Good hotel. Peaceful stay.

Easy to locate,on highway. Most of Jaipur must see places in 10 to 15 km. Spa was good. Swimming pool had cold water only draw back.Room was clean. Dinner was good at sahi dawat traditional rajasthani thali.

Decent place but highly overpriced

Major disappointment was food served in the in-house restaurant. Nothing special about it. Rooms decor can be changed to look more royal, especially since from outside the place has got grand royal look. The rooms didn't even support non-indian electrical plug system, which was embarrassment. Not much facilities - things which are present are not properly maintained - except for pool and spa.
Overall, its a decent place to stay, but it is overpriced and not worth the money.

Locked Out!

The hotel was in lock down. The India Government closed it due to non payment of taxes. We were extremely dissappointed. It was booked and paid for.

Worst stay (property seized by bank)

During our stay the hotel was seized by idbi due to non payment of loan by owner and we were moved immediately to other hotel, during this movement we forgot our belongings which we tried to get next day but we weren't allowed to enter the property as it was seized . No response from hotel even after several reminder to hotel over email. Worst stay

Beautiful property and friendly staff. Needs more planned entertainment and activities for the guests. Sketchy services with issues in communication between staff. The lady who runs the spa is highly unprofessional. It's not a \"spa\" by any stretch of imagination.

Good weekend getaway

Let me start by saying that rajasthali is a very good resort to relax and spend a weekend. I and my wife were there for two nights to celebrate our anniversary. I was contemplating whether to book here or not because of some bad reviews but decided to give it a chance, and I am glad I did so. Nestled between two mountains, rajasthali is very palatial and the staff is also very courteous. Situated like 15-20 kms outside Jaipur, away from hustle bustle of the city, the resort is close to amer fort and is perfect if you want to just relax and maybe want to do little sight seeing as well.
Special thanks to the manager ankush for making special arrangements. We would definitely visit again.

Average Experience

The overall experience was average, I didn't found anything different in this resort. Royal tents were good but Jacuzzi was not up to the mark. Also, the food items on the menu are way too expensive as compared to their taste and quality.

A bit disappointing

We stayed here for two nights. It's a nice looking property and impressive at night. But we were disappointed with the amenities when compared to a three star hotel. Our room had no good view although we were the only guests the first night and they could have shown off their hotel. This was the only hotel without hot water- nothing happened after we asked about it. The Internet is slow and way overpriced in comparison to five star hotels. And at check out their credit card machine wasn't working putting us into a very uncomfortable situation. Not all was bad- the rooms are large and the food s very good. The general staff - waiters and doorman- are all providing excellent service.

An excellent resort but terrible staff.

The Rajasthali Resort is very pleasing on the eye and the rooms are clean as well. However, the hotel staff is horrible and their service is very slow or does not exist. On the first day of my stay the water went out during shower (I think it was turned off by one of the staff member). The water was not turned on for another 15 minutes, by which time I had to come out of shower. I had requested additional towels and they never showed up.

The service at their only restaurant was extreemly slow. The wait staff never asked us for water let alone anything else. We had to call them time and again to get something during breakfast or dinner.

I would recommend this place if the service of the staff was better.

FYI, It is very close to the Amer Fort which in my opinion is the best place to visit in Jaipur.

Beauty without soul

Stayed there with an intention of booking the entire resort for my daughter's wedding and to have a feel of this resort. We had to keep extending our stay to get a proper quote. Finally we did get; only to be told a day later that there was some mistake in their calculations and now the corporate office shall give a perfect offer in a day. It is now eight days but there is no information! The resort is good only if one is on his own and just wants to spend some time peacefully without expecting any service. Almost all the staff here is either confused or busy without work. Service is very poor. May be the staff feels that mere beauty of the resort will keep bringing business. If it is for looks alone and no expectation of service, people would rather spend a day sitting at Taj Mahal.

It was a perfect anniversary stay for us. Very good service and the staff here is very very pleasant and welcoming. They arranged a private dinner for us for our anniversary. I would recommend it to everyone coming to Jaipur.

The hotel was lovely, so was our room. The reception desk was ok - they were constantly taking other calls whilst I was waiting for my room key. We stayed in the grand tent room which was beautiful. It included a spa. Breakfast was included and was a buffet style - the person cooking the eggs did a great job. We got the hotel to organise a car and your guide for us. Both of these services was excellent.

Phenomenal resort

We visited Jaipur for our Wedding Anniversary and we made such a right decision by choosing to stay at Rajasthali. It was one of the best experience we ever had and just made our trip from good to Wow.

Thanks a lot everyone at Rajasthali for being so warm and welcoming, which includes the Guard at the main entrance, reception managers, chef in the morning, who cooked awesome breakfast for us. Vanilla Milk was the best.

Good getaway

I was there for a weekend and as I am from delhi the location is conveniently placed 26kms before city. Even if you want to go to the city it hardly takes 20 mins as the highway is really good. The rooms are fantastic. They are very spacious and have all the luxurious amenities. Front desk staff is very polite and supportive especially Mr. Chaki.

Swimming pool gets dirty by evening due to the flora n fauna in the area especially because it is one of the very few water resource in the area for birds. Food is expensive but it balances the cheap room tariff.

Overall the infrastructure is huge with big lawns. A very good place for wedding functions as the backdrop is good. I would recommend it for 1 night getaways,wedding functions and offsite conferences.

3 star dull hotel for 5 star price

We were travelling to this hotel from US for vacation. The room and bathrooms are nice. And thats about it.
Restaurant is unimpressive.
Morning inclusive breakfast is whatever.
Service is inattentive.
Spa is pathetic.
Location is far out from city center ( Rambagh palace is a winner -stayed there past trip)

A very nice resort for couples and families

Yes it is nice to have a Jacuzzi in the room but the concept of open area between the room and the bathroom is embarrassing. This is the only thing I felt uncomfortable with, otherwise it is an excellent place.

Hotel Facilities and Service

There was a wedding taking place and a business conference during our stay. As a result we couldn't use many of the facilities, eg swimming pool. The food was poor quality and check in/check out was very slow. I cancelled last night booking and moved to another hotel.

Rathasali Resort and Spa- Very Dissapointing

Booked a Grand Tent room, the staff were ignorant and the hotel was far out from the city... no local taxi's available longside the road... they had to call an expensive car service. The hotel did not notify us that there was a big event, the music was blaring and very disruptful to enjoying the stay. We had to be moved to another tent so the noise from the music would not be an issue, however this did not help. The walls still vibrating from the music outside (techno). Horrible. The restuarant was \"ok\", nothing special.

Great property if you want your own space!

A great property if you are going with your family and prefer a out of city, peaceful experience. Staff is friendly but the hotel lacks the finesse (rates were comparable to Trident but there is some catching up to do if they have to be in the league)
Front desk staff was friendly and prompt in accommodating the early check-in request and upgrading us (Many thanks to the team)

Watch out for -
1) You must have a conveyance/transport if you prefer going to the city too often.
2) There is nothing much to do in the hotel other than walking in the lawn, having a drink at the bar etc. (didnt try the spa)
3) Sound from the highway/and there was some wedding with loud music going on in the visity do disturb you in the tent
3) One suggestion for the management- you must include options like buffet dinner with local cuisines and folk dances, since the city almost sleeps after 10 and also the hotel is far off, give an option to guests to spend their time (and money which is great for you) in the hotel itself.

Too Much Money

This hotel is extremely expensive for the quality of the stay. It was not completed and they had a private function going on; which was very loud until after 11PM. We appeared to be the only other guests outside of that company and food or any other services was very slow. They couldn't get the internet up and running, the fitness club was not completed, the spa could only call a local masseuse from the town, which would take 2 hours to get there, and then only in your room could they accomodate you and the event was around the pool so you couldn't use that either. We had at least expected a complimentary dinner after moving our rooms twice and not have any other conveniences; but even that they had to call someone they couldn't reach. We were in India for 2 weeks with our teenage children and booked this hotel although it was more expensive than all the other ones for its look and photos and to treat ourselves to a night of luxury; but were very disappointed!

Vacationing in Rajasthan

This was a very pleasant resort to stay at. The staff was very accommodating, and the place was beautiful. My only qualm is that the map on the website had said that the resort was only 1.6 miles from downtown Jaipur. In reality it was 20-30km from the city. There wasn't complementary taxi rides so that was an added unexpected expense, but if you want a tranquil place outside of the city, this is a great stop.

The service is what lets this hotel down - not at all up to 5 star levels. Examples were often, nobody on reception. The pool has no lifeguard and no attendants so there is nobody to get towels or offer poolside drinks/food. Even when someone did pass by and i requested towels and drinks, only the towels arrived. In addition, our departure was chaos - we had an early morning train to catch and our breakfast boxes were not prepared as requested, and neither was the bill. We were 20 mins late departing. However, the restaurant staff were very good and in constant attendance, and we were very happy with the quality of service there. It's a shame, as the building itself looks quite new and the hotel has potential, but at present, there is not a good reason to base yourself outside of Jaipur to stay here.

Nice Resort

The resort is GRAND. The accommodations in the palace and luxury tents is amazing with every thing you need in a luxury resort. The pool is clean, the location is serene and calm and the staff is polite. The only problem is that they are new and a little understaffed, which results in delays at times.

Desorganização e falta de respeito

Chegamos no hotel, e tivemos a surpresa de que o mesmo nao tinha um quarto para a duracao de nossa reserva, apos uma longa discussão com o hotel acabamos reservando o JW marriot ao lado por 4x o preco que estavamos pagando e exigimos uma noite gratuita no dia da chegada, os mesmos nos informaram que podiamos comer por cortesia no hotel como nao haviam taxis ou carros na propriedade para nos levar a nenhum restaurante. No dia seguinte nos cobraram a refeição (terrivel).

最悪なホテル

年末年始に宿泊したが大晦日の夜にホテルの庭でホテル主催のニューイヤーパーティーのようなものをしていて、宿泊客以外も参加していたようで深夜までものすごい騒音で不快感でいっぱいだった。次の日の朝、昨日のパーティーでガラスを割った輩がいたようで、レストランのガラスの扉、フロントの窓ガラスが割れまくっていて信じられなかった。レストランは客室に近いので本当に危ないと思った。客室の設備、アメニティ等、最悪、レストランも節電なのか殆ど電気を消しているので薄暗かった。料理もメニューに載っているのに無いと言われるものが多かった。客室からレストランに行く道も電気がなく真っ暗で、子供連れや年配の方は段差や階段が本当に危ないと思った。
朝食もビュッフェだが品数少なく、美味しくなかった。もう2度と来ない。

中心から離れているので、買い出しをしていくといいと思います。
ダブルルームに案内されましたが、ツインが良いとリクエストすると対応してくれました。
スタッフはとても親切で感じが良かったです。
部屋も清潔で、ベッドもそれなりに快適でした。
ただ、ホテルが工事中部分があったりして現時点での完成度はあまり高くないかと思います。
今後に期待したいところです。

街中からは遠い

場所がジャイプールの街中からはかなり離れていた。ホテルから少し外出するには不便だった。リゾートホテルらしくホテルの中の環境はよかった。ただルームサービスの料金改定が反映されておらず、チェックアウトの時に少し揉めた。
