It felt pretty standard. The in-room service was ok but the buffet food quality was frankly poor. Fruit gone bad, egg was dry and over cooked and the bread was not fresh.

Front desk customer service wasn't good, for example they never told us that we needed to get towels using a driver id in the front desk before getting in the pool.
And one night we called for couple of drinks from the pool and I'm not kidding took them more than a houre to bring our drink, and we cold see that the drink was just sitting in the counter the whole time.

I asked at the front desk for a shower cap, the employee working the Night Shift (7/17) told me he could not find any but would send one to my room, 1/2 later I called from my room and he told me he was told there were none. I asked him why he didn’t call to tell me that instead of waiting for me to call, he stood quiet.
The pool looked dirty, I had been at this hotel 3 times already on prior years and the water was crystal clear then and you could see/feel the filters working inside the pool. They weren’t this time and water level was low, pump was definitely off.
It is a shame that such prestigious hotel chain with the rates they charge make ones stay very uncomfortable

Shower doesn't drain properly. Glass door is full of water mark residues. Swimming pool was really nice and warm on our first day. But then it's really yellowish and cold. Maybe lack of filtration and chemicals? Our room keys gets de-programmed daily where we have to visit the front desk constantly to get it reprogrammed. Overall, the beds and towels are really nice. AC cools the room, so we slept in comfort. Not Sure if we will stay here again.

Me hospedé junto con mi hija para asistir a un torneo de fin de semana. Mi hija olvidó su ropa en un cajón (un uniforme para el evento que asistimos y otro cambio de ropa). Nos dimos cuenta que la había dejado ya que estábamos de regreso en nuestra casa, nos comunicamos al hotel para hacerles saber lo que había pasado (menos de 24 horas después del check out) y nos comentaron que aplicarían el protocolo que tienen establecido para estos casos y quedaron de comunicarse vía telefónica. El hotel no se comunicó de regreso, tuve que marcar para dar seguimiento a mi caso.
Desafortunadamente la ropa de mi hija no apareció y para nosotros fue una experiencia muy desagradabl. La ropa que se perdió era un uniforme deportivo que difícilmente alguien más puede utilizar. Definitivamente, no recomendaría el hotel, no confío en el personal que lo opera.

The property is new but remote from city center in an area that looks a bit unsafe however the property is protected by non entrance if you are not a guest that’s a guard at front door, the area is non walkable at all and the breakfast is terrible

We love this Hotel! We come here twice a year. Staff is friendly and service is good. Room service could be better though. We went through a very inconvenient situation. An area right underneath our room (#103) was rented for a sweet xvi bday party. NOISE was terrible!! It sounded like the band was playing in our room. I spoke with Manager Jorge and they committed to reimburse that one night. I really hope they do since booking was done through Expedia. Expedia said they would look into it.
