Property is located in an alley of Ebisubashi Shotengai. I found it easily, located right in center of shopping and easy access to the Midosuji line platform from and entrance literally around the corner. Rooms are small, good for one or two for a quick stay. The sent upstairs made our evening after 30hrs of travel.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. My room was filthy, with yellow grime on the walls, a weird smell, and mold in the shower. The front desk was very apologetic when I brought up these concerns and that was very appreciated and they offered to upgrade me for the night. While the upgrade was still dirty, I chose to stay since it was already late at night. I woke up the next morning with bites all over my legs. I couldn’t get out of there faster. Luckily, I was able to get refunded for the remainder of my trip.

There is a seperate onsen for male and females. The shampoo and conditioner is quality. There was no view and the bed is uncomfortable but otherwise good for the price.

The hotel is very basic. It is on one one of the shopping allies in the heart of Namba area, very close to the train station but you don't hear the noise in the hotel room. The staff is kind, professional, and makes every best effort to communicate in different language (English) but they do face challenges. However, with google translate you can get around this issue. The room was very small but clean. The hotel is very basic. They have an interesting culture of keeping all the toiletries around the front desk instead of providing them in each room, and the guests decided which ones they need and take them upon checking in.

This hotel needs a lot of work. The rooms are dirty, with stains on the walls and in the bathroom. The staff was rude at check in, and charged a ¥1000 “onsen tax”. When we said that we weren’t planning to use the onsen they claimed all the water in the showers was hot spring water and so we had to pay.
The room was small, but sort of standard for budget hotels, and the mattress was very uncomfortable.
Proximity to Dotombori was great and Namba wall was surfer convenient - if you’re there for a party, it’s a good crash pad if you don’t mind the stains.

Room was large for 2 of us but could sleep 4. Had couch and desk plus makeup area outside bathroom. Beautiful large bathroom and had Japanese-style shower next to tub. Unfortunately we had only 1 night there and we used onsen. Onsen was nice, not crowded and water was hot. Small hotel, only 10 floors, maybe around 15 rooms per floor. Staff was friendly, helpful in sending luggage to airport. Convenient loocation, just few steps to subway station, and nice simple directions from staff. Lots of shopping places and eating places.

The hotel is 5 star in terms of location, right off of dotonbori street in Namba. Absolutely loved the location.
As for cleanliness/comfort…there were literally stains all over the wall and dust everywhere. It was visibly dirty to the naked eye which was not comforting. The bed was also very uncomfortable and it was difficult to sleep, and was quite small for 2 people (and I loved sleeping on a cot on the floor at a transitional ryokan…I’m not picky and tend to sleep like a log.)
The onsen was nothing impressive. Small, crowded, also didn’t feel the most clean. Would’ve rather stayed at an APA hotel.

The Onsen bath is superb!!! 5 mins. walk to Fuji Q theme park. 10 mins walk to grocery store. 5 mins walk to Train station and bus station. The hotel it self offers breakfast buffet & dinner buffet. Breakfast buffet is good, especially their French toast is super good, I haven’t seen in any other restaurants. We have the view of Mt. Fuji from our room. It is super cool.

It is a standard japanese hotel very conveniently located and with a charming staff. However, the main reason for my recommendation is for those wishing for a natural spring water onsen and (for men only) a sauna in the middle of Osaka's most lively neighborhood.

Incredibly disappointing. The hotel lacks many of the modern facilities normal hotels have and the staff are completely indifferent, very unlike other Japanese hotels I have stayed in.

Fantastic location in central Osaka. Staff were great and helped us send our bags and check-in was very easy. Our room was huge (we didn't book a big room) and facilities were good. Hot-spring water was available for the in-room bath which was great as we couldn't use the two onsens due to our tattoos.

The location of the hotel was ideal, in a busy area and close to the shopping area and Kuromon market. The hotel was clean, and the room was very spacious.
The only downside is that this was easily the worst bed I have ever slept on in my entire life. We didn’t get much sleep because the mattress felt like we were sleeping on the floor.

I was in Osaka for some site seeing and found this on hotels.com. Great location! Right next to Dotonbori with tons of food, drink, and shopping options. I dropped off my bag and went out for several hours. The staff was great but didn't speak much English. My limited Japanese got me what I wanted...well, that combined with pantomiming. The room was clean but small (usual Japanese standards). The bed and pillows were too firm (usual Japanese standard).
Two nights in the hotel, staff was very accommodating when asked for anything; including extra towels and robes....which I love!
Comfort aside - all Japanese hotels are this way - the location and staff were good for the price. Definitely recommend.

It is in the heart of the Namba walking street. Just a step out from the hotel door and you will be greeted with row of foods and shops. Using exit 1 is nearest to hotel. I requested a paid upgrade to twin bed room which was really good and spacious. Hotel staff limited in English speaking but very helpful and trying their best.

the service i amazing, however there was a miscommunication. they give 2 free bottles of mineral water if you dont ask for room cleaning service everyday, so they will hang the essentials and replacement towels at your door. but, it was not communicated to me correctly, maybe because of the language barrier that was present. they only told me that they will place 2 bottles of mineral water in my room everyday.

Just Ok hotel. No frills and no leniency in getting a little later check out. They wanted 1000Y for every hour extra past normal check out. This is the first hotel in over 500 that I've stayed in that wouldn't consider a later check out.

Room is pretty small, but that is normal for most of Japanese Hotel/Air BNB, OK for 2 adults or a small family (2 adults plus 1 child). The hotel is close to osaka station but it may be hard to locate the first time round as the entrance is in an alley. I have uploaded some photos to navigate to the hotel entrance after crossing the road outside osaka station (Takashimaya side). The hotel reception staff were friendly and obliging. Great shopping and restaurants are just steps away. The room size is adequate but some may find it small. Some rooms do not have a view but it is not a deal breaker to me.

The location is very close to Namba Station, famous Kuromon market, Dontonori shopping district, and NanKai station to KIX airport. The staff are very friendly. The rooms with two twin size beds seems just got remodeled with good design. It is very clean and comfortable. I had stayed in hotels in Dontobori area before, but it was quite a hassle to drag the luggage all the way to NanKai on the last day. This one is just cross the street!! If I am visiting Osaka again, this hotel definitely would be my first choice!

The hotel was in a great location - close to everything. However, I thought the beds were a little uncomfortable and they did not have wifi access in the rooms. Wifi is only available in the lobby which was inconvenient.
