rooms clean but sheets were never changed while we were there. the staff was excellent so welcoming smiling all the time. They went out of their way to meet our needs. We did accidentally pack the hair dryer with us. Waiting to how see how you would like us to deal with the situation. will refer our friends to stay at your beautiful hotel.

The place is located on the side of a cliff and is very beautiful. The common areas of the hotel were very nice but the rooms are in need of an update. Otherwise the only issue was I got charges an extra tax/fee for not having a PIF document of some sort? I asked about it and nobody could verify why I was charged this fee. If it was legitimate, I should have been informed by the hotel ahead of time as this is an unusual fee that I have never paid in years of traveling the world. Otherwise I think the location was excellent and so were the amenities.

The location of this hotel takes away your breathe. To open the windows at night and listening to the Pacific is sublime. The Spa is really wonderful. My only complaint is that the breakfast doesn't seem as good as it once was.

The staff was wonderful! Ixchal, Josefa, Hugo and Claudio and all the rest really made us feel welcome and took great care of us during our stay.

Staff is super attentive, restaurant is great, spa is nice, rooms are nice and clean and a view of a lifetime in a rock and bird sanctuary.

The hotel has amazing views but other than that it’s really average. It’s not worth the money they are charging. The staff speaks very limited English and don’t have knowledge of the area. They didn’t know any of the restaurants around the hotel and were not able to provide any recommendations. One night nobody cleaned the room. The valet parking guys are asking the guests to pull out their car which can be challenging at times as the parking completely full.

great view, ocean front, however careless is noticed, bathroom leaked water, mold over black tiles, lots of soap left there, dirty yute carpets. Addittional we spent 20 minutes trying to get to the lobby at 1:30 am on a saturday night at a beach location since there was no close by security at premises. definitely not a 5 star, 330 $ a night, terrace services closed starting march, with great weather outside, still, and a full packed hotel. Lacking people as someone from the staff mentioned.

The hotel size and facilities were not good for the price. This is a hotel I would never want to go to again. Prices are not much different from nearby Sheratons. I was very disappointed and the front desk staff was not friendly either. This is a hotel that only sleeps. Pool access is extremely limited.

We got a beautiful room with a small terrace just in front of the sea. Very nice and silent hotel for a good rest. Pool, hot tub and even breakfast needed reservation due to Covid restrictions. Despite the limited available spots in the schedule, we were able to enjoy all the activities by being flexible. We felt safe at every moment. Gloria at the front desk was a wonderful help, always kind and helpful.

The location was amazing with beautiful views! The hotel was in good shape, but the rooms are definitely in need of a refreshing / updating. Also, the WiFi was not good at all. You had the keep entering the login and password each time your device “fell asleep” and so that was very frustrating.

It’s my third time staying here and it’s always a wonderful stay. We always enjoy the rooftop grill along with the amazing views! Very nice breakfast in the morning. Staff is helpful and friendly. The views from the rooms are breathtaking. We enjoy warm salt water pool beside the spa. You have to wear swimming caps made of nylon which is fine but they charge you for them. The price of the rooms especially when you get a superior suite should include the price of a cap, in my opinion. I booked a massage which was amazing. The only thing I would complain about is the locker room. It’s very very hot in there. The showers are right as you walk in meaning there is absolutely no privacy when someone open the door. There is no where really to get changed or ready privately. Not everyone enjoys being naked with ten other women. Also, when you arrive they should offer you at least a glass of water. For an upscale hotel and spa they should pay attention to little details like that. Overall it’s a great hotel but I would not use their spa facilities again.

Awesome Ocean Stay

An awesome view with waves crashing right outside your window. No one can see in, and you can't hear traffic. I'm pretty sure every room has the same view. I ordered two meals on the roof, and once the staff took my order, it was quick and both arrived hot. The restaurant was also good for me. Breakfast was good too. The room was large, clean, and updated. The air conditioner was very large, and yes it blows on the bed. But you were always cool, and I left the window open at night so not a problem. Wifi worked, but forced you to login again and again and again. Parking is scarce, but I walked everywhere, not like anything close has parking either. I'm glad I ignored the negative reviews. The only negative is the birds on the rocks do smell a bit.

Property has amazing views of the ocean and has a lovely sound of the sea . You can see pelicans with seagulls and it just creates a magnificent feeling. Amenities in the hotel will make you feel pampered. Only bad thing is distance to viña del mar but the area of the hotel is amazing , nice and quiet. Nothing a taxi or uber wont fix.

Let’s be honest : you’re paying for the VIEW (and WHAT A VIEW).
It’s amazing and incredible, waking up in front of the sea. Then, the room is ok, the service ok, the restaurant “normal” (not exactly the luxury restaurant you would expect) and the lights very low on every floor (at this point, it’s not even cozy or intimate : it’s just very dark at night).
The spa was disappointing too (the swimming pool overcrowded and once again, VERY dark), the Spa treatments overpriced and not exactly amazing...
You are paying for the amazing view and location. But a little disappointment.

Relaxing location right on the Pacific ocean

The hotel keeps the best attention to customers thanks to their wonderful people that works at each of the facilities. The atmosphere of being at a small hotel right on the ocean is priceless. What it needs though is an urgent renovation of the rooms. You cannot expect carpets, curtains, pillows, towels to last for 5+ years and still look good. There is also a need to keep attention to small details like the coffee machine in the room, the smell of the machine was disgusting which forced the people to ask for boiled water at the bar. Another detail that needs attention is to clean the terrace of the few rooms that have one, if you have a terrace you want it to be inviting but not with seagulls poop everywhere. Overall is still worth another chance for the management to be more proactive and keep the Aqua wonderful again.

To all the people who consider to stay at this hotel.
I had stay with them for 3 days at this hotel. First , I was check-in at hotel. Air Conditioning was not working then they moved me to another room. I went to bad as check-in at night. Air Conditioning made lousy all night. I tried to move and un pack so I waited until the morning. The morning I got up and went out for slight seeing. Came back in the evening , room was clean but towels was not return back after they took away in the morning. Called reception twice but nothing came. I end up using the small one they had. Breakfast was used bad and not much choice for you to have. I will not return back or recommend anyone to stay. This is my first time write the review as It was really bad.

Wonderful attentive staff made us comfortable since we don't speak Spanish. All rooms offer breathtaking ocean views. Management graciously upgraded us to a room with a balcony. Roof top hot tub and lounge area are definitely a plus. The public and bar areas are inviting and clubby.

New Blu far from the quality of others branches

I haven been more than 3 times in this hotel it was the first time a a Blu brand that was changed in last decemeber.
I was disappointed because I have been in Blu in other countries and in Radisson Con Con was not the case no any been amenities.
Plus shower was not working properly in my room 104 I comply but after 8 hour the minor issue was not fixed. Near my room it was a disco bar Bucanneers It was nice to have drinks ther and good music however / then when I was Inbano my room I could hear the music because the bar is NOT insolated for the noise I find this situation uncepptable for an hotel like Radisson.
I did not receive an apologise for shower situation neither a compensation.
I had dinner in restaurant it was absolutely good.
Breakfast was overvrauded actually I was obligated to have the sitting in a sofa because restaurant was full so it was not good experience.

The hotel setting is amazing! A beautiful hotel as well with a nice pool area. Bar/restaurant was very nice and good food. Hotel is far from activities, therefore if this is not a trip to relax and enjoy the scenery, plan to spend time in a car or in taxis. Hotel was very helpful in obtaining a taxi.

So far so good. We have issues with the room, the door of bathroom was broken so we can't close the door. Check out was too slow, only two attendants at front desk at the time of check out on Sunday and end of hollidays season. Restaurant so good, nice view.

My family really looked forward to staying a the Radisson Blu Acqua Hotel in Concon. However, the experience was less than expected. From the beginning we had to wait for one of three rooms to be available, despite it being almost 2 hours from check-in time (3pm!). We were surprised that, in the middle of the busy season, the hotel was out of very basic items on their menu, like pizza. The pools has maintenence in the middle of the afternoon, keeping them shut for over an hour. The staff was very friendly, but the installations were somewhat tired.
In addition, my expedia +gold condition was not recognized, despite indications of VIP+ hotel when booking.
Overall, disappointed that a hotel with such a great location and friendly staff does not reach the same level in installations and overall managerial issues.
