This hotel was a three star hotel. There was nothing to suggest that we were staying in a four star hotel. Very basic hotel. Rooms were very small. No much information when checking in, you are supposed to be a mind reader. There was no tea o coffee facilities in the room. No iron or iron board. When we complained the Manager was not interested or helpful. The only positive about this hotel is that it was very clean. I would not recommend it or stay there ourselves again

No tenían parking y no te daban opciones pese a estar reservado. La habitación tenía defectos como el papel de la pared colgando. El ascensor tenía borrados algunos números. Había manchas en el mueble de la cama. La WiFi era de muy baja calidad y con gran dificultad para conectarse.

Fine stay at the Luis de Leon

A nice hotel. A 20 minute walk from the train station. Hotel is across from El Corte Ingles, and it is hard to miss as there is a large sign on top of the tall building that houses the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was strong and hot. It is about a fifteen minute walk to the Plaza Mayor. There are also some restaurants and cafes nearby. The check-in was easy, however we were not provided a map or given any information about where things were, but we had our phones (though we saw others provided with one). The young lady working the front desk when we left was pleasant and helpful. If the price is right I would stay again.

Nice stay, clean and efficient

My stay was quite fine, the hotel is clean and has everything you might need. The breakfast was also good even with Covid restrictions. This is not a modern or design hotel but it is centric and you can count on the personnel’s help for anything, they are really nice.

Located about ten minute walk from the cathedral in a less touristy area. Lots of local restaurants nearby.

This is a very good basic hotel, and one of the only dog friendly hotels in Leon. It is far from luxurious, but is centrally located and clean. Perfect for the one night stopover I needed.

Very nice hotel just 10 minutes walk from the old town. The buffet breakfast was very good and we had a nice paella for dinner one evening. Our room was very clean and spacious.
Tip - the hotel car park is just around the corner but is not signed with the hotel name. Park in the designated area in front of the main entrance, check in then drive round the block to the car park.

Stayed here with my husband for 2 nights whilst travelling to northern Spain for ferry from Santander. It seemed a fair way out from the centre but we weren't sure of the way and found our return walk much quicker.

The usual good Silken service and quality. The lobby and bar are the only small negative as it is more like that of a two star than a four star hotel.
We had a superior room and it was well worth it. Great easy parking as well.

Very good value for money. Within walking distance (20 mins) of the city centre, underground parking facilities, smart modern and comfortable. Breakfast was comparativey expensive (12 euros p.p) but a nearby cafe provided similar fare for 3 euros. Very near El Cortes Ingles store, perfect for that rainy day. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself fine the rooms are spacious and clean. The TV was old and only had 5 or 6 channels. However I was lead to believe guests of the hotel had access to a spa. The spa is over 10 minutes walk from the hotel and guests are required to pay to enter the spa. There is a tiny reduction in price for some of the services. I specifically choose this hotel in order to use the spa and in the end I didn't.

Quiet and relaxing

After staying in albergues on the Camino, this was a nice oasis. Great to have a tub to relax in and even though I was here during the San Juan festival the hotel was quiet. It's not in the heart of Leon but it didn't take long to walk to the Cathedral, etc. and there's a large shopping store across the street.

Very enjoyable.

Good reception, pleasant and helpful staff in all parts of the hotel. Spacious, clean and comfortable room on 7th Floor. Excellent breakfast buffet, very enjoyable. No problem in extending departure time a couple of hours beyond the expected deadline. Easy walk into main shopping areas, although large deptl store just nearby. Close to pleasant river walk into town centre.

All the staff we encountered were nice and helpful. My husband ate in the hotel restaurant and said the food was good, he got a complete meal and a glass of wine for 8 euros. Two negatives were, no wifi reception in our room and paperthin walls. I had my door open to get a signal from the hallway and a lady from the room across the hall yelled from her room \"silence please\". At least she was polite.

Bien pero muy justito

La zona es muy buena. Aunque alejada de la estación de tren, está a 15 minutos de la catedral.
Como digo en mi título, está bien pero es un hotel justito de calidad.
El personal es correcto. Sin más. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas grandes y cómodas.
El armario a la entrada tiene las perchas justas.
A la ducha le hace falta una repisa donde apoyar lo que cada uno precise. Buena presión del agua, por suerte, pero es de esas duchas en que acaba fácilmente parte del agua fuera.
Tuve la sensacion en seguida de que de ser un hotel de 3 estrellas aún me hubiera parecido bien. No lo percibo como un hotel de 4.
No tomé desayuno así que no puedo valorarlo. Hay cafeterías estupendas y baratas cerca, con su tapina.

Todo muy bien, me ha encantado el hotel, puedo decir que es uno de los mejores hotel que he estado, sobre todo me gusta mucho la decoración de la habitación, un color muy suave y cómodo. Lo que menos me gustado, fue cuando fuimos a desayunar, el personal que nos atendió no fue muy amable, y cuando terminamos de comer, salimos del restaurante, despedimos de esa persona, ni nos contestó.

Ett slitet, men väldigt rent hotellrum. Stort och rymligt - både själva rummet och badrummet.
Hotellet ligger tio min promenad från sevärdheter och restauranger, lite långt bort för en sådan liten stad som León är.
Åt inte hotellets frukost, men det finns bra caféer i närheten.
Otroligt läskigt upp-och medfart till garaget! Föraren behöver ha stort lugn och liten bil (inte Ford SUV som vi hade hyrt) för att ta sig till och från garaget i källaren (13€ per dygn).

Beställt ett rum på ett djurvänligt hotell, fanns bara 3 st i Leon, Spanien. Kom dit, då hade dom ingen möjlighet att ta emot djur!
Det var betalt och klart men vi fick backa ut därifrån. Otrevlig personal som inte var behjälpliga på något sätt.

Tive uma excelente estadia no Hotel Silken Luis de León, localizado bem no coração da cidade. A localização é um dos grandes pontos fortes: perto do centro histórico, com fácil acesso a restaurantes, lojas e pontos turísticos.

O atendimento foi cordial e eficiente, com a equipe sempre disposta a ajudar. O quarto era confortável, bem equipado e silencioso, ideal para descansar após um dia de passeios.

A estrutura do hotel é moderna, acolhedora, e oferece um bom equilíbrio entre conforto e praticidade. Sem dúvida, voltaria a me hospedar lá numa próxima visita a León!

La estancia ha sido normal, esperaba tener una kettle en la habitación, pero ni estaba ni se espera que la esté. Por otra parte, la cafetera que estaba en recepción, ha estado fuera de servicio los dos días de estancia, me temo la que estaba de decorado. El acceso al parking algo angosto y el lunes el desayuno se resintió en la fruta. No se puede decir que sea su fuerte, solo normalito.

Un buen hotel, cerca de un centro comercial, y a 15-20 minutos andando del centro. El parking es bastante malo: un sótano -2 con un acceso estrecho, teniendo que tener cuidado de no rozar, razón por la que, una vez visitado el mismo, decidí dejar el coche fuera. Las habitaciones están mejor insonorizadas que la media. Aun así, se oye bastante al resto de habitaciones.

El hotel es espectacular, todo perfecto. Lo único malo, fue la chica de recepción al llegar, era muy desagradable. En cambio el chico que entró después de ella fue todo lo contrario, muy agradable. Sólo nos quedamos a dormir y la habitación muy cómoda y amplia. El hotel está a unos 15-20 minutos a pie de la zona de copas y vinos.
