사장님인지 직원인지 불친절해요 주차는 두대째부터 외부유료주차장에 만원주고 주차해야 되구요 4인기준으로 예약했는데 2인침구류만 제공되고 추가비용 받아요 나갈때올때 인사도 없습니다

방이랑 욕실은 깨끗하긴해요.. 건물은 오래되어보이던데 실내를 리모델링하신것같더라구요 그냥 잠자고 씻는데는 불편은 없어요.. 그런데 주차가 헬이에요.. 객실이 2층부터 8층까지 층마다 7~8개는 되는것같던데 주차공간이 그거반도 안되는것같아요.. 주차공간도협소하고 그렇다고 발렛이 있는것도 아니고 사장님이 엄청 운전을 잘하셔서 주차를 대신해주는것도 아니구요.. 암튼 주차때문에 너무 신경쓰여서 오후에 미리 주차해두고 저녁에는 그냥 택시타고 다녔어요.. 주차때문에라도 재방문은 어려울것같은 집이네요..

오동도/짚라인/낭만포차/케이블카 등등 위치가 최고입니다.
온돌특실에 숙박하였는데, 4인 이상 가족분들에게는 최적의 숙소일 거라고 생각합니다(엄청나게 넓은 방과 좋은 시설 등).
다음 여수 여행때도 같은 숙소/같은 방 이용할 계획입니다.

처음 숙박 주차장 조금 불편 8층 바다는 안보이나 양호 바다 안보여도 그렇게 아쉽지 않음 오동도 케이블카 가까움. 걸어서 갈거리 오동도는 열차가 좋을것 같음 코로나로 운행안함 어디. 숙소든계획된 관광지랑 가까운 숙소가 최고인듯

다양한 볼거리를 걸어서 볼수있어서 좋다. 엑스포, 오동도, 케이블카등, 관광명소가운데 위치했있어요 주차하고 걸어가디기 좋아요. 차가지고 돌았더니 뱅뱅 돌더라는.... 도로가 편하진않아요

시설은 좋은데 서비스는 정말이지 엉망입니다!!!! 3인실 3박 예약했는데 첫날은 욕실이 고장났다는 이유로, 둘째날은 우리가 외출한 사이에 다른 사람들에게 이미 방 예약을 줘 버렸다는 이유로 3일 중 2일을 2인실에 투숙하게 했습니다. 2인실과 3인실 차액 환불은 커녕 미안한 기색도 없이 어쩔 수 없다는 태도로 일관했고요. 오후 3시까지 돌아와야 방을 바꿔준다고 해서 (대체 왜 우리가 맞춰야 하나요?) 부랴부랴 돌아왔더니 이미 다른 예약을 받아버려서 못바꿔준다는 건 정말 말이 안됩니다. 옥상 테라스에 사람이 있는 걸 보고 불을 꺼버리는 건 대체 어떤 생각인지 알 수가 없습니다. 서비스업이 정말 맞나요?

Instead, they put us in a room for 2 giving us an extra blanket for one of us to sleep on the floor. They didn't even offer a refund and were very unpleasant when we were asking them extra amenities... We had the feeling they were taking advantage of the fact that we were young and foreigners... really not recommending this hostel.

가족과 즐거운 시간보냈어요~
3식구 가족여행으로 선택한 숙소였는데 룸컨디션이나 위치가 깔끔하고 아주 좋았습니다. 케이블카, 오동도, 낭만포차거리가 도보로 이용할 수 있을 정도로 가까워서 좋았습니다. 옆건물에 편의점도 있고 조금 걸어가면 깔끔한 분식집도 있어서 편리하고 층마다 공동취사실이 있어서 간단한 요기가 가능했습니다.
더워서 포기했지만 옥상에서 저녁에 맥주한잔하기 좋겠더라고요.
단점을 꼭 써야한다면 주차장이 조금 좁다는 부분말고는 만족했습니다.

하지만 방음의 문제로 테이블 및 의자끄는 소리등으로 3박중 1박의 밤을 설쳤고 나머지 2박은 늦게 잠들었네요. 배려없는 숙박객들과 동시간에 숙박한 이유일 수도 있지만 구조적 문제라고 생각합니다.
또한 주차장은 확실히 협소합니다. 그래서 불쾌한 경험이 있었고 후기를 남기게 된 이유이기도 합니다. 주차공간 부족인지 아니면 좋은 위치에 따른 숙박객 외의 주차를 금하기 위한 이유였는지 주차를위해 차량진입을하면 여자분 또는 남자분이 나와서 주차안내를 해주셨는데 저는 주차관리라생각했지만 남자사장님?은 단순 숙박확인용이었나 봅니다. 저는 임신한 와이프를위해 일정중 낮시간은 숙소에서 휴식을 취했는데 3일째날에 남자사장님의 안내로 건물 좌측주차장에 주차 및 휴식 후, 다음일정(유람선)을 위해 출차하려했으나 다른 차량들에 의해 못나가는 상황이었습니다. 프론트에 사실을 알리니 여자사장님이 앞차들의 차키가 없다 택시이용 양해부탁드린다 라고 하셔서 남자사장님의 안내받고 주차했는데 어떡하냐는 저의 말에 남자사장님이 옆방에서 나오면서 주차하셔도 된다했지 주차하라고는 안했다. 자꾸 왔다갔다 하시면 어떻게하냐는 식의 대응 후 앞차들 차키가 없는데 연락해 보겠다고해서 일단 기다려봤고 결구 차키가 있었다는 말과함께 차량이동후 출차할 수 있었습니다. 여자사장님은 저를 안심시키기 위해서인지 여수 어디여행하셨냐 유람선타실거면 차안타고가는 숙소앞 여수항 유람선을 이용하는건 어떠냐는 등 다른 이야기를 하셨지만 오히려 제입장에서는 더 화가나는 대응이었습니다. 재방문 의사는 당연히 없고 기존 후기에대한 답변들을 보면 더욱 노력하시겠다고 하시던데 협소한 주차장관리 및 숙박객 민원해결을 위해 진정으로 노력하셔야할것 같습니다.

또한 주차장은 확실히 협소합니다. 그래서 불쾌한 경험이 있었고 후기를 남기게 된 이유이기도 합니다. 주차공간 부족인지 아니면 좋은 위치에 따른 숙박객 외의 주차를 금하기 위한 이유였는지 주차를위해 차량진입을하면 여자분 또는 남자분이 나와서 주차안내를 해주셨는데 저는 주차관리라생각했지만 남자사장님?은 단순 숙박확인용이었나 봅니다. 저는 임신한 와이프를위해 일정중 낮시간은 숙소에서 휴식을 취했는데 3일째날에 남자사장님의 안내로 건물 좌측주차장에 주차 및 휴식 후, 다음일정(유람선)을 위해 출차하려했으나 다른 차량들에 의해 못나가는 상황이었습니다. 프론트에 사실을 알리니 여자사장님이 앞차들의 차키가 없다 택시이용 양해부탁드린다 라고 하셔서 남자사장님의 안내받고 주차했는데 어떡하냐는 저의 말에 남자사장님이 옆방에서 나오면서 주차하셔도 된다했지 주차하라고는 안했다. 자꾸 왔다갔다 하시면 어떻게하냐는 식의 대응 후 앞차들 차키가 없는데 연락해 보겠다고해서 일단 기다려봤고 결구 차키가 있었다는 말과함께 차량이동후 출차할 수 있었습니다. 여자사장님은 저를 안심시키기 위해서인지 여수 어디여행하셨냐 유람선타실거면 차안타고가는 숙소앞 여수항 유람선을 이용하는건 어떠냐는 등 다른 이야기를 하셨지만 오히려 제입장에서는 더 화가나는 대응이었습니다. 재방문 의사는 당연히 없고 기존 후기에대한 답변들을 보면 더욱 노력하시겠다고 하시던데 협소한 주차장관리 및 숙박객 민원해결을 위해 진정으로 노력하셔야할것 같습니다.

여수 엑스포, 특히 아쿠아리움 근처에 위치해서 기차로 오시는 분들이나 아쿠아리움 관람하실 분들에겐 아주 편할겁니다. 하지만 낭만포차는 생각보다 멀어 걷기보단 교통편 이용해서 이동하시길 바랍니다. 혹시라도 날씨가 안좋더라도 주변에 음식점들이 조금 있어 이용에 불편함은 없습니다. 그 외에는 전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다.
