We booked for the wrong date(one day early) but they accommodated us and let us switch the dates for a fee of ¥4000. The front desk staff was professional and while we were fully prepared with our Japanese one of the staff spoke English and seemed super excited to be able to help us out in English! The check in dispite our booking mistake went super smooth and we were on our way to our rooms in less than 10 minutes. The rooms have complimentary yukatas to borrow for our stay which was nice as we were backpacking and traveling super light so any less laundry is welcome. We've just gotten settled and are preparing for rest but I can already tell the rest of our stay will be great! Looking forward to the next day here already and will definitely be booking again if we find ourselves back in this area. :)

This chain at the budget level, has decent amenities, but spares very little for space. As I was in Nagasaki for events, and not leisure, the really skimpy room didn't bother me. But if you plan to come here for leisure, or others in tow, you might want to get a better deal elsewhere, and earlier. Front desk is moving toward automation like similar chains

When l checked in the room l was given had an odd smell in it (a bit like fried food), the reception staff were very good and arranged to have the room deoderised which worked. Room was perfect for a solo traveller, comfortable bed, good shower and the daily bag of amenities is a great idea.

Staff very accommodating

Stayed Monday thru Thursday nights. Great location, near Trams 1 and 5, and close enough to airport bus stop. Lots of eating choices within walking distance. Bed was comfortable and shower had plenty of hot water. Ate the hotel breakfast once; hot dishes were quite good.
On the Wednesday night, experienced cigarette smoke apparently from the ventilation system, even though it's a non-smoking hotel. (There's always at least one moronic guest.) Staff put me in a different room for the last night---grateful for the accommodation.

The hotel is in a good location, 10 to 15 minutes walk from the main train station, or a few minutes from a tram stop. The room was small and the bathroom even smaller, but that's to be expected for a budget hotel. The free breakfast was very basic and catered more towards the Japanese diet - there weren't many western food options.

One of the worst.

After experiencing the delights of the Comfort Hotel in Okinawa I was looking forward to using another in the chain.
What a come down.
None of the facilities on offer in Okinawa available here, and it's obvious the hotel is overdue a major refurbishment.

Nearby to a tram stop & Dejima. A 10min walk to the JR station. Small but clean rooms. Buffet breakfast was simple but fit fof purpose. Not sure if its the same Comfort as in Nordic Choice chain of Scandinavia. Decent budget option if booked af the right price.

Although a little far from JR Nagasaki Station, it located at a hub point to visit any direction for sight seeing.
I had problems of Wi-Fi connection, and I could not work with internet after 8:00pm.
The front desk was helpless about it.
The AD was a false regarding Wi-Fi availability at this hotel.

Hotel with nice breakfast

This hotel is located just steps away from the street car station which takes you to JR Nagasaki station in only 2 stops.. The Interior needs little face lift or up date. The room I was in was clean　and quiet, but the hall way carpet was bit dirty. This is one of few hotels in Japan that serve free breakfast I thinK, and it was great. You can taste western style and Japanese style, like nice Onigiri.　　It saves you the time and money for the breakfast.

Horrible experience here

I had a reservation for two nights but left after the first night even though I could not get my money back. The air conditioner wasn't working, the bathroom reeked of mold and mildew. The wifi quit about 11 pm and didn't start working again until 6 am. Since I was so hot and the room stunk so, I couldn't sleep so I tried to work. I couldn't do that either. Definitely one of my worst hotel experiences in my many years of traveling.

Best coffee @ the Comfort Hotel

I have to rave about the free coffee available until midnight in the foyer if this hotel. Freshly ground beans and a generous size cup of excellent expresso. Not to mention a very tasty breakfast selection. Conveniently located for tram and train. Big props. Go stay there.

Simple and straightforward

Very simple hotel; typically small rooms; lots of weekly city workers in residence, therefore fridges in rooms, modern laundry facilities - unusual and very useful. Very quiet clientele - even breakfast is peaceful. Lack of sophistication is reflected in price - you want more, pay more, though I don't see why you would. If you want to impress others with sumptuous accommodation, this is not for you. If you want excellent value for money, give it a spin

Don't miss out the free breakfast !! it's great !!

We arrived at hotel at 23:40 and late checkin is ok. Room is ok but looks a bit old. However you can't ask much for paying such low price. This is the only hotel in my japan trip (Fukuoka - Nagasaki - Kumamoto) providing free breakfast, which includes both western food and japanese food. This is a great offer you should not miss it. Traim station outside the hotel and you can buy the one day pass in hotel reception. excellent location for self-guided tour people !!

Excellent, clean hotel with friendly service. Staff seemed to speak English. Included breakfast was surprisingly good with fresh pastry and breads. Location is very convenient, right near the streetcar stops, just a few stops from the train station. Walking distance to shopping and nightlife. Single rooms were very small, see if you can get a single occupancy double room for almost the same price.

Nice, basic hotel in great location

As others have mentioned, this is a nice, basic, good value hotel in a great location. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is within easy walking distance to the Dejima Wharf and waterfront area and also to a tram stop. The tram is a great, inexpensive way to travel around Nagasaki.

I visited Nagasaki primarily to visit the Atomic Bomb Memorial and Park. I was a little concerned that this hotel was so far away. My concerns were not well-founded. It is located in a really great place and taking the tram to the Memorial and Park was easy.

The hotel is basic but it meets ones needs. The breakfast is nice and there is free internet. If you want a good, basic value, without any frills, this is a good choice.

Our room was small, clean and comfortable. The location was very good with easy access to streetcar. Not too far from the train station. Included breakfast was very good. Rates were very reasonable. AC worked well. Streetcar pass was available at front desk.

ホテルの前の道路が精霊流しのルートになっていて、
路上、部屋の中から見ることができました。
オランダ坂、中華街、眼鏡橋に加え、
長崎港ターミナルも徒歩5分程度、JR長崎駅も徒歩圏内であり、立地についても良好です。

軍艦島ツアーへの拠点としても、新地中華街や長崎水辺の森公園へ早朝散歩に行ったり、立地がちょうど良いです。
朝食付きも、必要充分で朝かしっかり活動準備が整えられました。

朝食とロビーのウエルカムドリンク、特にコーヒーは非常に美味しいです。

最初契約駐車場の場所が知らなかったため、ホテル隣のコインパーキングを一旦車を止めました。
＊契約駐車場は出るたび料金発生するので、車で外出する予定のであれば、ホテル近くのコインパーキングに一旦止める方がいいと思います。

旅行で利用。ビジネス街の中にあり、繁華街からは少し離れているけどその分静か。
部屋そのものはリノベーションしていてキレイ。ただエアコンや水回り、部屋の鍵なんかは昔のままっぽい。
タクシーの手配、観光拠点等スタッフの方は親切に対応してくれてありがたかった。
不満点はWi-Fiのスピードが遅いくらいでした。

ホテル前の道路で夜間工事が行われ非常識な大騒音で眠れるような状況では無かったホテルからも工事の内容また作業時間等の情報提供も無くとても辛い夜を過ごしました、ホテルは工事の予定が判った時に宿泊客に情報の提供をすべきだと思います、その後はホテルの対応で快適に四連泊させて頂きました、ホテルスタッフも良い方ばかりで気持ちいい滞在でした、私たちはコンフォートホテルファンです❗️コロナに負けず頑張ってください。

長崎出張で利用しました。
正直、リーズナブルな料金だったので予約しましたが、ホテル周辺のロケーションがとても良く大変満足でした。グラバー園やちゃんぽんの元祖で有名な四海楼も近く、仕事で利用しましたが、効率よく観光も出来ました。
フロントスタッフの案内も丁寧で、初めてでも迷わず行けました。
予約時は気にしませんでしたが、朝食付きだったので利用しました。
品数は多くはありませんでしたが、コロナ禍で朝食の提供がないところも多い中、嬉しかったです。コーンスープが美味しかったです。
また利用したいと思います。
