The hotel entire view is so beautiful and relaxing, our room have an amazing ocean view. At the restaurant the view is wonderful and the service was amazing and especially Luis or Tata, who received us like a deer loving family every time he have seen us. At the Spa Johanna was warm and lovely make feel us at home with all her attention and loving welcome to the spa. We are so happy to choose this hotel for our stay in Viña Del Mar Chile.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is a bit dated but it is well maintained with spacious rooms and beautiful views. We were warned a couple of times to be extra cautious if we walked off the property. That didn't give us a lot of confidence especially after having just been robbed in Santiago. The staff at the Sheraton was great. We had two rooms, both upgraded and assigned next to each other without us having to ask. Little thoughtful perks like that are truly appreciated. We usually try to avoid Marriott properties, but this stay was lovely.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, with pleasant and well-maintained facilities. However, the service from the staff left much to be desired. From the moment I arrived with several suitcases, no one offered to help me, and the attitude at the front desk was quite cold. Throughout my stay, I felt a distant and unwelcoming treatment, which was very disappointing. I hadn’t been back to my country in many years, and it was really sad to return and feel so poorly received. I believe customer service should be a priority, especially in a hotel of this category.

Was relaxing walking distance to downtown Viña Del Mar, restaurants were great and not overly expensive. Outdoor pool had great setting but was a bit cold, indoor pool was warm and looked at outdoor pool. Staff was helpful and friendly, even if not all spoke English. I would definitely recommend the hotel, my kids loved it too. Olga did great job cleaning room and left us extra coffee and water. I drove here and valet parking was easy.

The location of the Sheraton was terrific except for the fact that a marathon was being run on the access road to the hotel on the day we had to leave for Valparaiso and did not know this ahead of time. We had to allow extra time as all the traffic was rerouted away from the main throughfare, had to take a golf cart then drag our luggage across the race route to get to the taxi. The hotel is looking its age, needs a revamp to get rid of old battered fruniture and replace carpets Yhe indoor pool and spa was really nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly

We were able to book a room at this Sheraton for the day we arrived, so we were very fortunate. The facility was in excellent condition and in a good location. It was a little pricey, but was worth it for the service and accomodations. I would definitely stay there again.

If you want to stay in Vina del Mar find a hotel near renaca beach. This hotel is all marketing. The food, and breakfast is horrible. The rooms are really outdated. The beach next to the hotel is not nice. There is so much traffic, and people around the hotel so you have no peace. Its very corporate style service.

For our trip to Viña del Mar we had originally booked a timeshare condo, however when we arrived we found someone else (the owner) in the unit. With no place to stay we turned to the Miramar, which turned out to be a wonderful choice! At check-in I told the desk person, José, our sad story, and also that it was my wife's birthday tomorrow and that we had journeyed from the US. He went out of his way to accommodate us with a great room. He also gave us complimentary drink tickets and had a bottle of wine sent to the room. The next morning they sent up a complimentary breakfast that included a slice of birthday cake with a candle! This is really service above and beyond. We are very impressed with the Miramar!
Oh, and it is a great hotel, perched on the rocks above the ocean, with views from Valparaíso to Reñaca. The bar and deck above the pool deck is a fine place to spend the afternoon enjoying the sun. The property is well maintained and our room was large and comfortable.

Standard room didn’t feel 5 star
I had high expectations of being in a 5 star hotel for the first time. I booked a standard room. The view, service, and gym was 5 star. The rest was pretty similar to what I can find in a 3-star hotel. Bed was comfortable, room spacious, furniture was old. Bathroom was ordinary and outdated. It had a regular tub and an plastic phone shower head. Moisturizer was tiny. Soap was pretty cheap, toilet paper was thick and hard. Breakfast included in the price was plentiful with several options. Exceptional service means you have a lot of people wanting to help you with small tasks but they expect a tip for it. Outdated signs about covid measures were still around. Antibacterial gel containers were empathy in most of the areas. I didn’t have to time to check the pool. If you are planning to be out all day, the price for this room is not worthy it. For half the price you can stay in Marina del Rey. No ocean view but close to everything with good service, nice breakfast and half the price.

Every room has a great view of the ocean, and the staff is incredible! Breakfast and restaurants are excellent, plus the concierge is wonderfully helpful and attentive. Unfortunately, it does have some major construction around it and as a result is a bit inconvenient to move around the city - specifically to Vina Del Mar. The hotel is extremely close to Valparaiso, which is not a safe area, however, the hotel property itself is very safe. Will stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel in a stunning, beautiful location. We were given ocean front room with a balcony and it was great to hear the waves and feel the ocean breeze in the room. The outside eating deck also overlooks the ocean, and it is very peaceful and lovely. I wish they had a more extensive menu. I suggest getting the breakfast option--very good and there is also an omelette station. The only complaint is that the morning waiters are very slow and not always friendly. This was made up by Luz, who handles the concierge VIP. She was receptive and took care of business fast, as well as very attentive.Overall, would not hesitate to stay there again!

Awesome property with all the amenities. Fantastic ocean front ! Views from our room, dining room, poolside overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Food is excellent ! I’ll go out on a limb and say that we had the best cheese we’ve ever had ! Room service was fantastic also. It took me a few minutes of confusion to understand the parking (language barrier and navigation issue on my part) but, once I understood how it worked it was fine.

Had a reservation in Valparaiso and so glad we blew it off and spent the extra dough to stay here. Very nice facility and you can Uber over to Valparaiso for the funky bohemian vibe if that’s your thing. Personally I like to do that and then return to a 4-star with a nice pool and rose’.

Never stay there again.
They have a chilled water A/C cooling system. They turn the chiller off about 7 pm every night. By 8:30 pm you have to open exterior door for cooling. My room was next to highway, so I heard traffic all night. I complained about this, they sent a maintenance man up at noon, he said it as cool, yes at noon the chiller had been on for five hours. Three nights of little sleep and since of complaining they did nothing. Going to hotel Del Mar next trip.

This location is amazing. The pictures do not deceive. The configuration of the hotel provides a legitimate and beautiful ocean view for every room. It's really well laid out and organized. After walking around the town for a day it's clearly the best location, and best hotel with the best views in the area. We couldn't have been happy with our choice. Seriously it's the only one directly over the water.
If there was anything that needs updating it would be the carpeting in the halls and the rooms. It is clearly old, a bit dirty and musty. But outside of that everything was wonderful (including the restaurant and the Concierge Luis).
The staff was very accommodating with our odd schedule which made our travel much more comfortable. Due to a cruise we arrived at the hotel extremely early (9:30am) and departed on a late flight the next day (leaving for the airport at 6:50pm). The hotel allowed us to check in early (for a nominal fee). And they allowed us to check out late (3pm) and stay in the room until our ride to the airport arrived for a small hourly fee. They had to maneuver things around that allowed us to stay in the same room. Sooooo much nicer than having to check out at Noon and sit in the lobby or airport for almost 7 hours. So we really appreciate the customer service they provided. Thank You!!!

The staff was very accommodating with our odd schedule which made our travel much more comfortable. Due to a cruise we arrived at the hotel extremely early (9:30am) and departed on a late flight the next day (leaving for the airport at 6:50pm). The hotel allowed us to check in early (for a nominal fee). And they allowed us to check out late (3pm) and stay in the room until our ride to the airport arrived for a small hourly fee. They had to maneuver things around that allowed us to stay in the same room. Sooooo much nicer than having to check out at Noon and sit in the lobby or airport for almost 7 hours. So we really appreciate the customer service they provided. Thank You!!!

Wonderful hotel right on the sea. Our room, 701, was like being on a ship with 270 degree views. The staff were so helpful as we were there during the uprising. The restaurant was superb, best meals in Chile. It is within easy and scenic walking distance of downtown Vina del Mar with a myriad of restaurants. The beach is right next door although the weather can be like San Francisco and foggy in the mornings. There is free parking---valet. We would certainly stay there again!

Clean and comfortable stay, standard Sheraton quality. Parts of the bathroom were a bit more dated but still alright. Lovely outdoor and indoor pool, very picturesque. Best in Vina del Mar
The security was overwhelming and tiresome after such a long journey. The security guard was unfriendly and let our bags drop to the floor as they came off the belt. Overall the staff of the hotel was polite and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel is showing major signs of wear but at least it was comfortable and very clean. The view from the rooms is amazing too. We ate the hotel twice because there's not much else in the area (Vina is dirty and unfriendly). The service was amazing, the food was okay but a few selections were served too cold.
