What kind of luxury resort hotel has concrete floors in the room and the bathroom? No hot water in the shower? They didn't have any soap. They insisted shampoo is just as good so gave out extra shampoo! Guess what, shampoo isn't the same, so I had to buy my own soap.

The rooms open up motel style to the pool area, so lots of ants end up in the room. The pool is not maintained that great and is filled with bugs and plastic. The pool bar is okay, though.

The area is in a good location, walkable to all the shopping and the beach. But there must be better options in Búzios.

The location is great for shopping and entertainment. Close to the beach but not on it. Towels are disgusting! They are worn down to the thread. Never had our room cleaned in three nights, never got new towels unless we went to the front desk and had to wait in a long line because everyone else needed them and others were checking in and only one person was at the front desk. The floors are filthy. Have certainly never been scrubbed. The furniture is so dirty. Nobody has ever wiped the high touch areas. The refrigerators are dirty and rusty. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. No top sheet. Mold and rust in the bathroom. The staff truly couldn’t care less after you sign the check in paperwork. Parking was great. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Have to pay for espresso from a pod. The hot tub was cloudy. Not good at all! Would not recommend!!

As a dislike. Just one thing.
none knows English except coordinator. Staff should speak at least two languages English , because hotel was fully booked but service was not good because of none understand me at hotel

Hotel was beautiful ,in the center of Buzios ,2 blocks from beach. Come with breakfast.comforable bed . Pool Jacuzzi, sauna large bed launge by each room . Staff excellent after check out they held our bags and let us shower at ghe end of day before we had to get ride bome at night

We checked out after two days, we were booked for six days!!.
The incessant noise we had endure was terrible, you will notice the rooms are in circle surrounding the pool at the end of the pool is a bar they erect large speakers which BOOM out very loud music from 10 til 10 !!! The configuration of the rooms create an amphitheatre effect. We complained about the noise and the staff said we could move to another room but they said it would make no difference. Now don't get me wrong I love music but to have it this loud and all day was too much to bear. The next problem we had on the two mornings we stayed was \"breakfast\" what a fiasco they couldn't organise a p#$$ up in a brewery!! No spoons! No bowls! Knowhere to sit had to wait for tables to become vacant and then cleaned. We asked for a refund as we only stayed 2 from our 6 nights originally booked, they would not do it as I had booked with Expedia, and was told to take it up with them I am not holding my breath Expedia! Also my partner Jill wanted a pedicure but didn't have anyone to do this? This is supposed to be a spa hotel. All in all terrible experience, book at your own peril but if you want a quiet lazy day relaxing around the pool take heavy duty ear defenders!!!.

My wife and I have been staying at this hotel since it carried the \"Nikki Beach Hotel\" banner, and we loved the place. In general the hotel infrastructure has remained the same, but it is sad to realize that the service quality has been declining along the years. When we arrived at the hotel, on December 26, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance: the water looked dark and sort of mucky, as my photos show. The pool remained closed until the mid afternoon of December 27, but the water kept its dark color and was very uninviting. The staff at the reception desk was inexperienced/undertrained: one of the staff was a foreign girl who did not speak nor understand Portuguese, which is totally unacceptable for any hotel located in Brazil. The Brazilian staff at the reception did not seem to speak any foreign language, which is also unacceptable in a place like Buzios, which attracts tourists from allover the world. On the late afternoon of December 27 while I was taking a shower after a day on the beach the water simply dried up! I complained at the reception desk but no one did really seem to care. On December 28 it was even worse: there was no water for a shower, and the staff was again slow in responding. What upset me most was the manager never being seen on the premises, and no one else seemed to be able to make decisions to try and solve the swimming pool ou lack of water problems. Unfortunately it seems that the \"pearl\" is turning into a lusterless stone...

Hreat trip, very giod hotel. Great breakfast, excellent pool, great location. The only going to pick is that they give you coupons for a welcome drink. To me, the implication is a welcome drink. It turns out it’s either a Caipirinha or lemonade. As a diabetic, i can drink neither. When I asked, that’s what I was told. I complained to management, and they did offer to change it to a soft drink. To me it is a bait and switch. Either put specifics on the voucher, I don’t give a voucher. Otherwise, really good hotel.

Excellent location and hotel facilities.

The highlight is the location of the hotel. It is located right next to the Rua das Pedras, which is where all the nice restaurants, bars, souvenir shops and stores are situated. All these things are walking-distance from the hotel. Hotel has nice facilities and the staff were really professional.

Perola Buzios is a nice hotel well located in downtown Buzios. The hotel has seen better days and could use some refurbishing at pool site as well as in the rooms. Breakfast was nice, but i felt that there could have been more variety given the status of the hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times. Before this trip, my last visit was 4 years ago. The hotel has gone done in both service and facilities. Examples include no wifi, room keys and door locks that don't work, inadequate staff, etc.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is in the centre of things. Spacious room with good air con and helpful staff . Very good breakfast. A few gripes - the shower had terrible water pressure so you have to wait to get wet! Also quite a lot of noise from the street at night, but other than that I would recommend.

The staff was friendly and quite helpful. So close to shops and really good restaurants. We were offered champagne or juice upon arrival--nice touch. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast, which was included with the room, was awesome. We plan to stay here again.

Hotel precisa de reforma urgente! Quarto com mancha de infiltração no teto! Cortina blackout furada! Tv 32 polegadas (pequena para o tamanho do quarto). Reservei quarto para 3 pessoas e quando colocaram a cama extra ficou super apertado. O que se paga por uma diária não corresponde nenhum pouco ao que é oferecido! Tv só funciona com internet, não tem canais abertos e no dia que me hospedei a internet não funcionou em nenhum momento, tive que rotear a internet do meu celular! A equipe do hotel é bem simpática e tenta minimizar os problemas!

O atendimento no checkin foi muito bom. Como pontos positivos podemos listar a arquitetura e decoração do hotel e do quarto que é belíssima. A cama é boa e as dependências do quarto são ok para o preço que é cobrado.

O melhor de tudo deste hotel é a localização. Praticamente dentro da Rua das Pedras. Saímos à noite e passeamos sempre andando, o que nos fez sentir seguros e não precisar pedir Uber à noite.

Mas alguns pontos deixaram muito a desejar. O café da manhã é muito fraco para o preço da reserva. Poucas opções e os pães estavam sempre murchos e com aspecto de velho. Outro ponto que deixa a desejar é a limpeza do quarto/banheiro. Estivemos num quarto em que o banheiro parecia que não havia sido limpo, além do chuveiro estar totalmente sujo.

Em linhas gerais, acredito que é um hotel “ok” para quem quer uma ótima localização (principalmente para a vida noturna), mas não espere muito (ou quase nada) das dependências e nem do café da manhã.

Acredito que seja um dos melhores hotéis de Búzios para se hospedar. Recepção competente e acolhedora desde o check-in até o check-out, quarto excelente bem aconchegante, confortável e bem decorado. A cama foi um espetáculo a parte!! Café da manhã bem variado, com muitas opções deliciosas. Em um dia jantamos no restaurante do hotel e o hambúrguer deu de 10 a 0 a qualquer outra hamburgueria, por um preço competitivo. Piscina agradável, música agradável e o melhor de tudo: a localização é PERFEITA. Dá mobilidade por todos os pontos sem necessidade de carro. Nada a reclamar. Indico de olhos fechados!

Hotel incrível. Atendimento, quarto, cafe da manhã e instalações do hotel excelentes. Me hospedei no quarto casal premium. O hotel é charmoso, bem localizado, mas o quarto é um forno, o ar condicionado liga mas não refresca, pedi ventilador, enviaram alguém pra verificar o ar, não resolveu e não enviaram ventilador. Pelo visto a reclamação era geral, quando estávamos saindo do hotel, alguém chegou com quatro ventiladores. Falta cuidado tb, lixeira do banheiro quebrada, embalagem de sabonete líquido vazio.

A estadia foi muito boa. Os únicos dois problemas foram que a água quente do chuveiro não esquentava o suficiente (mas também não fiz uma reclamação na recepção, então ok) e o quarto não tinha tv (pra passar aquele tempinho entre você deitar na cama e começar a pegar no sono, sabem?). Mas, de resto, tudo ótimo.

Estaban haciendo la transición de hotel de selina a own y la habitacion no contaba con aire acondicionado operativo,la recepción nos indico que vendria el sr de mantenimiento que no llego y tuve que pedir un ventilador para poder estar dentro de la habitación familiar.

A pia do banheiro estava com o ralo obstruído, o vaso sanitário apresentava ruídos após o uso, e a limpeza do quarto, especialmente o piso do chuveiro, poderia estar mais caprichada. Também notei vazamento no chuveiro após o uso. Além disso, os estofados dos bangalôs da piscina estavam visivelmente sujos e desgastados. Espero que esses pontos sejam resolvidos, pois gosto muito do hotel e quero continuar retornando.

Um show de horrores! Começando pela recepção de um jovem que deveria tentar outra profissão e não no Turismo recepcionando pessoas. O quarto surpreendentemente não tinha uma TV . Acho que ao redor do mundo , nunca estive num quarto sem
Tv! Ao tentar tomar um banho no fim do dia, surpresa, nada de água quente ! Só a gélida água Buziana ! Dia seguinte , iniciamos com o café da manhã de chorar! Um “combo” safado, com margarina, ovos frios e um “suco” de uva lastimável! Aproveitei para comprar no mercadinho em frente do hotel , queijo e presunto , que acho que eles desconhecem para servir. Lembrar que as toalhas são verdadeiras “lixas” , talvez para peeling corporal! Sem falar no ambiente em geral sujo e muito pouco cuidado, coisas mofadas e descascadas. Para terminar essa viagem , os funcionários não usam uniformes , e quando usam , estão sujos e mal apresentados . Parece até que fazem um cata-cata na cidade para contratar por diárias! Enfim, nunca mais, e tentarei avisar ao máximo número de

Estadia no hostel do Selina Búzios

Eu amei ficar no Selina Búzios, o espaço é lindo, confortável, o pessoal da equipe é super prestativa, piscina com hidromassagem quentinha! A única coisa que não gostei foi que minha minha cama no quarto compartilhado estava suja de areia, parecia que alguém estava usando.

Tinha tudo para ser um hotel ótimo 👎

Atendimento na recepção é bom , porém o quarto não tinha tv, no quarto só tinha 2 camas de solteiro separada, armário quebrado , ar n funcionava , chegamos na recepção, disseram q tinha 6 vagas para hóspede sendo que tinha várias vagas de carro , em fim tivemos q colocar o carro na rua ,chegou à noite fomos passear quando voltamos perguntamos aos meninos ,q acredito q trabalha lá no estacionamento do hotel , perguntamos se tinha vaga eles disseram q sim , quando falamos q somos hóspedes eles voltaram atrás e falou não tinha vaga,deu entender q estão cobrando estacionamento para pessoas de fora e tirando as vagas dos hóspedes , tivemos q pagar 50,00 para nosso carro ficar na rua.
