Casino was a ripoff. Then again, this is not specific to this hotel it’s a Vegas issue.

DO NOT PLAY THE SLOTS HERE!!! RIPOFF!

Then there’s the resort fee RIPOFF!

Otherwise, if you can get this hotel for a decent price, stay here.

I’ve been visiting Vegas for over 30 years and have stayed here several times without issues.

This hotel is typical Vegas with the convenience of walking out the door and being on Fremont St if that’s your thing.

We had no hot water and even though the maintenance guy came and explained that you have to flush the toilet and run the water in the tub and sink to get the hot water to our room it seemed like I still ended up with luke warm water. The tv didn't work most of the time, it was either buffering or the remote quite working. The little restaurant downstairs was very good food. Overall, I would not stay at the Plaza again.

Everything had a cost Nickel and
dime you to death. Uncertain about cost to go swimming, no help around to explain cost to pool was not free had to pay. Unclear about charge. Last time I well go back to Vegas. The only positive was playing Bingo which was fun. And leaving.

Is it a \"Nice\" hotel?? No. But it gets the job done. It's Fremont.. I mean, fremont is not exactly known for being classy. But it's fun. And this hotel is incredibly conveniently located. Parking was easy and the room was clean. Probably won't stay again tho.

My stay was good. Comfortable bed. Good location.

My only real complaint is that there is a $45 resort fee at check in, which I assumed is for the pool, but the pool closes one hour after check in. I stayed here specifically so I could enjoy the hot tub at night, but it is only open from 9-5. I had to get on the road at 7 AM, so I only got one hour in the hot tub, which was a major reason for staying here.

I tried my key at night in the chance that people staying at the hotel could still get in, but no luck. I probably would have chosen a different hotel had I realized, so passing this information along to others who may miss that detail like I did.

Standard room and amenities. Nothing great nothing bad. Was placed on a floor with an old unremodeled room. You could tell it needed to be updated. The bathroom was falling apart. Honestly this is the norm now around town. It's not like we spend the day in the room. The check guy that checked us in wasnt very friendly. Usually we have better experiences here.

Only North Tower Rooms were available at check in. South Tower Rooms not available and no notice of unavailability provided until check in. N. Tower had no vending machines on floors. Hot tub wasnt heated and maintenance laughed and made no effort to fix it. Toilets on Casino Floor all unavailable for hours at the same time and forced to use outdoor porta potty.

Everything was just okay... The hot tub was cold... There isn't enough staff working in the whole building.. The first room they gave us was covered in trash and beer.Cans. We had to go back down and get another room.

Was ok for the 3 nights we spent in Vegas.
Hotel is definitely out dated. Stayed in the North Tower for the view of Freemont strip. Noise made our room windows vibrate until about 2-3 am.
All in all an ok place. Would probably stay on Las Vegas Blvd next time. If there is to be a next time.

People tried to enter room and was very annoying, some things were broken, front desk and bell representatives were very rude. Us customers pay a lot of money and we don’t get what we really pay for. This hotel should give out free play or even complimentary drinks. The shower/bathroom sewage smell gross. Next time I will go somewhere else. Vacation did not turn out as planned .
