Good stop on the road

We had a great stay with walk in the park and a nice drink in the bar plus the meal in the restaurant. No issues to get gluten-free. Driving through Denamrk this is a good stop over.

Love the hotel but was a bit let down by parking availability. Staying customers should be able to park close to the hotel. Instead the hotel allowed evening dining guests to completely take over the car park closest to the rooms. Somewhat spoiled the experience

Great location, recently refurbished

The room was nice and spacious. However, there was no window and the only thing I could open was a door leading directly onto a patio and a public park. Also, as there was no mosquito net on the door, leaving it open resulted in my room being filled with mosquitoes. Apart from that, the breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly too.

Nice location and views and lobby and other communal area are okay, corridors to rooms very squeaky floorboards and the rooms themselves are okay but dated, and the bed wasn't the most comfortable.
Also, parking the later you get back to the hotel becomes more challenging. Struggling to find spaces

Not the best, Good!

Very clean hotel, and very good access to the motorway and surrounded by a massive beaitiful park, free onsote carpark, the only downside was the old building with the very old wooden floor which made it almost impossible to rest as I could hear almost all night people walking in the corridor and the woods would make noises. Overal not too bad for a short stay specially if you are tired since it is a good access to the motorway.

Staff great but room was hot and stuffy.

We were ther for 3 days in July. Lovely quiet setting and all staff were friendly and helpful. The room had only one small window and a fan but it remained hot and stuffy all the time so very hard to sleep and be comfortable in the room. Very clean and great for families.

Wonderful stay in a lovely hotel with great staff.

We stayed as part of a group and found the hotel superb - particularly the staff who were always so helpful. The surrounding park/woodlands are fantastic and well worth a stroll round and the buildings making up the hotel are wonderful. Whilst we were there the bar facilities were limited as a wedding was taking place but we can fully appreciate that.

When I arrived after two flights and drive from airport I was then informed that the hotel was overbooked and I needed to drive another 20 km to another hotel which i would not choose to stay at as it is not of the same standard.

It’s Nice

Location - close to the city center, train station and the park - felt safe in the area
Room condition - the radiator didn’t get warm enough at night. Water ran a bit colder than expected. If you tend to be cold easily, be prepared. Stay was during the winter. Cleanliness was okay, but the bathroom is cramped, and it doesn’t seem as clean as others.
Hotel itself - very beautiful. Breakfast buffet is awesome.
Staff - reception is a bit aloof but helpful. Waiter at buffet is very kind and always smiling.

Det mindre gode: Afløbet i vasken på badeværelset lugtede virkelig grimt. Gulvet på badeværelset var vanvittig koldt, og ventilationen larmer rigtig meget om natten og er ret forstyrrende.

Værelse lugtede af kloak. Tænker vandlås var tørret ud. Vi åbnede for vandet så vandlåsene igen kunne blive fyldt op. Åbnede døren ud til den friske luft og problemet var løst.
Der var meget støj fra omkringliggende værelser / gang. Måske var rengøringen gået i gang lidt for tidligt.

Fint sted, men..

Skøn beliggenhed, dejlig morgenmadsbuffet, personale var imødekommende og flinke, fint værelse.
Men badeværelse var dårligt. Der kom en fæl lugt fra kloakken, bruseslangen var en billig plastslange og knækket ved bruseren, så der kom kun vand ud, hvis man holdt bruseren på en bestemt måde. Der var ingen steder at sætte sine toiletsager, -der var en bogkasse, men den sad helt oppe under loftet. Stikket til føntørreren sad lige så højt oppe og klemt inde mellem bogkasse og spejl. Der var ingen affaldsspand til betjening med foden, men en lille spand som hang lavt ved siden af toilettet, hvor man skulle løfte låget hver gang. Toilettet hang meget lavt og så ud som om det manglede en kraftig afkalkning.
En bedre lugt, en ny bruseslange, en hylde og en pedalspand vil gøre underværker.

En meget tilfreds hundeejer🐶

Vi valgte dette hotel fordi vi kunne medbringe hund på værelset, og samtidig har en kæmpe stor park.
Meget små værelser hvor der ikke var plads til ekstra opredning.
Vi blev opgraderet med et ekstra værelse.
Meget støj fra Schüttesvej.
Middagen var udendørs pga hunden.
Et supergodt lille spot med aftensol, læ og meget søde tjenere.
Minus er at det ligger op og ned ad p-pladsen.
Lækker morgenbuffet som vi kunne indtage i barområdet igen pga hund ikke må være i restauranten.
Meget serviceorienteret tjenere som hele tiden var opmærksomme på gæsterne.
Absolut et dejligt ophold

Ophold i forbindelse med danse konkurrence i Horsens. Stedet er ok. Fin morgenmad MEN MEGA dårlig filter kaffe med kold mælk. Vi have bestilt en ekstra opredning på værelset, hvilket var meget ringe. Man ligger på en super dårlig drømmeseng. Rengøring og renlighed er fin. Dyrt i forhold til hvad man får for pengene. Andre af Comwell hotellerne er væsentligt bedre.

Rent og pænt, men kedeligt værelse uden billeder på væggen og med udsigt til et tag. Koldt på badeværelset, ingen gulvvarme og kun håndsæbe i brusenichen. Kunne godt have brugt lidt hygge.
