만에 온 가족과 3박 가족여행으로 너무나 힐링되는 장소였습니다. 직원들 모두 친절하고 음식도 너무나 맛있고 숙소도 너무나 깔끔했습니다~ 호텔 곳곳에 숨겨지 재미난 장소보느라 즐거웠고 이터널저니의 아기자기한 재미도 있었고 또 노천탕에서 바라보는 뷰도 너무 아름답고 좋았습니다.

가족여행으로 1박했습니다. 아무래도 좀 오래된 숙소라 연식이 느껴지긴 했으나 전반적인 관리 상태는 양호하여 만족합니다. 그리고 룸서비스 기다리는 시간이 길다는 후기보고 걱정했는데 비수기(겨울)여서 그랬는 지 주문 후 30분만에 받아 좋았어요. 맛도 좋구요.

전체적인 전망은 나쁘지 않았지만 룸 컨디션이나 내부 집기들은 아난티 네임 벨류만큼은 아니었습니다. 골프가 주 액티비티 이기는 하지만 가족 단위 숙박객을 위한 부대 시설과 편의 시설을 보완하면 더 좋을것 같습니다.

동과 룸의 호실을 선택하여 예약할 수 있었으면 좋겠습니다. 경기도에 거주 중이어서 남해로 오는 거리와 여행 일정 상 체크인을 네시 반 정도에 하였습니다. 그래서 어쩔 수 없이 남는 룸인 11동 1층 studio suite룸에서 숙박했는데, 1층이라고는 하지만 건물 구조상 입구로 들어가려면 지하로 내려가야하는 구조라서 반지하에서 숙박하는 느낌이었습니다. 들어가는 입구에 거미줄과 퀘퀘한 냄새가 심했고, 방 안에서도 냄새가 살짝 나서 향수 뿌려달라고 요청하였습니다. 같은 값의 돈을 주고 일찍 체크인 한 사람한테는 좋은 뷰의 고층을 배정하고 누구는 늦게 와서 상대적으로 열악한 방을 배정한다는 것이 불공평했습니다. 먼 곳에서 많은 시간을 들여 왔는데 숙소가 마음에 들지 않아 너무 실망스러웠습니다. 1층이 이런 구조로 되어있다는 것을 알았으면 다른 곳 예약했을 것 같습니다. 참고하시기 바랍니다. 숙소 외의 다른 부대시설들은 모두 만족스러웠습니다.

새로 renovation을 한 펜트하우스에 숙박을 했었는데, 기대를 많이 해서인지 renovation을 한 방이라는 느낌이 약하다더군요. 특히 방문(철문)은 오래되어 헐거운 느낌이었습니다. Eternal Journey는 가격이 비싸지 않아 좋았습니다.

시설이 낡아서 리모델링이 필요한 상태입니다. 태풍 때문에 일정을 하루 연기하려 했으나 Full Booking 이라고 안된다고 했는데 실제는 비어있는 곳이 많이 있었습니다. 좀 심하다는 생각이.... Self-BBQ는 좋았습니다. Check-in 이 3시인데 일찍 도착하였는데 이터널저니에서 커피 마시며 기다리여 했는데 Take-out 만 된다고 하네요... 빈자리도 많은데... 서비스 정신이 좀 부족한 듯 합니다.

친정엄마, 남편 그리고 23개월 아기까지 네명이 숙박했어요. 45평형 펜트하우스였는데 객실 컨디션 좋았습니다.
3층이었는데 뷰도 좋았구요. 다만 위층에 숙박했던 아이들이 너무 뛰어서 참다참다 프론트에 얘기를 했는데 두번이나 전화했음에도 불구하고 11시쯤까지 뛰어다녔어요; 정말 매너없는 가족들이었네요...
숙소 인근에 먹을만한 곳도 별로 없고 부대시설은 약간 부족한 느낌이었어요. 그래도 사우나는 잘 이용했어요~ 아기 욕조가 한두개 정도 비치되어 있으면 더 좋을거 같아요.

정말 숙소 관리상태가 엉망진창입니다. 객실 시설이 너무 오래되서 5성급 호텔이아니라 콘도에온 느낌이였습니다. 벽이 깨져있질 않나, 말도안되는 침대에, 바닥은 장판이더라구요. 리모델링을 했다고 들었는데 정말 너무 실망했습니다.
그리고 호텔내 레스토랑에서 코스요리를 먹었는데, 가격도 괜찮았고 음식도 좋았습니다. 그런데, 코스요리를 서빙하는 내내 그 누구도 음식이름이나 재료등에 대한 간단한 설명이 없더라구요. 그냥 음식만 툭툭 서빙하고 갔습니다. 호텔 레스토랑에서 밥을 먹는건지, 프랜차이즈 식당에 있는건지 모르겠더라구요.
