Nice hotel but not great service

Nice hotel in an area a little away from the main points of Quintero. I had a few problems with the service in the hotel. Rude housekeeping because on the morning that they knocked the door to clean the room we had yet to put the \"do not disturb\" sign on the door. The housekeeper was extremely rude. The next day after the room had been cleaned there were no towels in the room. I called reception (after i had got out of the shower!) and it took more than 20 minutes for towels to arrive. We had problems charging bills to the room and again the staff were rude and not very helpful. On check out I was told that I couldn't use a foreign debit card to pay the bill to pay in US dollars to not pay tax (as a foreign tourist). This is only possible using a credit card something that they should make clear at the time of booking.

The saying if it’s not broken don’t fix would be this hotel. Management does not allow preventive maintenance and eventually sink drain blockage happens, door does not shut to keep cold out, rutting shower door falling off hinge, rain creeps under the entry door, no air condition, no heating system, instead you get an electric heater. Kitchen operates like a school with three hours shifts. This hotel is not ready for international hospitality level.

It was best rest and hotel stay in my life. Everything- location, hotel it self deserves a highest mark for warm wellcome, organisation and maintenance. Room have a refrigerator, excellent TV many channels on English, radio signal excellent.

Village full of fun especially in the evening, markets, carnivals and plays, games.

Room are very clean,restorant in hotel is the perfect by its food, salads, and fish.

Late serving with wine will satisfied everything YOu need.
Place secured at the nigth, an allowed to feel safe and pleasent during the rest.

Transportation is excellent ,For examples, bus to Valpariso , Vina La Mar stoppes just 2 meter from hotel. And goig each 10 minutes. Staff is fantastic, helpfull but You dnot required a lot help when You are staying here- everything well organized, rooms in excellent condition, garden and pool most cleanest i had been seen ever.The place is most recommeded for single visitors, couples, and groups, especially for conferences and meetings.

The view is great

The view and property are wonderful - the rooms - not so great - there were some problems with my reservation - so they cut me a deal on their \"suite\" which was not bad - though the room it self is tired and dated. They advertize LCD TV's in all rooms (they are only in their most expensive rooms). The balcony is wonderful and the view is great. The restaurant is nice - breakfasts are ok - nothing great.

I liked the town - but it is really too expensive for what you are getting.

Las habitaciones no tienen aire. Nos tocó la única habitación sin balcón - terraza, y la más cercana a los salones de fiesta. Nos dijeron q abriéramos las ventanas si teníamos calor, y en vez de escuchar el mar escuchamos la música de una fiesta de graduación q había en el salón de fiestas del hotel. La cama no estaba bien hecha (mal tendida).

Hermoso lugar. Flojísimo servicio.

El lugar donde está el hotel es muy tranquilo y con un bellisimo paisaje al mar. La desidia y lentitud del personal echan por tierra lo bello del lugar y la buena infraestructura de sus instalaciones.
El desayuno es abundante pero todos los días las mismas cosas, podrían variar el menu.

We stayed in a superior twin room for two nights and had to complain about the lack of hot water in the tub a couple of times. The staff responded immediately to fix the problem, which was nice, but it was difficult to understand why the hotel had a continuous problem providing hot water in the shower. The floor of the room was too dirty to walk on barefoot - my daughter likes to run around without shoes, nor socks and after a few steps we found that her feet were BLACK. This hotel has incredible views of the sea, which we enjoyed very much. The staff were super kind and nice, greeting us with smiles all the time. The breakfast was simple but delicious, but the quality of food at the restaurant was average, not meeting my expectations. (You can find better quality food with the same menu in Santiago. The pisco sour was delicious though.) The neighborhood is not touristy, which we liked because we dislike crowded places. However, for that reason, it was difficult to find any good restaurants near the hotel. To sum up, overall it was a nice place for a short family trip in a secluded and quiet place.

Muy buen trato en recepción. La habitación excelente. El baño si bien es grande no es cómodo por tener una ducha mal ubicada y con poco espacio interior. El yacuzzi no estaba utilizable a pesar de estar mencionado en las características de la habitación. La carta del Restaurant con pocas alternativas.

A vista do hotel é muito bonita, se quiser não fique no térreo pois os hóspedes usam bastante a área da piscina e acabam por sentar em frente a seu quarto, mas se quiser acesso livre a essa área é uma boa opção. O quarto embora grande, o colchão estava mole com caída para a esquerda, os móveis muito antigos, os armários estavam com a porta emperrada (não abriu), e o chuveiro demorava muito para esquentar. Dormimos um dia sem tomar banho pq não tinha água e depois de muito reclamar nos enviaram um galão para que pudéssemos fazer o mínimo de higiene. Tirando o rapaz que ficou a noite sozinho ouvindo as reclamações e garregando galões de água os demais funcionários não demostraram empatia. Check in muito demorado, pq você tem que fazer através da internet e o sinal na cidade é ruim e se não tiver internet no celular não lhe dão outra opção.
Wifi do hotel só funcionava se ficasse na porta do quarto.
Quanto a cidade, achei suja, com poucas opções de entretenimento.

Hotel liegt direkt am Meer. Alle Zimmer haben Blick zum Meer. Wir konnten uns nach der Anreise im Liegestuhl am Pool etwas entspannen. Preise im Restaurant OK. Wifi im Zimmer etwas schwach. Ausreichend Parkplatz auf dem Hotelgelände. Fenster zum öffnen. Zimmer haben im 1. Stock kein Balkon, Erdgeschoss Zimmer mit Terrasse.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 18h et surprise, la réservation avait été annulé. La responsable de l'hôtel à tout fait pour nous replacer ailleurs, mais dans le secteur, aucun établissement à fait l'affaire. Finalement on nous a placé à Viña del Mar, distante 40 km de Quintero. Il va falloir un dédommagement pour les moments de stress et d'incertitude vécus.

Un hotel con comodidades que superaron las expectativas del sector donde está emplazado. Hermosa localización con una notable vista, gran parque y piscina. Personal muy amable y un buen buffet de desayuno.

Det bästa med hotellet var dess läge nära havet, som visserligen inte var helt inbjudande, eftersom vattnet inte tycktes vara så rent. Det var 10 minuters promenad till centrum. Man hade en mycket fin strand 5 km söder om staden med mycket surfing. Servicen hade förmodligen varit bättre om någon kunnat engelska, men det är tydligen likadant i hela Chile. Rummet var ganska stort men utan någon soffa eller fåtölj. TV-bilden var usel. En altan med utsikt om man hade rum nr 6-8 eller högre om hade ett premiumrum. Staden Quintero var en genuin chilensk stad med väldigt få turister.

Geheimtip nettes und kleines Küstendörfchen

Der Service des Hotels ist erstklassig und die Lage wirklich sehr gut.
Das Frühstücksbuffet sowie Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl durch das tolle Ambiente.
Einziger Kritikpunkt: etwas veralterte Zimmer (Teppich dreckig, Bad alt und nur lauwarmes Wasser) allerdings ist der Zimmerserviche ausgezeichnet...
Kann es im allgemeinen nur empfehlen, Geheimtip, wenig Turis und einfach schöne Umgebung,....

Quintero é uma cidade feia, pobre e sem nenhum atrativo, distante 40km de Viñas... Hotel decatende, sem manutenção, serviço precário e lento. Mas o pior ainda são os arredores e distancia de qualquer ponto interessante. Não recomendo pra ninguém...

Embora as pessoas sejam agradáveis, o hotel necessita de manutenção, melhoria no cafe da manhã( fraco).
Preços de alimentos nos restaurantes deveria ser mais barato.
A cidade não oferece nenhuma infra estrutura ao turismo.
Embora tenha todos estes problemas o custo da estadia corresponde ao nivel do hotel.
