As with almost all Japanese hotels, the place was spotless and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was quite big by Japanese standards so we were pleasantly surprised. Standard amenities. The only critique I have is that the room air conditioning didn't seem cold enough. We noticed that the lobby had far colder temperatures. Yes, we should have told the front desk but we were there for only a few nights and it wasn't bad enough to want to switch to another room.

The location was great, right on the other side of the Nagasaki train station and AMU Plaza mall where everything, including good restaurants, can be had.

The tram is also convenient being right outside the door. You do have to walk up and then back down to the middle of the road where the actual stop is.

Room was very small and outdated. They do not let you check in early (there was no one at reception until check in), but they have stations where you can store your luggage if you arrive early. Hotel is located very close to the JR station and two malls. Currently (Oct 2025), there is construction in the area, so you will have to use stairs to get across the street to the hotel. Not quite close to the 'downtown' area, but lots of food options nearby.

It’s a good hotel very clean . They have lockers for your luggage free of charge before check in time. The only thing as a couple the bed was small and my husband was up against the wall all night, and the pillows felt like they had rice in them. For one night it’s fine

The one I don’t like is you don’t need key card to access the elevator. The breakfast is ok but not a must. It’s a buffet style have both Japanese and Western food. The closer to get to the hotel is taking bus rather than JR. The bus terminal just less than 5 minutes walk. No up and down the flyover. However the bus takes longer than JR.

Hotel seems new, clean, quiet. Great location by the tram stop and near the station though it is an uncovered walk in the snow. Bathroom floor is level with the room. Sliding screens for the window so much better than curtains and block out 100% of the light. TV is small but HDMI port is easily accessible. Good breakfast. Just couldn't get the climate control the heat the room comfortably though, the vent is in the ceiling and all the warm air collects up there. If I stand up I could feel my head warm but my feet still cold, so kind of have to crank the heat to get it down to the bed level, but then it ends up making the room hot.

Excellent location right across from Nagasaki Station. Even though it was in a busy area, the soundproofing in the room was very good and we could not hear anything from outside. The interior looked quite new and well maintained. I was impressed considering how inexpensive the room was. The free amenity room was also a nice bonus, with different choices for pillows (e.g. memory foam, feather) and other furnishings that guests can take to their rooms.

This was a serviceable hotel near the train station and the conference center. The facilities are clean but dated, and there are limited amenities. The rooms are very small. It was a tight squeeze for two people in a double room. However, the bathroom was spacious and well organized.

The hotel is super convenient because it’s located right across from the Nagasaki station and next to the electric train station, which goes to the attractions. The staff is super friendly and facilities are nice. Currently, the exterior of the hotel is being renovated but it doesn't impede anything, on the other hand, it helped me fine the hotel quickly. The only down side is the laundry room and vending machines are on the smoking floors. Although I had a non-smoking room/floor, I could still faintly smell the smokers. Over all, it was a good experience. =D

This is a wonderful location, just across the street from the Kyoto train station. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The price is very affordable for this convenient location, which made our travel much easier. Highly recommend. Rooms are small, but perfect for an overnight stay.

Right across the street from the train station. Undergoing some exterior construction (?) with scaffolding outside but did not see any workers or experience any noise or inconvenience. Super clean and Big room by Japanese standards! Even a separate closet/ alcove with room for luggage. Coin laundry, free ammenities, breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend

The hotel is very convenient to get to from Nagasaki Station. It's also just right across the tram system so you can basically get to everywhere in Nagasaki pretty easily. The rooms are kept very clean. The only issue that I have is that the carpet is stained so make sure to use the slippers they provide.

My son’s family supposed to check in and found out my son got COVID. So he and his family stayed back in Kyoto. And my husband also got COVID, so I occupied my room myself. Anyway, by the time we checked in they sold my son’s room. Can you do anything for this urgent situation? We booked many rooms with you on this trip. My e some credit for future use. We did request non-smoking room. But when we got the room, the room is full of the smoking smell. Then we had raised our concerns to the staff, the staff reconfirmed that the room is non-smoking and there were no other rooms to change. But in our room we found an ashtray within. Ventilation is also very bad as the bed area has no air con. The L-shaped corridor blocked the air con at the entrance and there is literally no air flow at the bed.

Hotel is pretty old and room size is small. I paid more than 18k yen for this hotel. Compared with all other hotels I travelled in Kyushu, this is the worst hotel and price is expensive. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is also next to the JR Nagasaki station. Trams also run through the street right outside the hotel, too. Will stay again if we come back.

Super convenient location opposite Nagasaki station and the adjacent tram stop. The room was on the smaller side, even for a budget Japanese business hotel, but it was clean.

The bed was not quite as firm as I expect at a Japanese business hotel, which loses a point with me but probably gains a point for many people who prefer a softer bed.

There is a restaurant on the premises but it didn't open during my stay. The surrounding area is not well served for restaurants other than those at the station.

We stayed at this hotel as it was close to the JR Nagasaki Station.
Very convenient pedestrian overpasses from the station to the hotel. We left our luggage with the front desk as we arrived several hours before check-in. Staff was very friendly and we communicated well. Offered us breakfast coupons which we purchased. It appears that Japan hotels are beginning to use electronic check-ins which required assistance from front desk staff. Rooms were typically small and compact. Their breakfast was very good, family enjoyed it. Hotel is also very close to Nagasaki city tram line - another plus for its location - and the pedestrian overpass allows you to avoid crossing the busy street.

It is right across the street from the train station. It still takes a few minutes to get there because you have to climb up stairs to a walkway that goes over the road then climb back down (or elevator) to get to the hotel.
It was very "western'.
Pro: close to train station, close to shopping, close to streetcar. Modern facilities. The breakfast was tasty - not a lot of selection, but enough to fill you up.
Con: The (PAY) dryers are TERRIBLE. We ran one load through 4 times and the clothes were still damp. The air conditioner didn't get the room cold. It was November, but the room was stuffy and my husband likes it colder.

Enjoyed the how central the location is. A good base in Nagasaki. Hotel was adequate for my needs. Breakfast was good and cheap if purchasing breakfast coupons from the front desk in advance. Nagasaki Bus station a few meters away on the same side of the road. The free coffee, milk tea and hot choco from the reception is definitely a plus!
As for the cons, I hope they improve clothes rack. Am ok without a cabinet, but I did not like that a small towel rack was installed instead of a proper clothes metal rack/bar where you can hang clothes properly. We stayed 3 nights and it’s a hassle hanging out clothes/coat. If staying overnight, I think it wouldn’t be a problem

The only minus for me is that my room 's air conditioner makes weird noises so at night i had to turn it off so that it doesnt bother my sleep, other than that its a goos hotel to stay at in general

This hotel is quite old style but clean. Good breakfast. Just locate opposite of Nagasaki station (2-3 mins across the bridge) . Good access to the tram station and bus terminal (just 1 mins). Recommend for short stay. Receptionist spoken English not very good but very helpful.

Excellent hotel at a great price located across the street from Nagasaki Station. I showed up at noon and check-in wasn’t until 3, but they instantly gave me a room. I mistakenly booked a smoking room. I informed them I preferred non-smoking. They changed it without any issue or price increase. Rooms have comfortable beds, strong showers and good A/C. Front desk was extremely helpful as well.

Lawson and Family Mart next to the hotel. 3-minute walk to the bus terminal of buses to the airport and other distant locations. The room is clean, quite, and larger than expected.

Prima hotel, zoals wel vaker in Japan is de kamer aan de kleine kant. Maar het is schoon, alles doet het, prima wifi. TV heeft alleen Japanstalige kanalen, maar ook oa YouTube en Netflix. Werkelijk uitstekend ontbijt met veel keus. En prachtig gepresenteerd!
