The Souli Beach hotel is excellent value for money, located in a a very good area. It is walkable distance to all shops and restaurants.
Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean and good size.
I have been coming here for many years and will continue to do so.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Souli Beach Hotel during a family trip with our toddler, and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure our little one — and we — were comfortable throughout our stay. Their kindness really made a difference and made us feel genuinely welcome as a family.

The views are absolutely brilliant, with stunning, uninterrupted panoramas of the sea. Being so close to the water was perfect, and the calm, peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax even while traveling with a young child. The hotel’s location is also ideal, with nearby nature trails and scenic walks that were perfect for gentle strolls and outdoor time as a family. Hotel's own Seafood Restaurant was also out of this world with fresh selection as well as special platters.

Peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully located, Souli Beach Hotel is a fantastic choice for families, and we would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Cyprus — especially those traveling with young children.

Nice little beach resort, one hour north of Paphos

Humble little beachside resort - it’s not a four star property, but has all the amenities you’d expect from a larger resort. My room was clean and spacious, with cable TV and strong air conditioning. The resort fronts right onto Latchi Beach, and I enjoyed simply walking down the steps to the water. Pool area is comfortable and modern. Breakfast was good - a lot of choices and overall high quality ingredients. For €90, you can’t go wrong with this place. Service was a bit cold, but this might just be a Cyprus thing as I’ve encountered the same at many hotel. Overall, I’d recommend the Souli Beach Resort as it offers quite a bit for a reasonable price.

Highly recommend

Great place to stay. Room was exceptionally clean and kept that way throughout my stay. The hotel overlooks the Mediterranean and sits apart from nearby hotels and bars which make its a peaceful place to stay. The breakfast eggs were fresh and the coffee (which I judge all hotel breakfasts by was strong). I'd stay here again!

Better than expected, could easily upgrade itself

Lovely family run hotel. Service excellent, food better than expected, great location right on the beach with a nice pool area. 2 good restaurants adjacent (Yialos in particular) and an easy walk into the harbour. Air con in the room. Rooms are spacious and we had a lovely balcony. Great sunset view nightly from the pool and outdoor eating area. Very few kids so great for older couples like us (50's).

It's a shame it's effectively a 2.5 star hotel giving 4 star service. A few tweaks would make all the difference.

Lobby and reception badly need updating - new furniture and a repaint of all the dated brown wood to cream or white would instantly improve first impressions.

Cyprus has water shortage issues but hotel does daily room service and full towel replacement as standard - practically no other hotel does this any more! No notices to ask guests to only replace unused towels or opt for less frequent room service.

A few more umbrellas in the grassy area around the pool, and ensuring all umbrella stands have a functioning umbrella would solve the daily shortage. Also they allow people put towels out then disappear leaving beds unavailable. A 1 hour policy could be applied as there was a shortage of beds/umbrellas because of this.

My pet hate is a shower-in-a-bath with a curtain - shower curtains should be banned! Shower panels please, or better yet get rid of the baths and have big walk in showers - which would also reduce water wastage.

Real nice place, great restaurant & open all day. Some prices high for ice cream, but meals ok. Good taste & quantity. Room nice size, everything worked well, very small tv. Nice balcony. Is last hotel in the Latchi , Latsi beach area, so less space to walk due to rocky beach for walking or sitting, but has enough close by. Staff was friendly & helpful. Not as many businesses around since at end of beach, but plenty of food & others 10-20 minute walk. Several cruise boats in marina within this walking time. Souvenir places too. Bus 622 stops right by hotel. Enjoyed stay

Everything was wonderful. I've no complaints at all. We arrived just as the season was beginning, so not everything was open, but we enjoyed every moment. We especially appreciated the waiters amazing service and the fancy towels/clothing decor done by housekeeping!! I do recommend a seaview room.

Good location and good value.

Great staff in the main except for the blonde waitress in the outside restaurant. Spilt a drink over my friend. Despite asking for a replacement, she didn’t replace the drink she just avoided us for the rest of our stay. The bedrooms are basic but clean. The bathrooms could do with upgrading. The breakfast is minimal but as you would expect for the price. The bar food in the restaurant is good. The best thing is the location of the hotel.

We have stayed at the Souli Hotel many times over the last 20 years and always a warm welcome from the owners.
Rooms are modern and exceptionally clean with daily cleaning. The sea views rooms are worth the little extra and have a super view of the pool and ocean.
A perfect place to chill out and relax.

We have been staying at thishotel for 10 years due to irs close proximity to The Akamas.
Recently all rooms have been refurbished, fridges and kettles added to the rooms.
The hotel sits on the beach, a peefect setting.
The water pressure is amazing.
The hotel is basic but clean and friendly and frequented by locals during lunchtime and dinner.

I always find The Souli Beach hotel very acceptable. It does not pretend to be a high end hotel, but it has an excellent location and is very good value for money. The room is always cleaned early in the day which is good.
Also the hotel attracts non-residents for lunch and evening meals.

Fabulous friendly hotel with amazing location

The hotel exceeded our expectations and not only in terms of the amazing location but the staff. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, professional and went over and beyond to make our stay a pleasure. The food was excellent and we ate at the hotel more than expected. We cannot find fault with any aspect and would like to say personal thanks to Frixos, George, Andreas ( Senior!!) Andreas (younger!!) and Pambos. We will return and wish you a good summer.

A Definite Must!

Great hotel in Latchi. Walking distance to everything and has a good restaurant and bar on the premises. Located directly on the. Each and has a pool as well. Rooms are spacious and have one of the best showers I have experienced in Cyprus. I am already looking forward to my return.

This hotel is quitr basic but its appeal lies in its customer service. The staff are wonderful and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. We went at the end of the season and things were looking a bit tired but will no doubt be spruced up for the next season. the food is second to none and very reasonably priced. If you want to change you order slightly to suit you then that is never a problem. A lot of locals eat here as well which should speak volumes about the quality of the food. The hotel is very quiet and does not play any kind of music anywhere, that was perfect for us. there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but a kettle is available on request and the are plenty of local supermarkets in walking distance by the harbour to get what you need. The grounds are well kept with ample sun beds but if you go in the hieght of the season you may not be so lucky as this is a very popular hotel. The room has a tv but there are no English speaking channels so if you feel you need to keep up with things then take a laptop and use catch up tv. wifi reception is very good and quick. The beach is mainly small pebbles with a steep decline into the sea that slopes away quite quickly. There are some well worn slippery boulders just under the water at just below waist depth but you can swim over those. You are out of your depth about 15 feet from the shore, but there is no current and it is very safe to swim. sea temp wonderful and land was 85 degrees F.

Good reasonably priced hotel , we only stayed for one night as we had a villa booked the next day . We found the hotel clean with a nice restaurant. The hotel is situated right on the beach with a fantastic view over the bay. There is a tennis court next to the hotel and there is ample parking. Breakfast was fried egg , bacon and a good cold selection. An enjoyable stay at a reasonable price. Shame about the weather though !

Hotel needs an update. Clean but just needs a bit of TLC. Great hot chocolate! Breakfast not so good, egg and bacon, no other sides. TV in room didn't work but air con did and was very effective. Charged 30 euro for late check out as flight at 10pm.

Prime location right on beach.

Stayed in sea view room on first floor. Location was perfect close to the sea, pebble beach and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in Latchi. Room was clean & good size. Access to swimming pool & tennis court plus lovely lawn to sit in sun or shade and take in the view. Restaurant was ok but we preferred to walk into town. Staff friendly and very efficient.. It's a 2 star hotel. Needs some refurbishment but good value and would happily stay there again.

Lovely Small Beach Hotel

We were pleasantly surprised by this very nice small hotel and as it was advertised as only a 2star we wondering what we it would be like. It is nice and quiet and very peaceful, good size pool with plenty of beds, umbrellas etc. The main restaurant is right beside the beach and the food is very good and plentiful and the staff is very friendly . It was great having our room on the ground floor as I don't use lifts and we really enjoyed sitting on the small patio watching the views and all the boats sailing to The Blue Lagoon. We would really recommend this hotel for a nice quite holiday and we will definitely be back

Lovely hotel, at the quiet end of Lachi. Had a mountain view room, which could be a bit noisy when sitting on the balcony.Loved the continental breakfast and the pool bar. Only thing that let it down slightly was the age of the sunbeds. A bit icky..

Was very disappointed on arrival, did not get there until 1.30 am, the hotel was in complete darkness, our taxi driver had to get his flashlight so we could see where we were going, the room key was on the coffee table (which I knew they would), there were no instructions on how to get to the rooms, we would have been very concerned if not for out taxi driver, the rest of our stay was very good and relaxing

Reception staff (owner) of the hotel was totally disinterested on checking in.

The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

When we got into our room there was an extra bed thus making the room even smaller and unable to open the wardrobe because extra bed was blocking the doors.

There was leaking water of the air conditioning in the room thus making the room floor slippery and dangerous.

We asked the owner to change the room into a sea view and he asked extra money. Finally they removed the bed and repaired the air conditioning. I prefer if hotel was running by professional hotel management than the owner.

Sadly really we all being let down by management (owner) and the outdated condition of the place.

Not impressed at all and on that basis would not stay again

Dated hotel in a great spot

We have not been to Latchi for many years, so decided to book something cheap and take a look around. This hotel looked OK, although the reviews were pretty average, but as it had air conditioning, parking, a restaurant on the beach, and a pool, we decided to give it a go.

Arrival was pretty low key. The staff member who checked us in was pretty dry and a little underwhelming, but not unfriendly. But we booked a sea view room and it really lived up to its name. The hotel is 25m from the sea and has a wonderful view across the bay. The beach is pebble and not at all usable for casual sun bathing, but there are plenty of sun beds you could use.

The room was literally out of the 1980’s, and we were ok with that, as the hotel was very cheap, but although the ‘viewable ‘ Room was actually very clean, anything you moved (bedside table etc.) - say looking for a plug socket - was cringingly dirty, which could have been easily remedied and let the hotel down badly for us... But the bathroom was clean and the shower was good.

The restaurant was on the beach and the food was very good. Breakfast was basic, but ample. The swimming pool is clean and seemingly well maintained, and certainly during our stay, there were plenty of sun beds. There are also two usable tennis courts. The hotel does not lack all the necessary ingredients for success. But lacks attention to detail.

Beach front hotel with a good swimming pool located in the stretch with the best beaches of Cyprus, although you should note that are not sandy beaches. Expect eggs, bacon, Greek yogurt and a one choice of fruit for breakfast, but the only coffee available is machine coffee... the staff is helpful and polite.

Really lovely and relaxing atmosphere.

A short break which was relaxing, quiet and really enjoyable. The hotel was homely and had a friendly atmosphere. They were helpful and organised our car hire etc really well.
We were uncertain when we arrived and did not like our room which was at the back of the hotel and overlooked the road but when we explained they found us a room with a sea view (at an extra cost) but without much fuss and it was well worth the small additional charge. After that we found a more confident member of staff who was English speaking and who was so helpful. This made the difference to our holiday with some great suggestions as to things to see and added a real feeling of customer service.

What a find!

I'm reluctant to share this little gem - I want it all to myself! We visited in October when it was relatively quiet both at the hotel and in the village, but everything was open and the weather was fantastic. The hotel was just perfect - friendly, attentive staff (including the owners who were always visible and helpful), spotless rooms, comfortable beds - and spacious balconies (ours was facing the pool/sea, so we never had the sun - however it was so warm that wasn't an issue). Breakfast was varied and tasty, and we could carry our trays outside and eat by the sea if we chose to. The \"deal\" in the evening for guests in the terrace restaurant was tasty and plentiful - and the local wine very palatable. The pool and garden areas were very pleasant- and at that time of the year very quiet. It was never an issue to find a lounger - and the sea was just as close as the pool was (and actually slightly warmer!). We would definitely return - most likely at the same time of year, as I'm not sure I would like it so much if it was too busy!
