Beds are super hard was unable to sleep. Plus I had some sort of alergic reaction to something in the room in this Route Inn and are previous stay at Lake Kagoshima.I dont normally suffer from allergies and I dont have Asthma but as soon as i layed down I got all stuffed up and had issues breathing when trying to sleep. Perhaps its a cleaning product they are using or the contents of the pillows unsure but that has never happened before both places I stayed for 1 night only. it was strange so wanted to mention it so they coulf find the cause and redolve the issue.

Staff were very good efficient,polite, free breakfasr coupon a nice surprise

Hotel staff are nice and helpful.
The room size is acceptable based on Japan standard.

朝食時の味付け海苔ですが、封を開けると1枚だけでした。再度取りに行って確認すると、厚いやつと薄いやつがあり、数枚入っているものと、1枚のものとが混在していました。出来れば分けて置いていただくと良いと思います。

とても居心地のいい客室、ちょうどよい温度の大浴場、可もなく不可もない朝食、ちょっとしたサービスで無料のコーヒー、総合点の高いビジネスホテルだと思います。いくつか注文をするとすると、チェックイン後に客室に入ると、めちゃくちゃ寒くて、しばらくエアコンをつけても温まらない、事前に少し温めてもらえると助かります。又、朝食が6時45分からなのに、6時35分に行くと長蛇の列でした。45分からなら45分、30分からなら30分と決めて欲しいです。

登山の前泊で利用しました。バス停からは遠いのですが、歩ける距離。
ロビーにコーヒーマシンがあり重宝しました。
2泊しましたが、朝食バイキングのメニューも１日目と２日目で変わっていて嬉しかった。
部屋にシャワーがあり、排水が少し弱いと感じた。
女性の大浴場はやや狭く、洗い場は4つだけでした。
連泊しましたが、シーツの交換はありませんでしたが、タオル類や清掃はきちんとされており大変気持ち良く利用出来た。
スタッフの皆さん対応が良かったです。

１Fにお風呂があり、足を延ばして入浴出来て良かったです。小さめのため、フロントで人数管理されており、タイミング悪いと少し待つことになるので、その辺りは少し不便を感じましたが、制限されていることでゆっくり入浴できるという利点でもありました。1点、脱衣所の床に落ちた髪の毛が少々目立ちました。モップやコードレスの掃除機が置いてあれば、気になる時に各自でやってもいいのかなと思いました。
1泊でしたが、快適に過ごせました。ありがとうざいます。

無難なビジネスホテル

立地以外は全て無難なビジネスホテルです。部屋はちょうどよい広さ、空調も個別空調、備品アメニティもそろっている、大浴場も男女別、朝食もそこそこおかずもあるし、これと言って、不満のあるところはないですが、公式HPからの予約じゃないと、ポイントがつかなかったり、ドリンクサービスが無かったりと、その辺が不満ですかね。でも、それはしょうがないですよね。

ビジネスホテルではあるが、他のビジネスホテルに比べてとてもきちんとしている。受付の段階から「ちゃんとしたホテルだ！」と安心感があった。
室内のトイレは若干古さを感じたが、全体的に清潔感がある。
知らずに予約したが、人工温泉の浴場があり嬉しかった。朝ごはんも付いており、年末年始に7,000円で驚き。

Verouderd maar solide hotel

Verouderd hotel zoas zo veel in Japan maar zo schoon mogelijk gehouden. De keten is degelijk. Er is altijd een groot warmwater bad en het diner is lekker betaalbaar.
Dit keer was de receptie niet zo vriendelijk maar ze krijgen waarschijnlijk niet veel buitenlanders.
De receptie was ook niet onvriendelijk, eerder onverschillig.
Ontbijt zit er standaard bij en is ook prima in orde. Ik was alleen wat ziek dus heb er geen gebruik van gemaakt dit keer.

戸棚等の什器は古めですが、ドライヤーや湯沸かし、テレビ、冷蔵庫等、必要な設備はすべて整っています。木曽駒ケ岳登山の前泊に利用しました。朝食のサービスが6時45分からというのが、ビジネス客にとっては問題ないでしょうが、登山客向けにはもう少し早めに（6時頃から、メニューは簡素でも）出してもらえると有難かったです。（6時過ぎに出発したため、結局食事はしませんでした）

当初菅の台バス停近辺の宿泊を考えていたが、車で行かれるのなら僅か数分の距離であり、宿泊設備としても快適で申し分なく、却って街中の当ホテルの方が最適とおもえる。

千畳敷カールに行く際に宿泊しました。
室内はこぢんまりとしてますがとても清潔で、ウォシュレット付のトイレは有り難かったです。
カレー屋と牛丼屋が近くにあり、コンビニも徒歩6分位のところにあります。
値段もお手頃で場所も良いので、また宿泊したいですね。

初めて利用しました、リピートの方が多いのか、チェックインの際に、説明を割愛され、本当は、色々、便利なホテルだと思いますが、いまいち勝手が分からず、ただ宿泊するだけ、と考えると、コスパは良くないかなと思いました、フロント近くの飲み物のサービスなども説明なく、こちらの口コミを参考にサービスで飲めるものと、知った位でした、松本駅周辺などに比べて、競争相手がないから、その分、スタッフの方も、親切でなくても成り立っているのかなと思いました。
ホテル自体は、清潔感があり、良かったです。

駒ヶ根ハーフマラソン参加者にとっては最高のホテル。

駒ヶ根ハーフマラソンで滞在させて頂きました。大会当日のみですが、朝食がいつもより30分早い6時から用意して頂けるのはランナーにとっては嬉しい限りです。
ロビーにはセルフの無料のコーヒーがありとても嬉しかった。大会宿泊者にたいしては、大会後に無料の大浴場開放はとても良いサービスです。
ただし、私の場合2連泊だったので大会後部屋に戻ったらベットメークが途中になっていてすぐにシャワーに入れなかったのは困りました。宿泊者の情報をもっとフロントは気にかけてほしいです。

安定のルートイン♪

マラソン大会の前泊で宿泊しました。当日は朝食を30分早めてくれ、走ってたあとも無料で風呂も入れてくれました。最高のお宿です。

夕食は近くのソースカツ丼を食べに行きました。小さいながらも大浴場があります。女性の洗い場4つのみ。朝5時から入浴も可能です。大満足でした！
