Nous avons bien apprécié cette établissement, bien situé, hôtels calme avec sa terrasse donnant sur piscine et son parking privé c'est un plus pour la sécurité des véhicules, très bon accueil, propreté rien à redire, je n'hésiterai pas à recommander cet établissement

Accueil téléphonique suite à demande de renseignements qui laissent vraiment à désirer.Chambre ne correspondant pas aux photos vues sur le site +100€ avec.moins de 9m2 sans fenêtre , velux à +de 3 mètres au niveau du plafond.pas de rangement et odeur nauséabonde sans possibilité d aérer. Très déçue de cette mauvaise expérience. Cette période reste malheureusement propice aux commerçants du manque de place sur cette très jolie ville de Mimizan au détriment des voyageurs qui payent des prestations sur-côtés .dommage.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel durant 4 nuits. La chose la plus marquante est le manque de chauffage dans la chambre, on se gèle les c******* dans cet hôtel ! Mauvaise isolation et chauffage collectif qui ne fonctionne pas la journée, et visiblement pas la nuit non plus…
Pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain, les murs sont probablement en papier carton fabriquer dans l’usine Gascogne non loin, on entend même le réveil de la chambre d’à côté, et je ne parle pas des conversations téléphoniques…
Seul point positif, l’accueil est chaleureux.

La chambre que nous avions (n°4) était très mal assonorisée, énormes grincements et craquements lorsque les personnes de la chambre au-dessus marchaient. La literie du lit 2 personnes était très vieille, on sentait tous les ressorts du matelas. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, il faut prévoir d'utiliser son forfait téléphone... le parking de l'hôtel est très petit il faut donc s'attendre à se garer loin certains jours.

L hôtel est bien les chambres ont le strict minimum mais elles sont bien pensés et donc fonctionnelle. L accueil est parfait on se sent bien dans cet hôtel. Petit bémol toutes les chaînes télé ne fonctionne pas. Petit plus la piscine et la tranquillité.

Cloisons et insonorisation à revoir, nous n'avons tous mal dormi à cause des ronflements et mouvements du monsieur de la chambre d'à côté. Sans parler des fermetures à frein des portes qui du coup claquent. Dommage.

Quand on est arrivé dans la chambre ,le lit netait pas fait ,onnous change de chambre ,avec une cabine de douche ,soi disant la même catégorie ,juste une serviette dans la douche ,obligé de demander une autre ,la lumière qui claque au reveil ,donc cabine et wc dans le noir ,bref pour le prix horriblement cher ,car petit déjeuner non compris ,pour les deagrements ils auraient pu nous loffrir
