This is one of the nicest places we have stayed: a lovely large room with balcony, a great shower, room cleaned every day and friendly helpful staff. The hotel itself was quiet but is situated just south of the city wall in a vibrant residential neighbourhood. Cannot recommend enough - was the perfect base for exploring Rome.

Stayed for 3 nights. Clean and functional, however, we stayed on the 6th floor and we were consistently woken up by the rooftop restaurant furniture moving at about midnight each night and again at 6am til 8 to prepare for opening. Don't stay here if you like uninterrupted sleep!!

It was a bit tricky getting in as reception was unmanned and the contact number explaining this was inside. There wasn't the advertised free welcome drink, but I did get a free upgrade to a balcony.
The room was clean and had a decent smart TV and facilities. The decor was spartan and utilitarian. Bed was clean and comfy. Breakfast was limited and expensive, so we went to a cafe close by for VERY reasonable prices.

The property is not bad . But the area is bad it’s so hard to find because the main entrance is hiding to main road fell not safe to back at night. Room not bad except their so cattle to boil a water the basic you saw at any hotel in world. I can’t recommend this place to any tourist.

Wonderful Convenient and Modern Hotel Stay
We had three night in Rome and we wanted a place that was convenient, but now super expensive. This stay worked great for us! The room was very modern and the shower worked. The two hotels we stayed at in Florence and Venice were quaint and old but the shower was broken at both places. There was a rooftop restaurant that you could eat at if desired. We used the nearby mini market to get groceries which was less than a block away and helped us save money on eating out. We were able to catch the metro (just a few blocks away) and easily access the sites on Rome we wanted to visit. We didn’t see very many tourists in the area (more residential).

The property was different from what I expected. It doesn't feel like a normal hotel, but more like student housing facility. I guess the name should have given me the correct idea and that was my fault. What I was really shocked is that the room was not clean and didn't feel clean. There was trash on the floor that i imagine was from the previous guests. The floor felt dusty. The bathroom was clean but since the shower didn't have a curtain around there were many marks of water drying on the floor. It isn't dirty, but it does look dirty...

I liked the fact that they made the whole process to check in so easily. The unique features was the rooftop. The food and location itself blew my experience out of the water. The rooms were fine, and the rooftop bar and restaurant provided limited but well prepared items of food and drinks. The biggest problem was the location of the hostel/hotel as no taxis, Uber included were not willing to come to the front door which is on a dead end street. Instead one had to walk out to a side street and wait by the garbage dumpsters to be picked up and dropped off.

A little hard to find at the beginning, but the location is great, very well connected to the metro station which takes us to the landmarks quickly. The hotel was nice and the room comfortable and clean, the only not so good part was that we got a room where the bathroom was for people with disabilities, so it was a little uncomfortable because every time we took a shower everything got wet and toilet too high! But aparte from that I will highly recommend the hotel!

2. Our AC didn't work over the two nights we stayed here, the staff didn't seem to care.

4. Access to anything in this hotel requires a staff member to fix...
5. The washing/drying machines they say are open 24/7 they're not, the staff again. Refused to elaborate or help when someone had forgotten to get their wet, smelly clothes out of the machines.
6. Final thing, no HOT water, at any time in the hotel. Again, the staff don't care.
Don't stay here. Only redeeming feature is location and the Gym.

This place is hard to locate. Need outside sign so guest knows where to enter. It stated laundry in facility but the laundry is for students only and not for guest. It’s very misleading. I would never book any hotel with no laundry in facility

This property was a mixed bag. It is difficult to find. It’s off a road, down an alleyway, and around a corner. I didn’t see any obvious signage and construction near the building further disguised the entrance. Once we arrived, we stood outside holding our heavy bags trying to get inside. There was no access besides keycard access. Luckily a guest came out and we walked in behind them. When got to the front desk, we asked how we are supposed to get in to check in - they said you can’t without a keycard and seemed unsure why we were annoyed after waiting to get in. There needs to be an eyeline to the doors from the front desk or a buzzer to be let in.
We received a room card that had obviously been used before. This made us uncomfortable as RFID cards are VERY easy to copy or spoof and having one card (with the room number on it) is not secure at all.
The room was fine, but there was a white board that looked like it couldn’t be fully cleaned. There were obscene drawings - not an issue for us, but I could see where it could be for some. The shower doesn’t drain well from the back, leaving that area hard to rinse off or clean. It was also half open causing a lot of water to splash, without a well powered fan causing the room to get very steamy, and no place to set our things. There was also a light near the door that flashed colors and there was no way to turn it off. The rooftop “bar” is only open for breakfast.

The staff were brilliant and it had a lovely bar/breakfast area on the top floor that served great food and brilliant coffee. Rooms were great and very clean. Really enjoyed it there

I loved the concept of this property and was excited to stay here because of its modern look. The room was comfortable enough to spend a short-term amount of time in. Staff could improve cleanliness by providing signs that request your room to be cleaned. There were a couple of times that we had to ask for fresh towels and room cleaning since they do not check after a certain time. The area was great if you don’t want to stay within the Rome city centre. Major attractions were minutes away from Sam Giovanni subway station.
I’ve read in other comments that the location was hard to find. If you decide to stay at this hotel advise the taxi to drop you off at then driving school. Once you’ve arrived just go through the alley and you’ll see the hotel on your right. Super easy.

I Was hesitant to book this hotel since it only had few reviews when I booked but I don’t regret booking it and staying there for 10 nights. Rome is beautiful and this hotel is located about 20 minutes walking distance to the colosseum. The area is quite and the hotel is new and has all the necessary amenities. We had a problem with the safe and housekeeping for couple times but everything was taken care of immediately. We also had a problem with our booking, Roberta and Gabriel helped us get through it and made it easy and worked around it for us. They have a rooftop breakfast (menu and buffet) that you could choose from every morning. I would come back and stay at this hotel next time I visit Rome again!

I loved the modern room, and lobby. I felt like it had all of the necessities you need for a great nights sleep and shower. The location is a walking distance to the colosseum and you truly felt like a local. Far from most other tourisitic locations. The staff was not warm or welcoming and when concerns were raised they were not addressed, like a non working safe. When it comes to hospitality, they could improve training in this area for all staff. Including information about what the space provides, how to access accommodations etc. Also, the Room was not cleaned daily despite requests to so. But despite all of that, at least I can say I had a good nights sleep

Localização excelente, aproximadamente 600 metros da estação de metrô San Giovanni. O hotel fica um pouco escondido, dentro de uma rua interna, estilo vila de casas. Se possível, seria interessante a administração do hotel colocar no arco de entrada de acesso à vila onde fica o hotel, na rua Faleria, uma indicação com o nome do estabelecimento. Bairro tranquilo e seguro com boas opções de restaurantes nas proximidades do hotel. Café da manhã servido no rooftop do hotel por funcionários atenciosos e gentis.

Para un estudiante está bien para una familia, terrible, no es clara la manera de llegar al hotel ya que está entre calles sin acceso a coches, en mi llegada no sirvieron las llaves de acceso a los cuartos y mi segunda reservación no la encontraban, la recepcionista me abrió un cuarto para decirme que era hora de hacer el check out, lo único rescatable fue el gimnasio
