This is a very friendly property.Staff are great. breakfast is the best we've had in Turkey.
It's a bus ride to town where all the action is, boat trips, paragliding, etc.
The room doesn't get cleaned every day and you only get one bottle of water for your whole stay. They have a tour service you can book if you like the convenience.

Staff lovely but bathroom was not clean and rooms smell not good, probably because of bathroom, they wiped floor without drying, i came back at evening my room was extremely wet asked them to dry it but next day same issue 😞

The location was great and the rooms were clean, the first room we had didn’t have a kettle and was smaller and very basic , the second one was very beautiful and the pool was very nice as well, staff is kind and helpful

Great prices great staff very helpful and very convenient it’s well connected to hisaronu and Fetiye town centre the pool is clean the rooms are clean and spacious you do have a safe in the rooms too which is always a great bonus the reception lady was ever so helpful and for currency conversion / exchange they give better rates than the city centre so only exchange your money in the hotel they are honest and helpful they have a wide variety of food and drinks menu too so that’s helpful too thank you monte verde hotel for having us we had a great experience I can’t wait to return I will be coming back 5* 10/10 <3

Great hotel; they put a lot-of efforts in small details to make the best out of it. We had a great stay; the personnel is very helpful.

Only down-side is the shower is not very hot but thanks to the other positive points; we even extended our stay twice :D

our room was very good with plenty of towel and sheet changes.the laminate flooring was always dirty despite being mopped but they provided disposable spa style slippers for this, would have thought stronger detergent and hot water would have been a better solution!
The turkish buffet breakfast was sufficient, although we were b&b we'd alternate eating out. The al a carte menu was quite limited with everything served with chips and salad and the 55ytl buffet evening meal was more ot the same,so again we ate out mostly.
Mohammed speaks good english and engaged us with light conversation but the rest of the staff don't and just like us, have a basic grasp of pleasantries.
The hotel is very photogenic and is in two parts. The main area has the large pool as a centre although there were towels left on sun loungers overnight that weren't occupied much the next day! this is discraceful behaviour and should be policed by staff as in other hotels.
The bar has the sound system above it churning out 80's hits all day long so loud the barman can't hear your orders correctly.
Thankfully they turn it down and change the soundtrack for the evening meal service at 7.30. they also turn it off during the call to prayer which is respectful, but unnecessary as the Ovacik Imam has the loudest PA in the Fethiye area!
We stayed around the 'quiet pool' at the back of the property.It has 16 sun loungers around it and a disused bar, kitchen/diner. We enjoyed the peace & shade of the old diner!

Hotel was fab from arrival to departure staff were so friendly customer service is 100% comfortable sunbeds taxis and bus stops on the doorstep bar opens till 2am every night

Positives- Excellent value, good food, good location and friendly staff.

Negatives- Bathroom smelt strongly of mildew mixed with sewage and toilet was very dirty. When I lifted the toilet seat, the entire under side and rim was covered in brown and yellow splats. I gagged. We wiped it down with antiseptic wipes and a roll of toilet paper before using.

The main hotel is great and the staff where friendly and helpful, decent food and clean rooms, pool, and the grounds. Only thing that let's it down is the block of apartments (prison block) at the back which are dreadful, small, basic and not nice for an extra £10 a night you can have a deluxe room which are lovely.

Perfect place to stay

I stayed in deluxe room on the 3d floor for a week. The room had relaxing design, was clean and silence. Cleaning was daily and what is more important qualitative. I had breakfast and dinner. The quality and variety of food met my expectations. But if you are a gourmet dont consider my review :))
Special Thanks to owners for hospitality and friendly atmosphere :) Monta Verde made up my vocation!

Staff is friendly and helpful
Breakfast is s expected
The rooms are in terrible condition
Dirty and dark bathrooms
Walls are full of squashed mosquitos
Air Conditioning sounds like an old diesel engine
Many of the rooms are situated around the pool area, where there is blasting music day and night until about 10PM, the rooms have no sound insulation at all, in fact, the bathroom has a window that is only secured by mosquito net.
Hotel is located on the main highway between Fetheiye and Oludeniz, and very noisy because of the traffic
Parking space is very limited
Fridges don’t work
Internet wifi is only available in the main lobby area and not in the rooms, so you need to stay in the lobby to get any kind of internet
You are not allowed to bring outside food or drink into the hotel

Good hotel but I chosen it because was rated number 1 hotel on the beach but it wasn't.
for the rest it's good and I recommends it. good pool, room and nice staff. a bit too near the road

Great Hotel

The staff were amazing, very friendly and extremely helpful! They were always smiling. Very nice atmosphere in the hotel and the food was delicious.Owners/ managers introduced themselves and were also very friendly. It was our first holiday with our 11 month old and we had a great time.

All in all this was a fantastic place to stay. Staff was all fantastic. The price was fantastic. We stayed in the back building (the 'quiet' building) and it felt like we had our own private (albeit small) villa! Our door opened right to the pool. Would definitely come and stay again next year!

We arrived to the hotel on the 21st of september, its was raining. They seemed to be welcoming enough. It was a very long drive there, around half an hour far from fethiye and aboout 1 and a half hour far from dalaman airport. The rooms were clean and the atmosphere was encouraging. The ground was so slippery i even fell twice which i twisted my leg pretty bad the next time. It has a Foosball and a billiard table which can be fun. The reception became very mean, they charged us for the food even though it was their mistake that we were late for dinner and too strict about time matters, if we were 1 minute late they would have charged us one more day. The hotel is far from the sea about half hour drive and the pool is small. The room was nice and big enough. Turkish bath and spa are available but expensive compared to Fethiye. Overall I wouldn't go back there again. It was really tiresome trip there and was not worth.

Eşimle çok memnun kaldık, sadece ütü olmaması üzdü ne kadar ütülü koyulsa da kıyafetler valizde buruşabiliyor maalesef bu hizmet otelde sunulmuyor yanınızda seyahat ütüsü taşımanızı tavsiye ederim.

Gayat başarılı. Personel her konuda yardımcı ve güler yüzlü. Ümran hanım her misafiri ile ilgilenmeye çalışıyor. Özellikle Özgür bey'e ayrıca teşekkürler. Yemekler güzeldi. Temizlik konusunda sadece klozet temizliğine biraz daha hassasiyet gösterilebilir. Kısacası ben memnun kaldım.

Odadaki tv çok kullanışsız ve eski bir teknoloji ayrıca çok aşırı küçük bir ekran ortalama bir tablet boyutunda haricinde fiyat kalite ortalaması oldukça normaldi oda ve kahvaltı almıştık kahvaltı biraz zayıftı lokasyon olarak da ideal bir konumdaydı oda konforu ve müşteri rahatlığı biraz daha özen gösterilip geliştirilirse daha sağlıklı bir konfor alanı ortaya çıkabilir

Kurban bayrami tatilinin 3.gununde giris yaptik.Güzel hos bir oteldi. Personeller sicakkanli insanlar. Yeni deluxe odalarinda kaldik biz. Gayet guzeldi. Yalniz tek sorunumuz internetti neredeyse hic cekmiyor. Bir o sıkıntımız oldu. Pandemi donemi oldugu icin de sıkı takip vardi maskelere ates olcumlerine ozen gostermekteler. Guzeldi gozum kapali tekrar orayi tercih ederim.

İlk başta fiyatına bakarak beklentiyi yüksek tutmamıştım zaten. Fakat otelin dizaynı olsun yatağın kalitesi beklentimin üstünde çıktı. Kahvaltı idare eder nitelikte bir kahvaltıydı. Havuzları güzel. Çalışanlar çok ilgili. Yalnız çarşaf ve havlu değişimi siz istemezseniz yapılmıyor. Odada ve havuz etrafında çöp kutuları yok. Genel olarak fiyat performans oteli. Gezip dolaşacaklar için ideal bir otel.

Otelin odaları temiz değildi. Banyosunda bir koku vardı. Yerler sanki hiç silinmemişti. Kahvaltıdaki tabaklar pisti. Tabak seçmek zorunda kaldık. Ölüdenize uzaktı arabanız yoksa büyük sıkıntı. Bayram dolayısıyla yer bulamadık mecbur kaldığımızdan tercih ettik. Bir daha asla uğramayacağımız bir otel. Tavsiye etmiyorum.
