飯店早餐需另外付費，採取buffet形式，提供烤牛肉與牛肉可樂餅等菜色，與每人限定一個的布丁。雖限時一小時，但時間很充足。
飯店對面是消防局，晚上常聽到消防車出勤的聲音，房間牆壁也較薄，有時會聽到隔壁打呼的聲音或敲牆壁的聲音。
但飯店在1樓有提供耳塞等個人清潔用品，供房客取用。

梅芸で観劇の時は大体お世話になってる
とにかく便利
大阪駅からは歩くが梅田駅からは近いし、荷物が多い時はタクシーに乗ってしまえば新大阪駅の新幹線乗り場にも近い(時間的には電車より早い)
ホテル名は何度も変わってるが、シャンプー類は昔から変わらずPOLAで、香りも質も悪くないので、ここに泊まる時は持参しない

Great service.

Property is clean. Neighborhood around the property is quiet. They have microwaves and coin laundry which was very convenient. Stations are within walking distance. Room is fairly sized. Amenities provided was very useful and convenient. A very nice place to stay in Osaka. Highly recommended.

繁華街のはずれにあって使い勝手の良い良いホテルです

梅田の茶屋町の大通り沿いにあり場所がわかりやすく、大阪駅からは多少歩くものの、近隣に遅くまで営業している飲食店やコンビニなどあり、大変便利でした。
部屋も広く綺麗で、アメニティはロビーで自分で持っていく形式でしたが、どんなものを置いているのかの表示が小さく、有料アメニティの表示もちょっとわかりづらかったです。
通りを挟んだ向かい側が消防署で、宿泊した部屋が通り沿いだったので、深夜に緊急車両が出動する際にかなり大音量でサイレンが鳴り起こされたので、そこは運ですが、朝までぐっすり眠りたい人には難ありかもしれません。
和食の朝食ブッフェがとても豪華でおいしかったです。

ただ、お部屋の電気ポットがとても旧式で時間がかかるので、T-falだったらいいのに、と思うくらいです。

The staff at Hotel Binario were welcoming and efficient and we were pleased that our room was ready when we arrived around 2:00pm, an hour before check-in. We were disappointed, however, by the general shabbiness of the hotel and our room in particular. Although the bathroom was clean and appeared to have been recently renewed, the bedroom was desperately in need of refurbishment - marks on the walls, chipped furniture and stained bed coverings. To be fair, the sheets were pristine and changed daily but this did not make up for the condition of the room. In addition, the hotel is located across from a fire station and our first night was very noisy. The photos of the hotel are very deceptive and bear little or no resemblance to the actual place.

Staffs are very nice. They even offer a nail cutter when i ask for it. They offer room service and bottle of water every day. The also offer coffee and tea bags, towel, comb, toothbrush, toner, facial cream and lotion. Room was clean. Everything was fine.

The hotel is near the fire department , sometimes the fire truck alert. It is acceptable for me.

The location of hotel is near UMEDA and NAKATSU staion. It is very convenient to go anywhere.

The price is good for me, also the quality is high. So i highly recommend this hotel.

Classic Japanese business hotel with tiny rooms

It is what I expected. We would stay there again (after a 5-night stay). This is a classic, Japanese business hotel for the traveling without an expense account. If you never stayed in one, this will be memorable, a real slice of the Japanese travel experience. If you have, you will not remember the place.

The location is good but not great. It's still a 10-minute walk from the station. There are some nearby restaurants, including the sushi one on the first floor.

One tip: From the hotel go directly across the street (there's a crosswalk) and take the small street immediately to the left of the fire station. That's a shortcut to restaurants.

Yes, the rooms are small, even tiny, but it's japan. if the two of us had a couple of big bags there would be no space.

Yes, the fire station is across the street but it didn't bother us. We didn't find the neighborhood noisy.

The front desk staff's English is workable.

My Asian wife liked the Japanese breakfast but I would have liked some more Western fare. There was plenty of bread and coffee, which is really all I need.

Convenient location

Pretty Convenient location. Clean and tidy,cannot expect too much based on the price I paid. Japanese hotel rooms are small, which is expected.

I specified a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room. When I asked to be moved they took me to another room to check, it was also a smoking room, but less smelly. However, by the morning of the second morning I found that I just couldn't breathe comfortably any more. The carpets seemed a bit old, though the bathroom was new. The room was tiny!

2nd stay with this hotel

room was comfortable and the condition of the hotel is good. Quite close to major transportation. About 10 min to JR Umeda Stn and just 5 min walk to Hankyu Umeda Stn. Lots of cheap eateries nearby. Breakfast is 1050 yen per person for inhouse guests. A variety of Japanese food and a wide selection of drinks! worth a try!

Small but Good

Although the room is a little small, but it is very well equipped. Comes with all basic amenities you find in 4-star hotels (shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, hair dryer, free internet, etc.), PLUS a humidifier and pajamas!

Convenient store just round the corner and a cheap but good sushi bar downstairs. Otherwise, just go across the street (back of New Hankyu International Hotel) you'll find lots of eateries.

5 mins walk to Osaka Station.

Not that great

Stayed at this hotel for approximately a week. The Lobby was nice, but the room was in need of refurbishment and possibly better cleaning given some of the marks and stains. Staff at times were slow to respond, and you have to turn in your key every time you leave. Locally there isn't much around unless you catch a train somewhere or walk closer to Umeda. Overall, I'd recommend finding a different hotel.

Hotel Sunroute Umeda in Osaka - value for money

A clean, conveniently-located hotel in Osaka. Plus there's free Internet access here so a bigger plus for those who brought their own laptops to just leverage on the Internet access.

In terms of size, I thought the (single) room was just nice for one person and it was priced at a very affordable rate.

劇場に近く便利なホテルです。大通りに面してるのと、道路の反対側に消防署があるので、道路側の部屋の場合は車やサイレンの音が気になるかもしれません。(夜は車通りは少ないみたいです)
ホテルの横に22時頃まで営業してるドラッグストアがあるので、ちょっとした飲み物やお菓子を買えて便利でした。
