The resort is clean, and the whole area is very nice. The price is reasonable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The view and the pool are great.

The only downside is the food. It is delicious, but it can get a bit boring because they serve mostly the same dishes every day. Overall, it’s a clean and pleasant place with helpful staff, a nice pool, and a great view.

At first glance from the outside the hotel doesn't seem special but when ypu get inside and get familiar, it gets pretty amazing. The building itself needs a little painted but inside is literally cleaned everyday just as the pool area aswell is cleaned every day. Room was really spacious, nice balcony with sea view and massive shower space. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food runs basically 3 times a day, its really tasty and a decent variety of food. The all inclusive selection of drinks is good with a lot of good payable options. Theres stairs that go to the beach, the beach is beautiful and sandy and no tourists so lots of space. I can't talk about the shows as we weren't in season but the animation team did a soccer game and some karaoke in the off season and it was very fun. There isn't any transport options from the hotel so going from the hotel to nearby city, I would recommend getting a taxi like this :+212 642-287640. And if heading to bigger nearby cities like tangier, I would recommend either the taxi or the CMT buses that take off from the Larache bus station.

It was fine, comfortable and enjoying. The only thing that annoyed me is that they didn't respect the price provided by the hotels.com without any reason. But i stuck into my travel reservation and they accpeted it finally with 15 euros more after i called the manager.

The only thing that can deserve a star in this place is the view of the sea, as it is located on all coasts. The place is not organized in terms of dealing and satisfying customers, the first of which is the manager who deals with arrogance and lack of customer service, so you find him crowding with customers in the restaurant to eat instead of making sure of their satisfaction.
The food is poor and tasteless, more than that there is a Shortage of mineral water.. I drove for half an hour to get some water! Someone who calls himself Yusuf at the bar . I asked him if I could have 5 small bottles of water. His answer was rude: How much are you!!!! The next day I asked him if I could have a cup of coffee, he replied that the coffee machine was out-of-service, unbelievable!!!!
They always make you feel that you are not welcomed to this place!

Worst experience ever. Horrible hotel. Not enough food and drinks. You have to wait 30 min for your turn to get something to eat. No glasses or silverware. No coffee or tea glasses. Bad management. No organization. Barely any entertainment. You can hear everyone complaining left and right. Extremely unhappy with this hotel and would never come back. We booked 6 rooms and everyone of us feel the same way

Disappointment in Lixus

We were looking for a beach town along the northern Morocco coast for our vacation. Hotel Lixus came up on searches so we figured we would try it out. First of all the resort was incredibly difficult to find. We tried calling the hotel for directions but the number they emailed us in the confirmation email was out of service. We arrived while their buffet was closed and the restaurant does not serve a regular menu. Fortunately they were nice enough to bring us some food at the bar. The resort was oddly deserted despite Hotels.com saying they were close to 100% booked. After touring the grounds we realized that the hotel was only half finished. We found hallways and rooms covered in dust and construction materials. This area was not roped off to visitors and could be potentially dangerous. However, our room was in impeccable shape and we enjoyed it very much. One other issue we had was that the internet was broken and the front desk was unable to fix it until the next morning. Also the people at the front desk do not speak fluent English. So when we had them call us a taxi to the train station they were unable to tell the taxi driver where we were going. We ended up in downtown Larache instead of the train station and missed our train.

Die Anlage ist okay. Das Personal macht den Aufenthalt aber zu einer reinen Katastrophe. Bereits bei der Ankunft sehr unfreundlich und überheblich und lassen den Gast lange warten. Weder Getränke noch Essen werden angeboten und das bei gebuchtem all inclusive. Es wurde lediglich auf das Abend Buffet um 20 Uhr hingewiesen und das bei Ankunft um 15 Uhr. Drumherum weit und breit keine Möglichkeit eine Mahlzeit zu sich zu nehmen. Keine Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals gegenüber den Gästen. Man wird alleine gelassen und keiner kümmert sich um einen. Für all inclusive daher quasi umsonst gezahlt. Das Personal insgesamt vermiest einen den Aufenthalt dort. Daher absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Nous avons demandé une chambre avec vue sur la mer et nous avons reçu une chambre bien positionnée où on avait vue sur mer et vue sur la piscine. Tout était parfait. Buffet délicieux .

Le petit déjeuner qui devrait être un de plaisir pour bien commencer une journée de travail était décevant. Personnel arrivé une demi-heure en retard et à 08:15, rien n’était prêt. Aucune mesure d’hygiène: le monsieur censé préparer une omelette était énervé d’avance a oublié de mettre sa tenue de travail, très peu de chose et mauvaise qualité, on mange mieux dans un souk. Franchement, très loin de ce que cet hôtel prétend! Quel dommage !

Hôtel avec beaucoup de potentialités mais comme d’habitude, le service de la restauration n’était pas au rendez vous. C’est la 4ème goud qu’on vient ici parce qu’on avait pensé que le changement de l’exploitant et l’augmentation des prix allaient améliorer la restauration mais ce ne fut pas le cas. L’équipe a encore beaucoup à apprendre des professionnels de l’all inclusive de Marrakech. Le restaurant est sous dimensionné par rapport à l’afflux qu’a connu l’hôtel pendant l’aid et l’équipe n’est pas très expérimentée. C’est dommage pour ce lieu qui a énormément d’atouts (situation notamment par rapport à Rabat, Meknes et Fes, plage) mais dont le service illustre quelques raisons de l’échec du plan Azur...

una pena, tenian suspendida la calefaccion y la pileta cubierta, asi como la mayoria de las actividades del aal inclusive. Al dia siguiente de nuestra llegada dejo de funcionar internet. El restaurant muy bueno. La atencion en la recepción fue malísima, se nos reían en la cara cuando consultábamos por la calefaccion o el internet. Nos quisieron cobrar el uso de la pileta. La unica excepción en la atencion fue la sra. Wizal( no se si esta bien escrito) que intento que no la pasemos tan mal y nos trato como corresponde. el lugar y el hotel son muy lindos lastima que no hagan el mantenimiento correspondiente del hotel. Durante invierno, si no van a atender como corresponde es preferible que lo cierren. En vez de dias de relax, tuvimos dias de padecimiento.Ademas nos pusimos en contacto con Hoteles desde nuestra llegada, por los inconvenientes y tardaron dos días en solucionar nuestro problema y tuvimos que llamar al menos 4 veces durante nuestra estancia en el hotel.

Chegámos ao hotel às 9:30 da noite, depois de uma longa viagem e o nosso quarto ainda não estava arrumado. Foi limpo à pressa e, como consequência, a casa de banho não estava em condições. Exigimos mudar para outro quarto mais limpo. Acederam, relutantes, ao nosso pedido. Era o mínimo!
Quanto às refeições, não tenho palavras! Uma confusão, ninguém para nos ajudar, tudo muito sujo, funcionários incompetentes, incapazes de levantar as mesas e manter a sala minimamente limpa. A pouca comida que ainda havia, era má. O cenário ao pequeno almoço foi igual. É lamentável que um hotel com este potencial, não tenha ninguém à altura para lhe dar qualidade. Felizmente foi só uma noite!

Mes nombreux séjous à l'hôtel Lixus n'était pas terrible. Les installations sont immenses mais comme d'habitude au Maroc, les finitions n'ont pas été faites. La réception wifi est plus ou moins bonne en fonction des chambres (très peu de chambres ont une bonne réception), 1 jour sur 3, il tombe en panne et il n'y a pas de 3G. Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas dans toutes les chambres. L'hôtel est situé dans un très grand terrain si bien que pour en sortir il faut 15 min en voiture, la ville la plus proche, Larache, est à environ 20 - 25 min en voiture... L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine extérieure gratuite et d'un spa avec une petite piscine chauffée (pour la piscine chauffée, il faut compter pplus de 200 DHS pour la matinée OU l'après-midi). Côté nourriture, c'est un buffet, plutôt bon, il n'y a pas de patisseries marocaines, mais c'est globalement bon. Néanmoins, le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et tente de rendre le séjour agréable.

Très bon hôtel, nécessitant une gestion meilleure

L'hôtel est excellent et nous avons besoins, nous touristes marocains, d'endroits similaires. Malheureusement, malgré leur sympathie, le personnel de l'hôtel semble débordé par le nombre d'arrivés en ce week end prolongé du 1er mai. Exemples :
- Il faut insister pour que la chambre soit nettoyée, pour avoir le lit bébé ou les serviettes,
- Le personnel du restaurant n'est pas en mesure de suivre les demandes du nombre important des clients,
- Manque d'animation pour les enfants (malgré l'existence des infrastructures et équipements nécessaires),
- Une grande partie du personnel est très peu qualifiée...
Malgré tout, il faut pas être négatif, nous avons passé un séjour agréable. L'hôtel est encore en sa première année d'existence et son service doit s'améliorer.

Excelente acomodações. É a melhor opção para Larache. Bem localizado. Quarto imenso com varanda. O serviço é All include, aí incluído bebida alcoólica. O jantar estava muito bom e com boas opções e bebida a vontade, já o café da manhã deixou a desejar. Considerei o café da manhã fraco.Muito bom para relaxar. Este é o propósito do resort. Excelente estacionamento
