Very nice, except for its location and Wi-Fi speed

Clean and roomy room with comfortable bed. Professional staff. The hotel's facility looks the best after staying several other hotels in the city. However, its Wi-Fi speed turned out to be painstakingly slow, like 0.1 Mbps, during the peak time. Also, the location is within a walking range from the main train & bus station, but a bit detached.

Overnight stay

Hotel is located about 3 blocks from Izumoshi train station. There are many restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Very nice hotel with Japanese style bath facilities. Good size room comfortable bed. Had choice of Japanese or American style breakfast in morning.

Nice hotel not far from Izumo JR Station

The hotel located around 7 minutes walk from the Izumo train station and easy to spot. Clean and wel. Appointed. Not a lot of English is spoken but the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room which included 2 double beds which while cosy fitted 4 of us ok. Having an onsen area was nice. They provide bath robes and yukata. Extra pillows also available. English instructions for use of washing machine and dryer would have been helpful. Overall a good experience.

出雲駅から徒歩5分程度だが、スナックや飲食店街が近くにある。宿泊特化型のホテルだが大きなお風呂/温泉が部屋とは別途付いており、東横インよりもドーミーインに近い。

Great hotel , but a bit far from stations

Clean and comfortable stay. Feont desk staff were kind and professional. Definitely great hotel. However the location is a bit distanced from Izumo railway stations: maybe 8 min., or more especially in rainy and/or cold days. Must have been much better stay in sunny good weather.

出雲市駅から徒歩7分とありましたが実際には徒歩5分ほどの距離で駅からも大きな看板が見えるので迷うことなく辿り着けましたし、コンビニや出雲そばの有名店もすぐ近くにあって非常に便利でした。
1人で利用しましたがお部屋も広くてスーツケースを広げてもゆとりがありました。床に直置きしたくない派なので折り畳みの荷物置きがあったのと空気清浄機が置いてあったのは有難かったです。

大浴場は5人入ったらいっぱいになるくらいの広さ(露天風呂は2～3人)でしたが、旅行の時はいっぱい歩くので足を伸ばしてしっかり温まることができるので疲れが取れましたし、これだけの好条件にコスパが良くてこちらのホテルを選んで大正解でした。

近くに海鮮が食べれるお店もあり、弾丸旅行でしたが色々楽しめました！出雲大社に行く電車には近いホテルでした。ただ電車1時間に1本しか無いので、時間調べた方がよい。荷物も朝から預かってくれるし、帰りは配送なども快くお受け頂きました。
料金はかかりますが、タクシーで移動をおすすめします！

不満なく快適

出張で宿泊しました。
地図で見ると駅から離れているようにも見えますが、実測5分（一畑電車の駅からだともっと近い）でした。
鍵を逐一フロントに預ける仕組みなのはやや面倒に感じましたが、係の方の対応は丁寧で、部屋も大浴場も清潔で快適に過ごしました。
周囲に高い建物がないせいか部屋からの眺望がキレイでした。
また利用したいと思います

マッサージチェアがあったのがよかった。
部屋も清潔で、別階に大浴場があり湯船でゆっくり疲れを癒せました。
男性の方はサウナもあったそうで満足していました。
が、水風呂がなかったからか少し緩かった（そこまで熱くない）そうです。
最近はコーヒーのサービスがないホテルもありますが、ドリップコーヒーも選べたのがよかったです。
また利用したいです。

施設自体が新しく、清潔＆接客もよくコスパ◎。部屋や設備は一般的なビジホ。多少余裕のある広さなので独房感も少なめ。
大浴場もついていて広いお風呂に入れるのはやっぱり幸せ。朝風呂に利用したところ、入れ替わりで二人とすれ違ったけど、ほぼ貸し切り状態で楽しめました。
駅から多少歩くけど許容範囲。周囲にコンビニや飲食店もあるので不便は感じませんでした。
