Prima voor een paar dagen.

Het appartement is vrij klein voor 4p laat staan 6p. De slaapbank was niet geschikt om op te slapen. Het stapelbed niet geschikt voor lange kinderen. Het was erg warm in het appartement en helaas geen airco aanwezig. Wij hadden een app.op de begane grond waardoor je veel buitenruimte had. De keuken was klein maar je had alles wat je nodig had. Verdere voorzieningen op het park waren prima. Mooie omgeving, prachtige plek om te wandelen. Prima voor een paar dagen.
Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst!

Résidence vacances sympathique à la proximité du lac et de Mimizan. Le parking est sécurisé . Le logement est bien. seul bémol indépendante de la résidence, très peu de réseau mobile et 4G.

Bon séjour malgré tout. L’endroit est chouette, l’environnement etc.. mais points négatifs Wifi 25€ la semaine qui marche assez mal,
Literie vraiment moyenne.. petit lit double, matelas super dur et pas épais.
Pas de toit sur les balcons..
cet établissement est agréable en famille tout de même à ce prix là.

Complexe très bien placé. Prestations satisfaisantes et appartements agréables.

Cependant j ai été très surprise de devoir payer l accès wifi alors que la 4G ne fonctionnait pas.
De plus même en prenant un abonnement wifi premium de 20Euros pour la semaine ce dernier a fonctionné de façon plus que laborieuse...
La plupart des établissements proposent le wifi gratuitement.

Dans un appartement pour 4 personnes ç est petit manque de place pour ranger les affaires et si vous faites des courses pas du tout de rangement piscine pas adapté pour les enfants et les personnes âgées marche trop haute et la profondeur est de 1m50 déconseillé pour ceux qui savent pas nager

Séjour agréable au calme dans une très belle région. Accueil et personnel au top. La maison en duplex, superbe. Le lac à proximité ajoute beaucoup de charme.

Super séjour !!!

Super endroit pour s y arrêter quelques jours au bord du lac. Accueil très agréable. Grand parking. Le seul bémol et qu il faut ramener et trier soit même les draps et serviettes à la laverie mais bon pour le prix du studio c est pas grave. Il faut aussi faire son lit à l arrivée et il a un dépit de garantie de 300€ à laisser.

Je suis venue au mois d’octobre pour raisons professionnelles et j’ai vraiment apprécié le cadre, la tranquillité du lieu (en saison il doit y avoir du monde). Il y a un étang à proximité et on se sent vraiment en vacances quand on arrive. Le logement était SUPER PROPRE et moderne. La jeune femme de l’acCreil très agréable, serviable et souriante.
Seuls bémols pour moi qui venais pour raisons professionnelles : j’ai dû faire mon lit et payer une caution de 300 € (récupérée à la fin du séjour).
Vu le tarif payé grâce à la promotion Hotels.com, ce n’était vraiment que de petits désagréments.
Je n’ ai qu’un regret c’est que cette résidence soit fermée pendant l’hiver... Hâte d’y retourner !!!

En marche ou en selle!

Pensant avoir réservé une chambre d'hôtel classique nous nous sommes retrouvés dans cette résidence mais nous n'avons pas été déçus, que du contraire! Très bon accueil et que de belles randonnées à faire, à pied ou à vélo!

Très bon séjour. Bon accueil,chaleureux, personnel sympa. La cadre est magnifique à côté du lac, possibilité de se promener autour du lac. Vacances en hors saison, donc, la résidence était calme. La mer en 10 minutes en voiture, super belle plage. Beaucoup de commerce ouvert en ville,et grande surface ouvert toute la semaine.

Bien mais peu vraiment mieux faire!

Globalement l'établissement est propre et les logements sont spacieux.
Toutefois:
- la piscine était fermée,
- la salle de sport a des équipements en mauvais état,
- les balles ne rebondissent pas sur la table de Ping pong,
- Pas de Wifi dans notre maison,
- Odeur d'égouts dans la maison,
- Loin de tout (mais l'hôtel ne peut rien y faire).

Nous tenons toutefois à signaler le très bon accueil par le personnel.

Nos han encantado los apartamentos. Totalmente equipados, junto a un lago, tranquilidad total. Entorno ideal para pasear,...Una pena que ya no se pudiera utilizar la piscina.

Lo que no es correcto es la info que indican al hacer a reserva en Venere sobre los impuestos locales. Son algo superiores.

Se rapproche plus d'un camping de luxe façon Mobil Home que d'une Résidence Hôtelière.
L'heure de votre départ est conditionnée par la disponibilité du personnel alors qu'elle devrait être à votre convenance jusqu'à l'heure de libération indiquée !
Les + : Séjour et terrasse agréables. Appartement bien équipé.
Les - : L'intérieur du logement est sombre et le chauffe-eau dans la chambre fait monter la température ambiante.

Au départ nous pensions réservé dans un hôtel ordinaire et à notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la chambre spacieuse et surtout le fait que ce soit comme un \"appart hôtel\" du coup nous n'avions pas d'obligation d'horaire pour le petit déjeuner et/ou autre repas nous nous sommes gérés seuls et nous avons vraiment apprécié.
La personne qui nous a reçu à l'accueil ainsi qu'à notre départ était très charmant, souriant, à l'écoute et nous l'en remercions.

Située juste en face du magnifique lac d'Aureilhan, cette résidence est d'un charme remarquable!
Notre studio de 40m2 était très propre, notre lit double confortable, avec un petit coin cuisine très bien équipé (frigo, lave vaisselle, vitrocéramique)
Nous avons passé un très bon w.e, le personnel très sympathique et un cadre agréable et reposant ! À refaire !!!

Agréable séjour avec deux ados. Reposés, appartements très bien équipés avec des produits de qualité (robinetterie, mobilier...) excepté les lits trop durs au couchage. L'emplacement au calme de cette résidence est exceptionnel pour se ressourcer.

Trés bien placé avec une vue imprenable sur le lac d'Aureilhan et à proximité de Mimizan et de ses plages. nous le conseillerons autour de nous et serons ravis d'y retourner. un vrai coup de coeur pour de bons moments en amoureux. Bref rien à dire de négatif !!!

En vironnement clame et relaxant

Très bon séjour dans un cadre calme et verdoyant. Accueil très sympathique et appartement propre et confortable. Résidence très bien située, en bordure du lac d'Aureilhan tout en étant proche des plages de Mimizan.

Bonne résidence

notre chambre duplex est en bon état, sauf le parquet flottant situé dans la salle de bain.
Sinon les chambres sont spacieuses et l'insonorisation plutôt bonne.
Nous avons réservé en Avril et la piscine n'est bien sur pas ouverte.
La TV est très pratique quand il fait un temps médiocre et la réception prête des jeux pour les enfants.
