The room was fantastic.
The hot tub had its own floor above the room (might be rough for people with mobility issues) with a spiral staircase leading to it. The hot tub got to a great temperature and was amazing before and after a day of walking.
The hotel itself is very very close to the Nagasaki historical areas (peace park, a-bomg museum...) and in a very quiet and respectful area.
If you intend to look at the history, I highly recommend staying here.

Great Staff and location. Away from the rush and crowds of every day tourism in Nagasaki, but an easy tram ride to anywhere one might like to visit. The hotel orders something different compared to more spartan and modern hotels. Convenient access to what is more typical of a Japanese city.

Excellent value for money! We enjoyed the spacious room, the comfortable beds, and the jet-stream bath (which fills us quickly!) The only difficulty experienced was figuring out how the lights work.

This hotel is extremely well situated with \"must-visit\" museums and many restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely Hotel Concerto

Beautiful old European style with lots of dark wood and chandeliers; room was large with Japanese style bath. Very pleasant. Bit of a hike up the hill, but located close to important atomic bomb victim sites in Nagasaki that you can walk to.

Lovely stay! Very walkable, I booked it to be close to the Nagasaki memorial and museum. (Also walkable to Bunjiro restaurant, one of the best meals of my whole trip, pork cutlet, please go!) But back to the hotel—comfortable, spacious, old school charm and decoration, TV in the bathroom, haha! If you’re picky about things being modern, you might object to this place feeling a bit dated, but I thought it was charming. Their breakfast was absolutely lovely with an incredible range of options, both self-serve and served. The front desk service was very nice and accommodating, it’s clear they stay busy! Thank you!

Japanese breakfast available if you want it.
Rooms had robes, slippers and amazing array of toiletries and hair style equipment. Jacuzzi bath with TV! Tea and coffee making in room, fridge and safe. Excellent!

Really good value for money. Charming hotel. Appreciated the on-site parking. We didn’t bother with their breakfast because it was too pricey when there are many choices around- we ended up eating at Joyfull (open 24h).

The hotel location is great with easy access to team, buses and amenities
However the service is really bad
We had requested for the hotel to book two taxis for a 6:00am airport transfer when we checked in and reconfirmed the next day. Reception confirmed they have booked the taxis.
At 5:45am when we went to the lobby we were advised the taxis cannot be booked and we need to flag down taxis on the road
Can you imagine the situation six of us were put in!
How irresponsible the staff of this hotel could be.
I would recommend the management to investigate and reprimand the staffs who were on duty on those two days and reprimand them
They did not even advise or arrange for any alternative transportation or inform us before hand.

Wonderful service but you needed to book the Japanese breakfast 2 days in advance so the first morning only a salad bar(good though). There is also a steep step from the door up to bathroom down again to the room - uncarpeted so easy to slip off. No English channels on cable either. Cheaper rooms have neighbors right in front of your room so the can see in at night.

Much larger than expected. I hadn't realised it was a former love hotel, so the bathroom has a proper jacuzzi bath and the soundproofing is perfect. Everything was clean and no complaints about the service either.

Literally around the corner from the Atomic Bomb museum, making it close to peace park and a very short walk to the Tram Station. The breakfast was delicious. The room was immaculate (and quite cute). The staff was incredibly friendly. I am already planning to stay again this summer when my younger daughter visits.

Room was extremely clean, and hotel staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. It’s right down the block from a tram station so you can easily get where you want to go and it’s near the Nagasaki bomb museum and a really excellent mall.

Rooms are really fancy. The breakfast was mediocre. Our kids didn’t care for the breakfast. On-site parking was $15 per day. There is a little bit of a language barrier, but easy enough to get checked in.

My fiancé and I stayed in Nagasaki one night. We had arrived at this hotel pretty early like at 12:30pm but they let us check in. The room was cozy and nice. Amenities and equipments were amazing. The bathtub was also good.

This hotel Room was very uncomfortable a big bed in a very small room it looks clean, but very stuffy air and strong unpleasant odor, I couldn’t sleep the hold night of smells and hard pillow cases. Definitely never go back.

Hotel Concerto Nagasaki is a lovely hotel with gracious staff. We stayed in a pool suite and it was gorgeous, well-equipped with amenities, and plenty of room for us and our two school aged children. As with many Japanese hotels, the beds are much harder than what most Americans are accustomed to and their pillows are buckwheat filled, which means it is much like sleeping on hard little pellets. We purchased a room rate which included breakfast each morning and if we were to return we would opt not to. Overall a wonderful stay and if we return to Nagasaki we will absolutely choose this hotel again.

Everything is perfect except for the parking space. Sometimes other hotel residents did not park their cars properly but the staffs who might be monitoring doesn't tell them to shift or adjust their vehicles properly making it difficult for other hotel residents to park their cars as well.

Wonderful friendly helpful staff.
Always smiling an eager to help.
Went out of their way and actually walked down to it to be sure we found the correct bus stop to get to airport.
Breakfast is excellent with lots of choices in the buffet and choice of western or Japanese foods.
Right next to Bomb sites and a simple electric street car to anything else you wish to visit in the area.
Definitely would highly recommend.

Pleasant hotel with Japanese bathroom next to ABM

Hotel is located right next to the Atomic Bomb Museum and memorial park, it takes 3 minutes walking to get there.The rooms are on the larger side for Japanese standards. The bathrooms are top notch as you get to experience the traditional Japanese style bathrooms, meaning there is a small wet area where you cleanse yourself right beside the sunken bathtub. The breakfast is very limited, both Japanese and Western. Parking is available, but limited to eight slots, so you’d better reserve in advance. English speaking ability of staff is however weak.
Would stay there again. An alternative would be the Crowne Plaza, which is right next to beautiful Glover garden.

Close to peace park and tram stop

Last minute booking and booked a suite. Unbelievable! Large room and own private pool. This is how the other half lives!
Restaurant only opened at breakfast but the man in charge of the breakfast was fantastic. We ate mostly Japanese so the food was great. Limited western food eggs and bacon/sausage menu and cereal for less adventurous.

Christmas in Nagasaki

Short stay over Christmas in Nagasaki, Christian center of Japan. Hotel is in excellent location, minutes to tram which takes you everywhere for 120 yen. Many lovely restaurants less than five minutes away. Room was very nice, temperature control excellent and iPad room electrical control was neat. Wife was fine, no issues. We did not get the breakfast, to many excellent coffee shops nearby. Will stay again.

内装は若干古めですが、元ラブホテルだけあって
普通のビジネスより広く電子レンジと簡易キッチン
、広めの浴槽(テレビ付き)など満足でした。
設備もメンテナンスはきちんとされていました。
立地的にも(坂を下りなくてはなりませんが)すぐ近くに
スーパー、コンビニや電車の停留所もあり、便利だと
思います。
(元ラブホなので部屋ごとに設備が違うかも知れません。
また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。)

リーズナブルなのに、広いお部屋に広いお風呂、その他設備が充実しているため、ゆっくり過ごせて毎回大満足です。

平和記念公園原爆資料館カトリック浦上教会などと徒歩圏で散策するにはいい場所です。
施設としてはこじんまりしており年季が入った感じで部屋の壁紙が剥がれているのが目立ったり老朽化は否めない、また温泉もない
朝食に力を入れているそうでローストビーフが綺麗に盛られておりとても美味しく頂いた大満足でした。

2泊3日の出張で泊まりました。設備はこの価格ではかなりレベル高いと思いました。サービスは良、という感覚です。清掃はいきとどいていましたが、二日目からコーヒーカップがなくなり、洗面コップを使ってお茶を飲んでいました。

1人で一泊させていただきました。お世話になりました。
大学病院の近くでしたので、朝もゆっくりできました。フロントの女性の対応も良く安心して泊まることができました。部屋も素敵、浴室も軟水を使用しており、なんとテレビ付き！ドライヤーも2種類。大満足でした。朝食も長崎御前を頼み、最高の朝食でした。外国人のお客様がいらっしゃったようで、その日のフロントの女性が流暢に話をされてました。対応がよかったのですが、その後ろで他のスタッフが仕事上の会話をしていたのか丸聞こえで印象が下がりました。
翌朝、チェックアウトの際、フロント後で男性スタッフか事務所の方なのか分かりませんが、大きな怒鳴り声がフロントまで聞こえました。
これには印象もガタ落ちです。
フロントの男性にも伝えました。笑

Executive room is really so so and neither practical neither confortable. The in-room swimming pool is full of chlore and not really appealing. Finally, the restaurant was close. The only positive is the proximity with the bomb museum

朝食のフレコミに偽りなし！

夫婦一泊で利用しました。レンタカーで行きましたので立地は特に気にせずでしたが、近くに路面電車の駅もあり便利でした。
部屋はやや年季は入っているものの広くてちゃんと手入れはされていました。

楽しみにしていた朝食は良い意味で裏切られ大満足でした！
あまりにお腹一杯になってしまったので、予定していた長崎ランチはキャンセルしました（笑）

また次回長崎に来る際はまず検討するホテルになりました。

よく見ると、施設自体は年季が入ってそうですが、内部がゴージャスでテンションあがりました（元が元だけに？）。お風呂は広くてテレビも付いてるし、洗面台も広くて備品も揃っているし、レンジや小さな水屋があったりと、下手なビジネスホテルに泊まるぐらいなら絶対こちらをおすすめします。ただ、バリアフリーになっていないし、立地的にも年配者には厳しいかと。元が元だけに（何度もすいません）、これは仕方がないのかな。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
