We stayed in March so we only can comment on the basis of low season aspect.
Room : pro - awesome sea views, large room, comfortable beds & balcony, large closet w/hangers & drawers, Electeric kettle (green teabags), empty fridge for your own uses, separate toilet and bathroom, hairdryer. good shower.
Cons: toilet to floor has a big gap, so as bathroom, no towel in the toilet washbasin.

We stayed for four nights and ate three dinners at the one restaurant. There was a limited menu but enough variety. The buffet breakfast was good. The place was clean and the beach was beautiful but had the occasional piece of garbage. The buildings could use a new coat of paint and some updating. It’s a good place to stay with a family because the hotel is on the beach. There is also a pool but it was already closed.

I had canceled 1 room within the deadline, when I arrived the only rooms I asked for were confirmed and everything was ok. At the time of check-out, the employee decided to charge me for the room in which he had canceled and already confirmed his cancellation at check-in. The employee delayed us for just over 1 hour, we missed our bus (which passes by the hotel every 2 hours only), he said that it was not the hotel's problem to miss the bus, and we missed our flight because we arrived at the top of check-in time and could not board. We need to pay one more hotel and fees for re-embarkation. All because of the bad management of the hotel. The accommodation was ok. Everyone was very welcoming, and the people around us received us very well. But the management of the hotel is terrible.

This property has a nice beach view and very close to the beach. Beach view is simply awesome.

But this property is not maintained properly and there was a foul smell in the pathway and rooms due to lack of air circulation. Literally I was feeling suffocated while going to the room.

This property claimed to have a ton of amenities, but completely lacked when we got there. There was no bar, two of the restaurants were closed down, the private beach had no chairs. They place was completely run down, a terrible waste of money, and had the most false advertising I have ever experienced.

Transportation around the hotel

We did not have a car and it wasn't much a problem since there is a Naha airport express bus stop in front of the hotel. The bus also stops in front of the Ocean Expo Park and there is another bus from Nakijin (30min walking distance from the hotel) that goes to Nakijin Castle site and to Kouri Island.
We were still disappointed since there was no possibility to rent a bike as described on Expedia.
Otherwise the beach is wonderful, big, quiet and nicer than Emerald beach.

Upon checked in, there's no porter service. There's a sewage smell in the room, fridge was not cleared from previous stayed. There's no umbrella in the room. Swimming pool has not been cleaned for awhile, loaded with sands. Beach is not as clean and clear as the one next to it. It's a one man operations yet he maintened it very well. Unfortunately the hotel has the recreational team yet no one cares to clear the shore and debris in the waters

Although this hotel is quite old, i will visit again because it is away from the tourist crowd but yet close to the tourist spots. My kids loved the place since it was so close to the beach and that is reason good enough for me to stay at Bel Paraiso again.

We stayed in the private cottage which was located near the pool. Very convenient for my kids who loved to swim. The room was extremely spacious. Beddings are clean. However, ants were found walking around. We didn't complain because it is hard to avoid insects in suburban area.

このお値段ですので、施設の古さも朝食ブュッフェの品数の少なさも全く問題ないと思います。フロントの女性に親切にして頂きました。タクシーは少ないとの事で、ホテル内の食事かお酒を飲む前に別のところで食べるのがいいかもですね。

アットホーム的な環境と、とてもレイバックな対応が大好きです。

朝食会場も大きな窓で、美しい東シナ海を眺めながら頂けて、贅沢気分でした。
お風呂の水が軟水なのか、髪がサラサラで女性は嬉しいかも。

交通：地點算偏遠、道路偏小、晚上沒路燈，但才能有寧靜沙灘美景(非住宿客可付停車費¥500、清潔費¥300)(對面古宇力海灘人潮爆滿)。

房間：別墅樓(for Hotels.com)房間很大，但除了床鋪，就多一組四人桌椅。陽台主要是面泳池。浴室看來有稍微整修過，雖然水龍頭有很多水垢，但牆壁磁磚縫卻沒發霉痕跡，每日房間打掃、鏡子馬桶擦拭等，基本清潔還是有的，可能是偏遠老飯店員工不多，無法做徹底清潔工作吧。

早餐：提供傳統沖繩日式菜色，樣式沒有很豪華，但提供份量很充足，品質有達水準，服務人員也算殷勤收拾。

設施：泳池不大，適合小朋友遊玩，也有拿來做潛水前講習。海灘一部分有防水母網子，外圍部份是可以看得到小魚群游泳，透明度算高，因為這內海風浪較小。其他海上活動可參考日本網紅影片(https://youtu.be/r6A1CLz0I4w)

飯店應該是泡沫經濟時期蓋的，規模很大，但實際運作的房間大概不到一半(看陽台冷氣設備)。員工年紀普遍偏大，但服務工作、態度還是有一般日本飯店標準。
如果是偏重海灘美景、悠閒放空，不在乎設備老舊，是可以選擇這家價錢不貴的海灘飯店，讓他們可以在競爭的新興飯店市場下生存下去。

コテージに宿泊しましたが、とにかく汚い。
お風呂、洗面、エアコンがカビがひどい。
部屋の中もカビ臭い。
トイレ、風呂の排水溝もめちゃくちゃ汚い。
部屋の中にゴキブリ、蜘蛛、アリ、何かよくわからない虫が大量にいて気持ちが悪く、スタッフの方に伝えて再クリーニングをしてくれることになりましたが逆にまた虫が増えた。
しかも枕の中にゴキブリが入っていてもう最悪でした。
子どももいるので安心して眠れず睡眠不足にもなります。
口コミで虫がいるとはかいてありましてが、ここまでひどいとは思いませんでした。
清掃後なのに床や布団に髪の毛やゴミもついていてちゃんと清掃してくれてるのかもわかりません。
スタッフの方からするとコテージで周りが木が多いので虫がいるのが当たり前みたいな言い方でした。
ホテルの方でも一緒と言ってましたがありえないと思います。
朝ご飯も品数が少なく沖縄料理も何もありません。
もう2度と行きません。
目の前にとてもキレイなビーチがありマリンスポーツもできるのでそこだけはよかったです。

スタッフの人も活気がない感じで、2泊する予定だったけど、次の日は別のホテルを予約しました。

horrible, worst hotel I've ever seen
very dirty, the curtains and air conditioning had a lot of dust, could not move the curtains that flew dust, air conditioning had a bad smell, room with a lot of musty smell, visibly dirty bathroom
Staff was kind, just a skinny old man who made a lot of confusion at checkout time, he wanted us to pay for the room we had canceled the day before
and because of the confusion, we missed the bus that would take us to the airport and consequently missed the flight

こちらのホテルは毎年使っていたのですが、今年はびっくりするぐらい酷い状態でした。
部屋の掃除は掃除機すらせず、使用したタオルやコップもそのまま下げずに置いてありました。しかも何故か夜中に室内電気が全て切れ、そのためエアコンが再度始動スイッチを押さないと切れたままとなり、夜中だった為に部屋が蒸し風呂状態の中暫く寝ていました。
室内ののクロスも水漏れ後や剥がれもそのまま、床カーペットはシミだらけ。
ロケーションは最高なホテルなのに本当に残念です。
せめて、室内清掃面は万全にしていただきたい。

お風呂の排水溝が詰まっている。風呂桶のカバー。部屋が、下水臭い。スリッパがカビている。蛇口の水垢。水回りが酷かったです。　古いホテルとは言え排水の詰まりやカビを除去するなどはメンテナンス出来ると思います。目の前が海で環境は最高なので改善を望みます。

(5月初旬) 子供と風呂に入っていると、湯溢れ防止のオーバーフローからゴキブリが出てこようと長い触覚が動き出ててきて気持ち悪く風呂に入る事が出来なくなった、風呂から上がるとベッドの布団に蟻がいた。大自然の中のホテルでコテージタイプを選んで当たり前の話しかと思いますが虫が苦手な方は本館が良いかと思います。

全体的にくたびれています。ただ部屋の中の清掃はきっちりされています。ただ高級感はおよそないですね。
プールの清掃はどうしても周辺に木々もあるので木の葉なども入りやすいのはありますが。ネットで取ったりとかはあんまやってない感じでしたね。ぬめりとかはないですので非衛生的とかではないです。きれいな民宿と思うと快適に過ごせると思います

ホテルは、築年数と値段をかんがえればリーズナブルだと思う。
夕食はなしのプランでしたので、車で食べに行きました。

ファミリーには良いです

家族4人で2泊しました。古さはありますが、部屋は広くスーツケースをそれぞれ広げて整理でき、浴槽も大きめで良かったです。エアコンの風向きがイマイチで、真下のベッドの人は暑かったです。ビーチは魚がいなかったのが残念ですが、ビーチボールのネットや、プールもあり、子供は大喜び。またレンタルショップの従業員さんの子犬ルルとララが可愛くて癒されました。周辺は何もなく夜は真っ暗ですが、それもまた静かに過ごせて良かったです。朝食も美味しかっです。
