Good breakfast. Triple room was an odd setup for a group of friends (optimized for disabled guests sooner bed was a hospital bed and the bathroom had a sliding glass door that lacked privacy). My main issue was a constant tapping or dripping noise throughout the whole night that disrupted my sleep.

Super well located, with parking in front of the hotel, plenty restaurants and shops + a mall just across the street.
the train station is around 11 minutes by car 15 by bus and you can even walk there if you feel it. The Central bus station ia few minutes walking as well.
The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and speak various languages.
My partner and i stayed here in late October, it was easy to go to other towns from here.
There's only one turn down of this hotel and it's the bathroom design.

Excellent stay in Kempten
I chose to switch it up from the Big Box hotel and I was not disappointed. Both are great hotels, but this hotel caters more to my style where it’s a bit quieter and a bit more sophisticated. My only complaint is the window shades aren’t completely light proof and the high tech switches stay illuminated at night. For a person who is very easily bothered by light at night, it was a bit annoying. For anyone else that doesn’t have this issue, this hote is a great decision.

I arrived about 8:45 pm & had to rush as they stop taking orders at 9:00pm & was hungry after a long drive from Calais.
The receptionist didn't speak very good English & we had trouble understanding each other.
In the restaurant nobody spoke English plus there was no menu,s in English.I know we are in Germany but surely in this day & age you can print a menu in English like most hotels in the world do??
I ended up ordering the only thing I recognised which was pasta.
What arrived was pasta with pineapple???

To my disappointment I had been put in a disabled room,plus instead of a double bed they had pushed two single beds together.

Why do hotels do this & why do they put able bodied people in disabled room?
It's not the first time this has happened to me it's still not acceptable.The hotel was not full!
Next day at breakfast I asked a waiter at breakfast could I have 2 fried eggs,no he said in broken English they are not available.
I asked a waitress about 5minutes later who said no problem would you like bacon as well?
The tea arrived luke warm but was replaced with a hot one after I pointed this out.
Trying to check out the reception was unable to print me an invoice for my room extras,it was too complicated so we both gave up & I left.

Gutes bis sehr gutes neueres Hotel, ruhige, dennoch zentrale Lange nahe der Innenstadt von Kempten. Zimmer sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück könnte etwas Abwechslungsreicher sein, aber sicherlich ist für jeden was dabei. Im Fitnessstudio sollte das Laufband unbedingt gewartet werden, da es durchrutscht (habe ich an Rezeption weitergegeben) Ansonsten alles bestens, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war frisch und ausreichend, nur eine Kaffeemaschine war nicht richtig eingestellt. Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel, mit schönem Zimmer und großem Bad. Betten waren sehr bequem und alles sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück war sehr gut. Einzige Anmerkung von uns. Wir hätten uns mehr Obst, Tomaten und Gurken zur Selbstbedienung gewünscht. Die gab es nur fertig vorbereitet in kleinen Weckgläsern. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

Schönes Hotel, tolle geräumige Zimmer mit super Bad, auch, und das macht es so besonders, für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen. Hotelplan in Braille und alles rollstuhlgerecht sind in der Form einzigartig. Das Frühstück ist allerdings maximal Durchschnitt und die Zimmer, die nach Südwesten gelegen sind haben weder eine Außenbeschattung noch eine Klimaanlage. Das Personal ist hart an der Grenze zur Unfreundlichkeit. Ein \"Guten Morgen\", das nicht erwidert wird und andere Merkwürdigkeiten im Umgang mit uns hinterlassen leider einen Beigeschmack, der uns bei unserem nächsten Allgäu Aufenthalt eher in ein anderes Hotel führen wird. Schade eigentlich, aber die Soft Skills zählen halt auch.

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind modern, Betten sind gut. Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraßen, dadurch sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Bushaltestelle 3 min vom Hotel entfernt. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Einziges Manko ist ein fehlender Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Sämtliche Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich, Extrawünsche werden möglich gemacht, alles ist gemütlich und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Alles in allem hat uns die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Das Familienzimmer war wirklich super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber, groß und modern eingerichtet. Die kleine Kochecke mit Mikrowelle war auch sehr praktisch.
Absoluter Pluspunkt war die Kletterwand, die kostenlos genutzt werden konnte. Hier wäre aber eine einheitliche Vorgehensweise von Seiten des Personals wünschenswert gewesen. Einen Abend konnte unser Sohn die Kletterwand nicht nutzen, weil er angeblich zu \"jung \" ist, obwohl wir als Eltern dabei waren und es die Tage zuvor und danach ohne Probleme geklappt hat.
Das Frühstück ist ok, aber in jedem Fall verbesserungsfähig. Sehr wenig Auswahl. Auf einer Tafel stand, dass man auch ein Omelett bestellen kann, was aber dann doch nicht möglich war.

Keine vorab Info, dass Tag der offenen Tür. Keine Ruhe im hotel, ich hatte keinen Raum in dem ich mich mit Laptop zum Arbeiten zurückziehen konnte. Nachmittags Wellness geschlossen. Abends endlich Ruhe, wir wollen etwas trinken... Bar bleibt heute geschlossen. Nachfrage nach der Geschäftsleitung, wurde uns erklärt, daß diese übers Wochenende nicht erreichbar ist. Chefin möchte nicht gestört werden??? Weshalb?? Ist ja nur ein Kunde der hier bemängelt. Beim auschecken dann dieselben Argumente. Ja wir geben es der Geschäftsleitung weiter. Und wir sind nicht Sterne zertifiziert, sondern ein Inklusions Hotel, da haben sie keinen anspruch auf eine Bar??? Hier wird der Heiligenschein der Inklusion selbst verliehen. Ich sehr erbost über diese unqualifizierten Antworten.

Ein Besuch lohn sich.
Wir wollten nach einem Event in der Bic Box Kempten einfach den Abend ausklingen lassen und am nächsten Morgen in aller Ruhe nach Hause fahren.
