The staff was great! Everyone was super kind and helpful after driving 15+ hrs to get there to visit family we arrived at 10:30 am and i was exhausted the amazing ladies at the front desk allowed us to check in early and get some rest! I was beyond grateful! The room was very spacious and had everything we needed! The beds however were terrible you just sink into a huge dip and the shower heads were also not the best! Other than these 2 things it was great!

We stayed 2 nights while in town for family reunions. The accomodations were perfect for what we needed. Not really close to much but we knew this going in. We got 2 good nights sleep and hot showers and were completely happy with our stay for the price.

My parents stayed at this location for an overnight trip in the mountains and it was their first staying there. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay and loved the feature of the balcony/patio in the room and the view of the mountains was spectacular and having a full-size refrigerator was convenient to have since you could store more drinks in it compared to other hotels. Yes, the kitchenette had some wear and tear dust but nothing major to report when it comes to things they did not like about the propety. They will think of this place the next time they are in the area.

The Mattresses in both beds and including the sofa bed were very soft, almost too soft. Under the sofa bet was a suck from previous guest and finally the air conditioning was not able to shut off making the room extremely cold.
The bathroom toilet needs an upgrade, it is scratch so looks like is dirty.

What a gem in the middle of \"nowhere\". We were not expecting to find such a nice hotel in the middle of farm country, but it was super clean, super friendly, very spacious, and the views from the balcony were amazing. If you're on the fence, just book here. Wonderful place.

The rooms were spacious which is a nice change from chain hotels so the value is high. My room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Kudos to Sarah for her help with late night arrival!

I'm not use to a hotel that doesn't have staff between 10pm and 7 am. It let to noise and strange smells coming from a neighboring room (i smelled it through the bathroom first) conveniently after 10pm the night before checkout. I didn't bring it up in the morning since i was leaving, but there is also no one to contact after hours for issues like that save for calling 911 for emergencies.

Also, the breakfast listed online did not exist, probably due to covid, but if it's not a thing it shouldn't be advertised. The exercise room also was inaccessible.

Overall i did have a pleasant stay!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. There was no odor at all. All the rooms are large, there is a private bedroom with a TV and a separate room with another TV in it. The refrigerator is full size and there is a kitchenette with sink. We were on the first floor so we could just open the sliding glass door and walk out to our vehicle.

The hotel front desk was slow in coming when the bell was rung. When I arrived the front desk said there were no rooms, but I went online and there were rooms. The bed was unbelievably lopsided and uncomfortable, at least mine. The carpet was worn and fraying. Otherwise, the property was okay.

Modern and updated with very friendly and competent staff. Incredible value for your money. You’re getting basically a small apartment for what many places charge for a standard room. Balconies with views, modern fully functional kitchens, comfortable beds in separate bedrooms. Ample parking with access via multiple points around the property. Rooms in the back are extremely quiet as well. Vending machines, laundry facilities on all floors, basically everything you could need. I stay in a lot of hotels and motels, this place is by far the standard. I write my reviews a few weeks after I leave to ensure there is no emotion involved, just exactly what I experienced, so my reviews usually aren’t glowing just realistic. This place deserves a glowing review. A+ guys.

The view was amazing and the room seemed even nicer than the pictures- very refreshing! Loved the Keurig! The only trivial complaint I have is my friend wanted to sleep by herself and I thought that would be no problem since the sofa had a pull-out bed. The pull-out was super thin, felt like a bunch of springs and was too uncomfortable to use. I will definitely recommend Crystal Springs Inn & Suites and will stay there again if in the area!

Hotel is clean but dishes in the unit were not. Living room has one chair and a sofa bed. You need to ask for bedding to use the sofa bed. Hotel did not have extra pillows for the sofa bed. A coffee table in the living room would have been nice so you did not have to put drinks on the floor which easily spill. The kitchen does not have dish towels or dish cloths/sponges. We used a bathroom towel and washcloth. I recall that all these things were provided when we rented last year.

Very comfortable room with coffee maker and microwave. The breakfast is not large but very adequate. For something to eat in the evening the best advise is to order in a pizza from the advert in the room, very few places to eat in the area.

We liked the separate couch area/living room. We could not sleep on the lumpy, fat pillows. The sheets and pillow cases were pilled--not smooth or soft. The sofa and chair did not look very clean. There were no hangers in the closets.

Great location off highway. Hotel is clean and quiet. Complimentary breakfast of waffles, toast, cereal, coffee and fresh fruit was good . Spacious suite. It could of used a coffee table in the sitting area. Sitting area was large but it only had a couch & TV on the wall. We didn’t have extra toilet paper in bathroom and nobody was at desk after 11pm. So check room for supplies before front desk closes.

I was very pleased with my stay. The room was very clean and up to date. There is no one at the desk after 10PM and I was going to arrive until way after 10PM. I received a call from someone at the hotel telling me that my key would be in a safe as soon as I walk through the doors. I gave them a pin #, and when I arrived I opened the safe and there were my keys to the room with the WiFi password written on the envelope for me. Very pleasant stay. Whenever I am in Dushore visiting my Mom and my sister, this will be my “go to” hotel !!

Great hotel, lovely big rooms with a kitchen and very clean. Very easy check in despite being late - out of hours check in was very efficient.
Breakfast was the only disappointing thing as we had a late night we were later down to breakfast (still in the advertised time) and there was nothing really left and no one around to get more. We did eventually manage to get the milk filled up.
However this was still one of our favourite stops and we really enjoyed our brief stay.

Hidden gem hotel with kitchenette option.

Once again my stay here was excellent. I really like this place. We booked a kitchenette room with living room and outdoor patio. I liked that you can also go to your car from the patio. The rooms and hotel in general are clean and nice and new looking. The Bedroom is comfortable. While the breakfast is not huge it was perfectly fine for me and my kids with individual cereals (I like those as it's much more hygienic than typical hotel cereals) make your own waffles, juice fruits and more. All appeared clean. There is also a coin operated laundry. The only negative this time was that i got a handicapped room which did not have the door between the kitchen and living room area and the bedroom. But really that was a very minor issues and i give this place a 10 of 10! The price while not cheap is very reasonable for what you get. Hope to be back again next time I am in the region.
