The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a good location. Breakfast was good. Don't expect the place to look like the picture because the place needs some tender loving care because it's starting to look worn out.

Pousada bem localizada, porém parece que falta manutenção. Porta do quarto extremamente barulhenta. O abridor do chuveiro não tinha acabamento e o mesmo não esquentava bem, os quartos tem mofo nas paredes. Funcionários do café da manhã bem antipáticos. Serviço de quarto ok, cafe da manhã bem simples. Não espere conforto, apenas boa localização e uma cama limpa para dormir.

Os quartos eram limpos diariamente e as toalhas trocadas também. O café da manhã possuía frutas, pães, ovos, salsicha ou calabresa ou bacon. Batata doce e variedade de bolos. Ótima localização, dá para ir andando até a rua das pedras. Achei o lugar seguro.

Ótimo atendimento. Os quartos eram limpos todos os dias. A cama era um pouco ruim pois havia um declínio no colchão, mas nada que fosse um problema pra mim. A pousada é a poucos metros da rua das pedras e do píer onde sai os passeios de barco. O café da manhã é simples mas muito gostoso. Fui com meu marido e atendeu demais as nossas necessidades. Voltaria, com certeza.

Excelente localização, tem um estacionamento bem de frente ao qual víamos nosso carro do quarto, da pra fazer tudo a pé, café da manhã com tudo fresquinho e muito lindo e gostoso, funcionárias da cozinha atenciosas, serviço de quarto bom tbm, segurança ótima tbm (o portão da pousada trava a uma certa hora da noite e vc só abre com uma certa chave magnética que é entregue junto com a chave do quarto), o que ficou a desejar realmente foi o serviço da tv, é bem ruim para conectar (parece uma tela de computador com o mouse) o que demora bastante para conseguir digitar, o pior é que vc fica preso somente conseguindo conectar Netflix, outros streaming não conseguimos pq fica dando erro e pedindo login de Play store.

Fiquei no quarto 05 no fim do corredor e isso minimizou os barulhos de movimentações normais das pessoas passando pelos corredores das pousada, mas que pode incomodar quem tem sono leve (eu tenho, mas como não tinha circulação de pessoas em frente ao quarto, dormi super bem!). Ótimo custo x benefício para um fds sem muito luxo, mas com conforto e muita praticidade (vai-se a pé à Rua das Pedras e praias próximas ao Centro). Como sugestão, poderia propor parceria ao estacionamento em frente à pousada para oferecer desconto aos hóspedes.

Una gran decepción
Pagamos por 3 noches y sólo nos quedamos una. Nada que ver con las fotos, la habitación estaba muy deteriorada y con mucho moho, sobretodo en el baño, con su correspondiente olor penetrante. Esto fue muy preocupante y la mayor causa para retirarnos antes. La ducha estaba tapada, La heladera oxidada, el piso roto, todo muy descuidado, no sabíamos si apoyar la valija en el placard porque parecía que se se rompería. A la noche no quedaba personal y algunos aprovecharon para poner música fuerte y los de al lado a las 7 golpeando fuerte algo por varios minutos. El desayuno con café de máquina feo y la leche rancia. La recepcionista no demostró predisposición con nuestros reclamos. En fin, fue realmente una mala experiencia!

Excelente localização, bem perto das praias e do centro, atendimento excelente, me senti muito bem acolhido, o meu check-out foi às 12:00 mas só saí de Búzios à noite, o recepcionista, gentilmente deixou guardar a minha mochila atrás da recepção e tem um chuveiro externo fora dos quartos que eu pude usar e que me quebrou um galho, já que não pude ficar no quarto após o horário do check-out por já ter uma outra reserva agendada para esse quarto, é uma pousada super agradável, aconchegante com excelente atendimento e um café da manhã bem reforçado, voltarei a me hospedar nesta pousada na próxima vez em que eu for à Búzios, recomendo a pousada à todos!!!
