Rt-mart 大潤發 is right across from the hotel, and the morning traditional market with fresh fruits is on the same street, so shopping is convenient. The included breakfast is rich in variety. I will consider having it if I come to Shenyang again!

Inexpensive stay in Shenyang

Good location, big mall across the street with grocery store. Local everyday market and bbq on same street. Breakfast in the hotel is not so good anymore. Wi-fi sucks. Large room, but needs renovation. You get what you pay for.

Book this hotel at many different cities in China, never disappointed. It’s very convenient close to the airport 30 minutes drive and close to the metro as well, many department stores nearby many restaurants as well. Love the local restaurants very tasty.

Perfect hotel experience. Room was very spacious and extremely clean. Free breakfast was included and consisted of a great selection of both hot and cold foods. Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Shenyang.

Hotel map/address were not familiar with local taxi drivers.
Room was not set clean and contaminated by smoking smell with ash try even though the room was designated as \"Non-smoking room.\"
Receptionists were not friendly and had difficulty in English communication.

Great location and value

This hotel is new in Shenyang and located very near high end hotels such as the Grand Hyatt and Shangri-La. Save some money and stay here. Very clean and really comfortable b

To begin with we arrived at Shenyang Railway Station and waiting in line over an hour to be whisked by the taxi. The taxi driver did not speak english, we showed him the hotel name written in chinese. He called the number that was in our reservation. The phone number and the hotel address was WRONG, printed on the reservation by Expedia. Here goes our only chance of reaching the hotel. We tried to tell him 'Holiday Inn' he had no clue and here we are driving on the road. He called his dispatcher and talked to him and somehow said 'ok'. Then we saw Grand Hyatt and asked him to stop there hoping there might be someone in Hyatt who spoke English so they can tell our taxi driver where the hotel is, somehow the Hyatt guys knew where Holiday Inn was and asked him to make a right. Long story short we reached our hotel and the only person to THANK is the taxi driver. He was really nice.
We complained this to the Holiday Inn General Manager Dickson Song about the wrong phone number and address, he said he will call expedia and change it. I hope they did.
So our only advise to anyone who books this hotel is to ensure the phone number and address is right. Also if you do not speak Chinese translate the hotel name and address in chinese to show it to the taxi drivers.

Only very average for Holiday Inn Express...

I was little disappointed with the stay at this hotel. The front desk staff have real problem with Engllish and not even able to understand what a King bed is. We were allocated twice to twin rooms... The hotel is right in the middle of a building site next door and road dug up outside. Did not have a plesant stay but was only for 1 night with a early plane to catch. I would definitely look elsewhere next time.

Great place to stay

The hotel was great the room was what I expected the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure that you were taken care of. The lady that did the cleaning was great and had a great personality with a beautiful smile. My friend ANni and myself were happy with our stay and would stay there again everything was a 10. In my book, except there were no eggs to cook in the morning. We are in Beijing at holiday inn express and am very happy here as well

This is the first Holiday Inn in Shen Yang, very comfortable, smart design, good service, friendly staff. We have stayed at other \"chain\" hotels before at a lower price, but this was the most comfortable stay we have had at a \"chain\" hotel in China. We recommend it! We also had no phone calls in the night or cards under the door for \"other service\" which was a good change!

在閱讀網評的時候，看到距離地鐵站不遠而選了這一家。後來發現，往北走到工商展覽館的地鐵站要繞，很複雜。但往南走到市圖書館的路程就很平順，地面也是鋪好的，在拖行李箱的時候不會覺得吃力。

Good price, good location

Good location, close to airport and downtown, hotel bed is comfortable and clean, the minor complain I have is about its shower booth, which can be cleaned better. I had to catch early morning flight so I could not have breakfast there.

심양 택시기사 엉뚱한데 내려줘서 네비로 앱에있는 주소로 찾아가는데 주소도 틀려서 2시간 넘게 헤매다 겨우 찾음. 타국에서 주소가 틀린 호텔에 숙박하는건 말도 안됨.

部屋が暑すぎ。
外の方が涼しく、宿泊中は、部屋で汗かいて寝てました。除湿にしてもダメで、部屋にいる時は、ほぼ服を着ないでいました。

立地が良いホテル

ホテルを出てすぐの道には朝市や夜市が立ち並びとても賑やかです。
また、徒歩圏内に大型スーパーマーケットカルフールもあり、もう少し歩くと高級百貨店もあります。
部屋のカーペットはあまり掃除されていない感じで、清潔面では3評価としましたが、立地的にはとてもいいホテルです。

値段からすると良いホテルである。
部屋のセイフティボックスが壊れていて使えなかったので使えるようにしてほしい。
冷蔵庫がなかったので設置してほしい。
部屋は意外に広かった。これは良い。

今回で2回目の利用。ホテルは清潔だし、広くて快適。近くに巨大なスーパーやコンビニがあります。ホテルスタッフに英語が話せない人が多くコミュニケーションに戸惑うことがありマイナス1ですが、それを除けば完璧なホテルだと思います。

安いけどそれなりのサービス

ほこりは気にならなかったが、長い髪の毛が残っていた。シャワーの仕切りタイル部分の下から水が漏れ、洗面所側が水にぬれた。
部屋の天井に大きなヒビが数箇所あった。
朝食付なのに、朝食に関する説明が何も無く、ミールクーポンの有無など聞かないと説明しない。

インターネット環境ですが、遅いし、他のホテルより制御されているサイトが多い。

エクスペディアに支払い済みなのに、チェックイン時に再度請求された。チェックアウト時にも、エクスペディアからの入金が確認できないと言われ時間が掛かった。さらに入金されないと、日本まで電話するからと電話番号を聞かれた。チェックアウトに時間が掛かり、瀋陽駅近くのバスターミナルからの空港バスに乗り遅れてしまった。
