We were shocked that we had to take off our shoes and place them in a locker at the lobby area. Of course, we were provided footwear to wear up to our room. Before leaving the Hotel we have to turn in our key and pickup at the desk when we return.
The fun part was visiting the Gotemba Premium Outlets. We shopped for Pokémon cards for our grandchildren.
There was not much to do in the area in Shizuoka and couldn't go site seeing to Mt. Fuji because the weather was terrible. We cut our stay 2 days short and returned to Tokyo.

The room we got was old and dated but it had a view of Mt Fuji. I found it weird that we had to leave our shoes at the main lobby lockers and wear disposable slippers. The bathroom had mold.

The staff were very kind at this location. I did not mind removing our shoes before entering the guest floors since it kept things extermely sanitary. Breakfast was never overcrowed. City Hall is across the street and if it isn't cloudy, you'll get a great view of the mountain. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A perfect hotel for great views of Mt Fuji and some peace and quiet. Although it's 2 hours from the site, I prefer it. Wonderful staff, clean, helpful, great breakfast!

Great hotel with amazing view of Mount Fuji

Hotel is located near the bus stop which makes it easy to catch the bus from Shin-Fuji station if you arrive by Shinkansen. View of Mount Fuji from the hotel room was amazing! Very glad I picked the room with the Mount Fuji view. Staff were very friendly. There is a strict 3pm check in however you can leave your luggage if you arrive early. You just take off your shoes when entering past the lobby up to your room. You must give you shoe locker and room keycard at front desk whenever you leave the hotel. This is a good system to make sure you don’t lose your room keys when traveling outside. Free breakfast was included and it is common Japanese style breakfast buffet. Coin Laundry is great as there is also a dryer.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only stayed 1 night as i was passing thru on to Tokyo.

Only thing that was a little off was that they had you take off your shoes and store thrm into a locker in the lobby. A bit strange.

Need to adjust your expectations

I think it is a good place to stay for business or if you plan to be out all day. I was visiting my sister in town and it worked out okay, but it really threw me off when I found out I had to be out of the hotel between 10-3. It’s not like regular hotel where you can come and go at your leisure. I also was not crazy about having to lock my shoes to enter, and if you happen to return to hotel when there is a line of people checking in, you have to wait just to get your key for your shoe box.
The room is clean and the bed was comfortable, but the particular room I was in had no closet. You basically had to live out of your bag/suitcase. I got used to it after few days but you do have to adjust your expectations. Overall, my stay at this hotel was fine, but I was not crazy about it.

Very much a Japanese business hotel. You have to take your shoes off at reception. But I liked that quirky aspect. Breakfast was really good. Not western but If I want western food I would go to a western country, not Japan. Overall a good place to stay. The view from the bedroom window of Mt Fuji would have been brilliant if the weather was better.

This hotel was locate in the middle of civic center across street from a city park and has a perfect view of Mt. Fuji from the room. It was super clean that looks almost brand new. It’s also close to supermarket and convenient store.

A great viewof Mount Fuji from your window!!

We went to see Mount Fuji close. The access to the hotel is a long walk from the train. Staff very friendly and the hotel was very good, breakfast included. The day we arrived was very cloud but next day we have the most beautiful view of Mont Fuji just in our window, was amazing. The view worth everything and the hotel was very very good overall. The area has no much to do but if you want jusr relax this is a great place to stay.

部屋の窓を開けたら堂々たる富士山が見える。お風呂とトイレは別で浴槽はゆったりと入れて疲れを癒やせました。お部屋も清潔で、格子の窓が可愛らしく、本当に快適に過ごせました。
このお値段で更にしっかりとした朝食も込みで、本当に申し分ないです。受付の方もフレンドリーで、朝食を提供してくれているスタッフの方や清掃の方、全体的に柔らかい方が多いなという印象でした。また利用させて頂きます☆

トイレと風呂が分かれてるのはいいですね。
お部屋も綺麗だし朝食のスタッフさんも感じが良くとても親切です。朝食も美味しかったけど欲を言えばカレーがちょっとしょっぱいかな。贅沢言ってごめんなさい。

コスパかなり良いビジネスホテルです。

部屋はビジネスホテルとしては広く、バスルームもゆったりとしておりお得感がありました。
湯沸かしポットも1階に用意されており、設備面は充実しており、コスパはかなり良いと思います。
ただ、エアコンの室温設定を28℃にして下さいとの表示がありましたが、部屋の広さに比してエアコンの能力が足りないのか、24℃程度まで下げる必要がありました。また、エアコンが効いてくると改善しましたが、入室した際にカーペットがジメジメしていたのが気になりました。
朝食ビュッフェは、内容が結構充実しており、これもお得感がありました。
全体としてコスパが良く、当地に出張する際にはまた使いたいと思います。

로비에서 신발벗고 트렁크 바퀴도 내 손으로 닦고 신발 갈아신고 법석을 떨어야 해요.
여행중이라 피곤한데 자기들 청소하기 싫어서 손님들 귀찮게 만들어요.
복도에서 환기도 안 하는지 공기도 별로에요.공용공간은 더러워요
