Hotel was located right off the main road going through Manson,very easy to find. Room was clean and updated, bathroom was big. We had a double bed room and one of the beds had a weird foam mattress topper on it, was a little uncomfortable& made it hard to move around in bed. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and refreshing. Front desk staff was very helpful when we were looking for transportation to and from the casino which is about a mile away. Gave us the business card of a local Uber driver and told us about the casino shuttle. The only thing that would make me hesitate to stay here again is this hotel is on the pricier side, we were traveling in May and not sure if it's considered peak summer traveling time yet? Down the road from the hotel is a very nice family friendly winery called Wapato Point Cellars that has really good food and drinks with nice views.

I am completely disappointed. This is my first time staying there and will be my last. Everything is done over text. You do not have a front desk person very often throughout your stay. I stayed and paid for a room. I was given a code to get into my room. The next morning we were told that my room was not paid for my card was not processed completely embarrassing. I went to the front desk and showed them the transaction out of my personal bank account. They said it could be a glitch. They were not sympathetic. They were not apologetic. They blamed it on the computer. It was very unprofessional.

We just stayed there for the first time and was very impressed. Property shows like it’s new with nice touches in the lobby and hallways. Our room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed being walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and a grocery store. This time of year was cold and rainy so didn’t visit the pool area but now we know this hotel will be our go to in the future visits. Hard to beat price and location.

This was my first experience doing self registration with no person to check in with. All the instructions were sent thru text, easy to follow. The property itself was big, nice, clean hotel, wifi was fast. I love the big bathroom. Bed was nice, was on a softer side. Great place to stay close to lake chelan. Value for money.

Standard low budget hotel. Relatively quiet during shoulder season, midweek. Problem with room fixed quickly after insisting the first solution offered was unacceptable. Comfy bed and appreciated real mugs for coffee instead of paper. Very, very strong \"deodorizer\" type smell that would prevent me from staying again which is too bad becasue the rest was just fine and am in the area a few times a year.

While the property is unique (check in process), it is a great value for the area, well kept and stocked, clean and newer. Be prepared to use a non-traditional checkin, online rather than traditional front desk, master that and you have a nice quiet clean comfortable property with numerous amenities to enjoy. The only gotcha to consider is, no elevator to second story, but full accessible to first floor rooms and amenities. Any support required was quickly responded to.

Part of any travel experience is meeting and talking to people. There was no one at the desk when I arrived, no one at the desk when I had Wifi connectivity issues, no one at the desk when I wanted to ask about dinner recommendations.
My understanding is the desk was staffed in the middle of the day, when I was out. While the staff on the phones were nice, they weren't readily available. I had to call, leave a message and wait for them to return my call.
I understand saving costs, but this is too extreme. I'll be looking for a hotel stay outside of your chain next time. I enjoy people.

The reservation system is HORRIBLE. Cannot speak to a human; routed to the Phillipines (or it sounded like we were); no one at the front desk ever. Requires to register online with photo, drivers license, etc even if uncomfortable doing so. Constant texts asking us to register. The room smelled musty. They assume everyone is checking in around 4, for us it had to be 9:30 pm. Received 2 notices saying “it’s not too late to cancel.” Why? The hallway lights are extremely bright, no ambiance. The management needs to understand that someone needs to be there. You cannot automate everything, and even if you can, maybe you shouldn’t. No closet doors. The lighting in the room and bathroom were also extremely bright and unrelaxing; thankfully the bedside lamps had at least one soft option. One USB plug in.

I booked this hotel for two nights but checked out after the first night because the experience was awful. When I arrived at 4:30 pm, I was given a room code, only to find the door open and dirty towels everywhere—the room hadn’t even been cleaned. I had a wedding at 6:00 pm and planned to use that time to get ready, but instead I had to wait 15–20 minutes since no one was at the front desk. When an employee finally arrived, I asked why my room wasn’t ready. Instead of answering politely, she yelled at me and my partner, accusing us of “blaming her.” She was the only staff member available—who else was I supposed to ask? A simple apology would have been enough, but she was rude, unprofessional, and showed no accountability. Another staff member eventually moved us into a different room but never explained it was temporary. Later that night, while I was at the wedding, I got two missed calls and a voicemail saying I had to move out because that room was booked for someone else. This was never told to me earlier. I had to leave the wedding to move all my belongings while staff stood by watching. The hotel provides no safes, and in the rush I lost my gold necklace. The next morning, I checked out early and forfeited my second night. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and stay anywhere else.

Property was great but it’s hard to enjoy when staff especially the upper management constantly harasses you and your group. We’re out at the pool and kids were all swimming having a great time. And of course kids will be kids. They’re laughing, yelling over another, just another day swimming outside. The staff member came out at 7pm and said we’re too loud and they completely kicked us all out and locked the gate to the pool because there’s one person in the room said we’re loud. It was 89 degrees at 7pm. The pool closes at 9pm. To kick out a bunch of families out of the pool in daylight, what would all the kids do? There’s nothing else around in the area. We paid for the hotel and its amenities. And another incident, I paid extra for late check out. The manager pound on my door at 10am and told me I’m supposed to be out right now in a rude way. I told her I paid for my late checkout, and she turned around without apologizing with an attitude.
The manager or upper staff member is a thick lady, short curly black hair with glasses on. About 5’6 and looks like she hates life. So rude and unprofessional.
Love the hotel but my family and I booked 6 rooms that we totally regret. We should’ve taken our business elsewhere that we’ll feel appreciated

The bed was so comfortable, it was hard to leave! Once we did, we ventured to the pool and hot tub, checked out the pickleball court, and then came back in to play a game of pool in the game room. You can stay entertained without even leaving. If you walk just a couple minutes down the road, there’s a nice place to swim and plenty of options for drinks and dining. We added another night to our stay because we loved this place so much. We’ll be coming back every summer.

Good Property, Terrible Management Company. The check in process was entirely botched! Check in information and access code was not provided, despite all information requirements being met early. Texts and emails to management were not answered. Telephone calls were not answered, even after several minutes on on hold but were instead diverted to voice mail that was never answered. After repeated calls to the management company number provided, we finally got someone to answer the phone and send the necessary access codes, albeit long after check in time. What a joke! I WOULD FIRE THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IMMEDIATELY! We will never stay there again and will get the word out to others accordingly.
