5 stars on all accounts. Very attentive lovely and caring staff that went out of their way to make our stay wonderful and comfortable. They personalised pillow for our 2 year old daughter. Very hospitable staff who are well experienced. Very neat clean hotel and room service was done twice daily, really didn’t want to leave and will most definitely be back here if we are ever to visit Jaipur again. Spa was incredible, between the hours of 1-4pm it’s 50% off the spa menu. We book it two days consecutively!

During our 2-day stay, the bathroom exhaust vent did not work, causing the fire alarm to go off every time we showered—a total of six times.

Each incident forced me to rush out of the shower, keep the room door open, and take repeated calls from the front desk to confirm it was a false alarm. Despite reporting this multiple times, no fix was attempted and no room change was offered. The response was limited to stating it was a “safety measure.”

To avoid triggering the alarm, we ultimately had to shower with the room door open, which is completely unacceptable—especially at a 5-star hotel like ITC Rajputana. Expecting guests, particularly women, to shower with doors open raises serious privacy and dignity concerns.

If a fire alarm is triggered by normal shower use, the system or room infrastructure is clearly not functioning as intended. This experience significantly affected our comfort and privacy, and does not meet the standards expected of a luxury property.

Given the repeated disruptions and lack of resolution, I am requesting appropriate compensation or a partial refund.

The house staff was excellent. However we ate at the hotel restaurants and my entire family came down with severe food poisoning that completely destroyed our Rajasthan trip, You do not expect this level of low hygiene from a supposedly high end hotel. The hotel management did not bother to offer a discount or refund for the stay.

The hotel is dated in desperate need of upgrade. The location is near the railway station which is typically the dirtiest, congested and noisiest area of the city. Plus you could clearly hear everyone in the hallway if you were in the room. Parts of the hotel have a musty smell which is hard to put up with. The staff is nice but the property is old dated and at best a 4 Star give its condition.

Beautiful property, excellent staff, great food at restaurants and luxurious room. The property is beautiful, with lots of nice interiors, sit outs and green areas. The rooms are very well maintained, clean and good amenities. The restaurants offer delicious food and customisation. The front desk staff is very helpful, providing decent service and support for any requests. Our son fell ill during the trip and staff provided lots of assistance and support as needed.

Booked this hotel for my husband’s solo trip and he was greeted with a warm reception from two lovely young ladies. When he dined at the hotel restaurant, service was excellent — Chef Harshit specially came out to engage my husband, understand his food allergy and made him a tailored dish. As advertised. A nice, clean property with a great pool - large, clean, well maintained - that we used regularly for relief from the heat. Hotel staff was courteous and professional. Shout out to Piyusha (sp?) who did a great job supporting us.

Only minor complaints:

-Children not allowed in the lobby bar/restaurant (admittedly, by law) - though children may enter the other two restaurants and the outdoor lounge. Not ideal insofar as the heat rendered regular use of the outdoor lounge undesirable.

You will want to avoid an externally facing room - they have a limited view of an unattractive part of the city.

Overall, a good stay.

We stayed for just under a week in this hotel and had a wonderful time. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Swimming pool great size and kept clean, table tennis and other games room activities were a great addition. We had food included in our package (breakfast and dinner) and enjoyed the selection at the buffet restaurants.
Staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Very friendly and all would go out of their way to meet any needs. Special mentions to Roshan Singh and Bheem Singh (very friendly door men), Ojas and Gaurav at the bars, Chandra and Sandhya in the restaurants and Akanksha in guest relations.
Area directly outside of hotel is busy and quite dirty, but easy to take hotel taxi to other areas of Jaipur for sightseeing.

Had to change rooms initially as was given 1503, which for a 5 star had an awful view, but staff readily gave me a different room which was perfectly fine. Usual room facilities and was very clean. The pool area and bars were well maintained and the staff very helpful, especially in the restaurant. I had a buffet one day which was only ok, food was pretty cold and not amazing so for the cost, it wasn’t worth it, so I ate out the rest of my stay. The hotel entrance is on the busy road by the station and nothing in the immediate vicinity. If the entrance was on the other side of the hotel this would be better, just a poor impression, but was an enjoyable stay overall

I booked for my sister and her husband for their honeymoon , and requested the hotel staff to make it special by decorating the suite as a surprise when they first arrive. Staff threw some balloons onto their bed which is not the standard for a honeymoon, when all hotels do flowers/ rose petals or something special. The staff also were not aware that honeymoon occurs after the wedding , and instead wrote to me saying \"your upcoming wedding festivities\". The surprise we had for the couple was ruined, and we were disappointed. When I asked for something complimentary in return the staff and manager refused. I booked this place as it was known to be an ITC hotel, but it was not worth it. Hotel standards are not up to par and service is not so great for what you are paying . I wish I had booked somewhere else instead. Disappointing.

We didn't like the part that they are upselling the rooms as heritage which are nothing but the rooms that haven't been updated and they smell. I shouldn't be asked to pay more for an old room that smells. The breakfast was very average not worthy of a 5 star hotel. When we asked for a bellboy at checkout, they sent in room service to check on the mini bar while we were still waiting for the bellboy who never showed up and eventually, we have to carry our own bags to the reception with the help of room service. Poor service very average food. Not worth the money they charge.

I have stayed at ITC Maurya and was looking forward to staying at ITC Rajputana but both properties are miles apart in terms of both location and rooms. ITC Rajputana is a very old property and the rooms are average at best. Breakfast was good but they messed up one of our orders for eggs. Aside from this, we took two meals at Jaipur Pavillion and they were good. The staff at the property was very professional and made efforts to make us comfortable.

I had my worst experience in this 5 star property.
1. The breakfast was not of good quality.
2. Door of our room and towards balcony was broken.
3. The spa experience could have been better but the spa manager only smiled once we made the payment.
4. Worst of all, they threw my belongings and did not cooperate at all. I called them multiple times, went to reciption to understand what has happened but noone was taking the responsibility for it.
5. The person who was managing the swimming pool area was also rude.
6. Very small rooms.

Worst worst experience ever. Highly disappointing. No respect for guests. No facilities. Only the cleaning staff was humble.

From check in to check out, the entire stay was amazing with friendly and courteous staff at every point of contact. The dining experience was particularly amazing, the highlight of every day being the vast spread for breakfast, something for every palate and dietary consideration - and if it was available, the staff found a way to make something wonderful to suit our and our kids needs.

Very clean, family friendly and centrally located in the heart of Jaipur. Would highly recommend this and any ITC line of hotels.

Excellent hotel, with excellent service overall. A point to take into consideration is the speed of service in the breakfast room, cafe and bar. It seems to be a fully respected chain of command for everything. If we needed a glass for a beer or to pour water; we noticed the order was given to another person and then to another one, and 15 minutes later we had the glass. It should be easier. Let alone a coffee or olive oil.

This place looks dated and dirty. The rooms feels runned down, and the carpets in the common areas are full of stains. When you walk the corridors you can see the view of an I internal patio and it looks dirty and without maintenance. I decided to stay in this hotel after visit the ITC in Delhi for dinner and it's a lower level of experience by far! The services was very bad!!!
Check in was slow and bureaucratic they asked me to feel more forms here than in any other hotel in India. Besides that the staff could not manage to print some documents that I needed for boarding my plane... Just pure incompetence

I have stayed ahis location several times. However this time the hotel was not accommodating to our guest needs even after several requests. The standards have definitely dropped at this properly. Additionally, the room had really bad bathroom odor which was not addressed and the room change request was also not addressed. We will not be staying here going forward.

We had visited Jaipur for my son's exam as schools in Mumbai are still not open .. I must say the staff is very friendly .. at front desk and in restaurent also .. they immediately allowed us early chk in and were very nice and warm . The property unfortunately is bit worn out and seriously requires re furbishment and deep cleaning , exterior of hotel is also way past its glory days and requires restoration of luxury and heritage look. Over all decent stay and very convenient location.

Special mention of Sheesh Mahal lounge , where as a suit guest we get free unlimited drinks ( both alcoholic and non alcoholic ) .. but they don't serve any hot and cold snacks along , which i think is standard practice in most of five star properties.

But , nett nett GOOD EXPERIENCE !
