The hotel is new and very nice. The staff are attentive and the rooms are comfortable. The only reason I gave this property a 4 star is for this level of hotel then pillows and duvet should be significantly better quality. It should be so nice that I want to bring them home with me and this is certainly not the case.

Godt hotel og venlig portier. God og alsidigt morgenmad og super venligt personale på morgenmaden. Spaen er god med en hyggelige atmosfære.

Mit eneste malurt i bægeret er at jeg kl. 19:00 ikke kunne spise i restauranten som kun havde ganske få gæster, pga mandskabsmangel og det er åbenbart et gentagende problem når jeg kigger i andre anmeldelser om Hotel Opus. Det er irriterende at man skal ud i byen for at spise.

Jeg synes godt at hotellet kunne gøre mere ud af at fortælle gæsterne at restauranten har lukket om søndagen og generelt til frokost.

Rengøringen var fin, men rørerne under håndvasken har ikke set en klud i meget lang tid. De er lige ud for ens hoved når man sidder på toilet, så det ser ikke super lækkert ud.

Dog var der en ubehagelig lugt af kloak på gangen ved værelserne.

Restauranten er placeret i et åbent område ved receptionen hvilket virker underligt og det giver en del støj når gærster tjekker ind og ud lige ved siden af hvor man spiser.

Hotellet er sådan set ok, men alting er bare lidt mere besværligt her. Rejser meget og har ca 120 hotelovernatninger om året. Der kunne måske godt trænge til at man lige lavede et step-up på servicen. Personalet er venlige. Indtjekning er meget omstændigt og langsommeligt. Vi gør altid sådan at jeg bliver sat af ved døren og tager vores bagage med ind for at hente nøglen, mens min mand parkere bilen. Det kan ikke lade sig gøre at få nøglen hvis værelset står i min mands navn. Heller ikke selv om værelset er bestilt via hotels.com og det endda er forudbetalt. Samtidig skal der vises billed id og udfyldes en masse på papir. Man får ikke gjort rent, skiftet håndklæder og redt seng hvis ikke man bestiller det dagen før. Det fik vi ikke at vide ved indtjekning, så fik ikke rengøring den første dag. Havde været rart nok at vide. Man kan ikke bestille room-service. Man kan godt bestille mad, men skal selv hente det. Så tog mad med fra byen, så vi ikke skulle ud af værelset igen. Strygejernet var virkelig ikke ret godt. Tror det virkede som det skulle, det var bare en dårlig kvalitet. Minibaren blev ikke genopfyldt i løbet af ugen. Vi havde 5 overnatninger i en juniorsuite. Der var ingen små servietter, vatpinde, vatrondeller, neglefil, sysæt mv. som næsten er standard på alle hoteller. Vi fik ikke morgenmad, men havde 2 gæster fra Tyskland som sagde at morgenmaden var kedelig.
Seng, dyner og puder var gode og er vild med at der er gulvtæppe på værelset. Gode parkeringsforhold.

Ved kom en time før indtjening. Værelset var klart, men vi skulle betale for at få det før. Nej tak
Det var lørdag, men restauranten var lukket.
Værelset rent, men en meget grim lugt. Tænker det måske var gulvtæppet.
Vi har været der før et par gange for endel år siden. Hvor vi var glade for det. Nu er værelserne godt slidte og ringe service ved indtjekning. Måske vi var uheldige med ham vi gik til, da vi så der var andre der var mere heldige ved at gå til anden personale.

Odio fare recensioni negative ma temo sia stato particolarmente sfortunato con questo hotel. Arrivo e sul pavimento in moquette c’erano pezzi di cibo direi evidenti. Faccio presente e solo il giorno dopo uno dei due avanzi era stato rimosso, non l’altro. Faccio doccia e mi accorgo che un asciugamano era decisamente sporco, un sacco di segni e macchie nere. Impossibile non vederle. Mi reco in reception e mi danno un kit nuovo. Anche in questo ne ho trovato uno sporco. Direi ottime probabilità che capiti solo a me? Difficile. Rientro in stanza il secondo giorno e la porta (che si chiudeva un po’ a fatica) era rimasta aperta. Nessun furto ovviamente ma non è il massimo tornare in stanza e vedere la porta aperta. Molto sfortunato questo soggiorno nonostante Horsens sia davvero una chicca da visitare e vivere.
