Good location.
Reception staff was lovely. Very helpful. Lots of storage in the room. Nice bed and very quiet at night. Great to have a bath! But could have been cleaned a little bit better. Breakfast wasn't impressive unfortunately. Could have been nice with a better selection of bread and some fruit and nuts. I had to put the bread roll in the toaster as it was still slightly frozen...

The staff was late all 3 days, 1 towel for 2 persons and 1 bedspread. The retaurant was closed, breakfast was a bag with 2 ciabbata and a croissant the 1st day, 2nd day 2 ciabatta and the 3rd day 1 ciabatta. Please update the website, cause I would never had booked that hotel if it had said that there was no restaurant and no brekfast...

The hotel is very good. Rooms are very clean. Front desk was very helpful. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The metro station and several bus lines are very closed (Only 500 mts). Nice shopping mall in the same area with lots of nice restaurants. Highly recommend it. Perfect place if you want a good place between the airport and the city.

Det som drar ner mitt betyg var att det inte serverades frukost. När vi kom stod en lapp att frukost serverades må-fre 6.30-9.30. När vi sen kom ner fredag morgon så satt en lapp över att under denna period exkluderas frukost i alla bokningar. Ingen info när jag bokade heller. På rummet stod också att frukost serverades samma tid.

Hotellet är rent, fräscht och trevligt och rummet var mysigt och trevligt.
En helt ok frukostbuffé.
I vårt fall behövde vi ett handikappanpassat rum då är det märkligt att ett sådant placeras längst bort i en korridor med en bit att gå
Toautrymmet på rummet var heller inte riktigt anpassat. En glasvägg i duschen var i vägen för den som sitter i rullstol och toastolen var intryckt i ett hörn med bara handtag på en sida.

I have used this same hotel a lot over the years as its location is great for work and its friendly, spacious clean hotel. it is a bit sad to see that it has cut back on staffing hours (unmanned from 8pm) and closed the restaurant permanently (except for breakfast) - means there is nowhere to get a pint on arrival and\or socialise, currently at least?

Simple hotel in industrial area close to a mall

In my opinion this hotel does not deserve 4 stars for the following reasons:
1. no kettle and water in the room. If you want coffee you must buy it downstairs
2. no safebox in the room
3. to get a cappuccino during the breakfast needed to complain to the reception. However after it , the cappuccino was prepared and brought to our table
4. the breakfast was very basic (in all other 3 or 4 stars hotels they had much more variety). No fruits, no pastries (beyond little croissants), no smoked salmon. Poor variety of sausages and cheeses.

On the positive side, the room was big, nice and in a good condition. There is a nice sauna. However the advertised pool is closed (it's actually a large barrel rather than a pool).
The area is industrial, but closed to the shopping mall, where you can find variety of food and stores

I have stayed here twice as it’s near a company I do business with so very convenient. However, there are 3 things this hotel could improve on:

- there is no tea or coffee making facility in the room
- at breakfast you are asked if you want fried eggs from the kitchen. When I asked for poached I was told it’s only fried eggs!!!!
- the gym equipment is poor and needs some simple modernising

Staff are great and room is fine otherwise so a shame. Will debate trying somewhere new next time

Great hotel for a decent price. Just 7 minutes walking from the train station Kista that brings you to Central Stockholm in 25 minutes. Nearby is a huge shopping mall with a lot of food options. Also convenient to get there from the airport - train for 25 min and 15 min walking.

A very tired hotel that isn't really worth the money. The staff are great and very friendly but with no air con in the rooms and windows that only open a fraction, the warmth kept me up all night. For the amount charged they could do with renovating the entire building as it is dated.

Modern, comfortable, efficient, clean hotel. The front desk and the restaurant stuff were very friendly and professional. The food at the restaurant (lunch/dinner) was wonderful--relatively short menu, but all dishes are wonderful! Breakfast is very well stocked for every taste. Well located for university business, and just a few blocks from the subway station.

Memory hotel is a nice hotel, a bit old, but rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Kista is somewhat too quiet during the weekend. The bar of the hotel is even close on Friday evening. Restaurant is really good, but somewhat expensive and the choice is limited.

Overpriced and worn down.

This hotel was once very nice but now desperately needs a renovation to warrant their prices. $270 a night for a room that is worn down, where you can hear the elevator ding every so often and the WiFi \"works\" about as shoddy as your first car just isn't even near a good deal in this part of town. Breakfast might have been included but it were not of very good quality, the food tasted cheap and quickly thrown together.

I would not recommend this stay at this hotel given the numerous options avaliable around the area.

I spent a week there attending a conference at DSV. This hotel is ideally located for business at the University or at any of the nearby tech company offices. There is a large mall (Kista Galleria) nearby, which has a T-bana stop that takes you downtown.

Stayed for business (plus a couple days sightseeing). The hotel was close to the office and had very reasonable rates. Very good breakfast. Convenient location - Close to the subway for easy access to the city (Stockholm) and to the mall for shopping. Comfortable beds. I would recommend this hotel. Not too many restaurants around but the hotel restaurant is good.

From 3 stars to 1 - first I never got an answer to my request that was sent 3 weekend prior to my stay with a reminder the days before, secondly this message arrived in my mail the night of my stay at 19:48 “ Hello,

As we currently have a limited number of guests, we will be serving breakfast bags tomorrow between 07:00–10:00 instead of the regular breakfast buffet.

Please collect your breakfast at the reception during the stated time” Horrible with a bad “orange” juice and 2 rolls with ham/cheese!

Det första man möttes av var två killar i hoodie. Den ena med luvan uppe. Det ger inget okej intryck om man frågar mig. Rummen behöver renoveras. Söndrigt handfat på minst 2 ställen och en stor fläck på mattan i rummet.
Frukosten sådär. INGA FRUKTER alls. Det borde funnits kan man tycka.
Annars ett hotell som vi varit på flera gånger. Ligger bra när man är på mässa men tyvärr har det blivit sämre och sämre. 😢

Personen i reception var inte så glad, knapp så han hälsade. Fick rummet lite tidigare, stort enkelrum med badkar. Snyggt och rent. Ingen kontakt nära sängen att ladda telefon. Fukosten fanns lite av varje, både varm och kall. Apelsinjuicen eller vad det var så smakade hemsk. Den borde bytas till något drickbart. Bagageförvaring fanns.

Jag har bott på Memory i många år. Det är ett bra beläget hotell och priset har varit okej i förhållande till hotellets standard. Nu har man passerat en åldersgräns där man antingen får börja renovera och rycka upp sig eller sänka priset. Det var mycket trasigt, alltifrån lampor till att tvålpumpen på toaletten. Barkylskåpet var ersatt av ett vitt lågpriskylskåp som gurglade och väsnades hela natten. Receptionen är bara bemannad fram till kl 19 och hela hotellet andas liksom lite försummelse och sakta dekadens. Det är inte viktigt att receptionisten har kostym, men svart hoodie är att dra det lite långt åt andra hållet
