Amazing place to stay and view the aurora. Breakfast was exceptional! Our upgraded cottage was quite expensive but we enjoyed watching the northern lights from the heated windows. We just wish there was a sliding glass door in the shower to avoid getting the toilet seat and whole toilet floor wet.

We stayed for two nights at one of the chalets. It was very roomy, although we found functional areas were lacking, more specifically, there was no counter space or mirror by the shower sink which made it difficult for basic use and the lack of caddies to place our belongings. Towel hooks weren’t the greatest and they kept falling off. The sink in the bathroom was extremely small, even just for handwashing and everything kept getting splashed. The breakfast was good but it did get quite busy. The doors also kept sticking to the floor which could be related to uneven flooring. Otherwise the property was beautiful with the lake out front and a beach. There was a large tipi with what appeared to be used for activities like yoga but we were never informed of this, which would’ve been nice to have been informed during check in so we didn’t have to wonder. The food at the restaurant was delicious!

The hotel is new and very typical. We had a wilderness room which was spacious, comfortable, clean and warm. However the bathroom, although new, seemed basic. I would appreciate a screen between shower and toilet, lack of screen means the toilet gets wet. The cleaning of the room is every other day. However we stayed three nights and the room was never made. I think to ask 25 euros for a WhatsApp message for the aurora alert is ridiculous, it should be complimentary. Food choice is reasonable but of very good quality.
Sauna needs to be booked but it is a very nice experience. I would add a water fountain rather than taking the water from the toilet

The Igloo room was a great idea; however, the execution was lackluster at best. The mattress was uncomfortable. The shower was very awkward and you can only take a 10 minute shower in a very small space. Also, no amenities like a nice shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion were provided.

We visited this property in search of the northern lights. The location is ao well located we did not have to leave the hotele grounds. We saw a huge aurora display over the aurora cabins and the frozen lake directly behind the hotel. The food was amazing and we really enjoyed the husky ride we booked though the hotel. The staff were amazing throughout the hotel. All in all this trip provided everything we wanted and more. Would highly recommend.

Stayed at the hotel during the winter and had a wonderful time.

The chalets are very modern, stylish, clean, and cozy (much better than in the pictures). The main hotel building is really cozy and the food was simple yet very well made and tasty.

The service was overall really friendly and catered to requests promptly.

Finally, the surroundings of the hotel are really beautiful. Walking over the frozen lake and snowmobiling to a campsite to see the northern lights were unforgettable experiences.

We loved staying at this hotel. Our room was pretty normal--clean and comfortable--but the breakfast and the sauna made the experience fantastic. It was so lovely to cool off in the lake and then warm up in the sauna with its lovely views of the lake. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The room was dark enough for us to sleep well, even when it stayed light all night!

We were in this hotel for 3 days
1days for the normal room and 2 days for the igloo
1. The hygiene of the restaurant is awful
It's a tough time with Covid19, we all need to be extra cautious, while this hotel didnt try hard when the kids touch the food and cough next to the buffet bar. Some of the guest are not wearing a mask on when they take the food. The waiter were standing there and didnt stop the irresponsible guests.
We were at the restaurant entrance and waited their waiter to arrange the table for dinner. After 5 min when we were seated another waiter came and ask us which room are we from and he said next time wait for people to put you at the table...
And with your lack of communication and accuse without confirm in advance, it is really unacceptable
The attitude of the receptionist are also awful
We dont have our room cleaning when we go back to our igloo. And i went for the reception for house cleaning. The server said \"ok...now you want house cleaning for your room\" i paid hkd9000 for 2 night of Igloos and yes i expected clean towel and thats not the right attitude

Last but not least, the igloos is small and there is no wifi in the Igloos. Dont expect people would carry your luggage nor judge the service because of the price paid, it really doesnt worth it.

We spent 3 nights at the Wilderness Hotel. Overall it was a good experience but there is a lot of room for improvement. Amenities are not easily accessible, we dragged our bags in the cold but the hotel had no problem sending a car round at checkout time to tell us to leave (rude!). Super overpriced met with slow service at dinner. The location was good and strategic.

Stayed three nights in \"Aurora\" cabin with glass roof. It was good for sleeping and evidently cool if there happens to be aurora in the sky. They have also log cabins and hotel rooms. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the interior made with taste.
Positive surprise was free sauna time each day, but small minus was some smell in the dre#in room. The sauna cabin has also glass roof and direct access to the lake.

We loved staying here Lovely room and cosy seating area at the reception with lovely rustic decor and log fire very welcome after a day out in the cold. Staff could not be more helpful.
My only request was to set up a bird feeder outside the viewing area in the dining room There was a bird table but was always empty and with the snow and plummeting temperatures it would not take a lot to feed the birds and also would be nice for visitors to watch the birds feeding over breakfast .

Hotel was clean, although for those chasing the northern lights, probably best to opt for the cabins which face north as opposed to hotel rooms which face directly into other hotel rooms. Bordering lake to view northern lights (on clear nights...) is a good 5min walk in sub zero temperatures from hotel rooms for those willing to brave the conditions. Other than that hotel is well located in inari, although we'd probably opt to drive to Utsjoki again, which is more quiet and peaceful although it also meant that it didn't have as many activities as Inari, particularly in late March (once winter ended).

The absence of wifi connection and the floor full of sand is more than disappointing!
The lighting within the room is just not enough.
The noise from the heater just came in in the middle of the night.
When one room card works, the other won’t. Can’t really see the point giving out two room cards.
No fridge in the room, but you can just put it outside your room, guess its okay to store food anyway.
The sauna needed to be booked and staff didn’t tell until being asked.
Breakfast is average.

イナリ湖を眼前に臨める素晴らしい施設だと思う。冬のイナリ湖は一面雪景色で、それも幻想的で良かった。朝食と夕食がオールインクルーシブだった。朝食はあまり変わり映えしなかったが、夕食は作りこまれていて、メニューも日ごとに違って大満足だった。子供が小さくてアクティビティには参加できなかったが、いつか参加してみたい。

Wir hatten die Auoroa Cabine es war absolut der Hammer. Ist klein, aber für 2 Personen in Ordnung. Personal ist freundlich, allerdings haben wir keine Information erhalten, dass man den Altert (Auora Alarm jeden Tag laden muss), musste trotzdem voll bezahlen.

We requested round-trip airport transfers and had no issues at all. Everything was planned in great detail from check-in to check-out. Meals were served three times a day, and the food was delicious at every meal.

There are many activities available at the hotel, all very well organized. We joined the husky tour and the Northern Lights hunt. Our room had a fireplace, and they provided unlimited firewood. The rooms were clean.

Our only bad luck was not being able to see the Northern Lights because the days we stayed were cloudy. Thank you for everything — we hope to come back again.

オーロラを見るために、9月末に5泊しました。お天気にも恵まれ、湖面に映る素晴らしいオーロラを見ることができました。
滞在は言うことなしでした。窓からの景色を楽しみながら朝からたっぷりおいしい朝食を食べ、昼は稲荷中心地のスーパーやトレイルに行き(女性一人でも安心して歩けました)、夜はレストランで美味しいディナーを楽しんだあとはオーロラ見物…夢のような滞在でした。
一番安いカテゴリーのお部屋だったので、洗面所が狭く使いにくいのが難点でした。シャワーブースから水が流れ出てトイレや洗面台のあたりまで濡れるので、工夫が必要です。また、カーテンを開けると向かい合わせの棟の部屋が丸見えで、日中はお部屋でくつろぎにくかったです。かわりにホテルの居心地のいいロビーでゆっくり過ごしました。湖畔のサウナは人気があるので、早めに予約したほうがいいです。
レセプションの人たちはみんな親切で、より良い滞在にするためにいろいろ提案してくれました。初日は24時頃チェックインだったのですが、鍵の受け渡しについて事前にやり取りをして、きちんと受け取れるようにしてくれました。すてきな滞在をありがとうございました。

こちらに滞在していただけで一生忘れられない体験ができました。朝晩の食事のビュッフェも美味しく、部屋にサウナがあるのもオーロラ鑑賞で冷え切った身体を温めるのにありがたかったです。日本人率が大変高く驚きましたがまた再訪したいと思うホテルでした。

4泊しました。湖のそばにあり、部屋を出るだけでオーロラウォッチングができます。ホテルの周りは他の建物が無く、明かりが少ないのが良かったです。オーロラが見えるとホテル側も照明を落としてくれる配慮があります。この時期ならではの湖に映るオーロラを見る事ができました。
客室内は清潔でゆったりと自然を感じながら快適に過ごせました。外の景色を楽しみながら、朝食も飽きる事が無くおいしくいただきました。2日に1度の掃除とタオル交換でしたが必要充分でした。
ホテルまでの交通手段の選択が少ないので、私はレンタカーで移動しました。車で数分でスーパーまで買い物に行くことができ、イナリやサーリセルカ、ウツヨキまでなどドライブを楽しみました。
またイナリに行った時には泊まりたいと思わせてくれるホテルです。

朝のビュッフェはワッフルも焼け、サーモンもおいしく毎回しっかりいただきました。シャレーのキッチンはポットだけで食器もコップとマグカップだけでした。食器洗い用のスポンジ、紙皿、海外用の加熱器を使用し自炊していました。サーミミュージアムのランチは値段も手ごろで日本人の口に合いました。スタッフは親切でチェックアウト後のこちらのミスに丁寧に対応していただき感謝しています。

La reception è il
Ristorante hanno una location meravigliosa con vista sul lago le stanza invece sono molto convenzionali
Se si vuole apprezzare il posto bisogna soggiornare o nello chalet e negli igloo
La colazione a buffet buona la cena molto meno

Wunderschönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage

Das Wilderness Hotel Inari ist ein echtes Juwel in Lappland! Die Lage direkt am Inari-See ist einfach atemberaubend – besonders im Winter, wenn sich die Nordlichter am Himmel zeigen. Die Log Cabins sind gemütlich und modern zugleich.

Das Personal ist herzlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich von Anfang an willkommen. Auch das Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend – regionale Spezialitäten, die perfekt in die Umgebung passen.

Wer nach einer Mischung aus Entspannung, Natur und einzigartigen Erlebnissen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Magnifique hôtel avec une excellente qualité de service. Accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons fait 3 activités avec l’hôtel. Toutes étaient très bien organisées avec des animateurs d’une grande gentillesse.. mention particulière pour Freddy ! Très bon niveau de service. Excellent petit déjeuner , et le repas du soir était aussi très bon avec du choix et raffiné . Excellent endroit pour voir les aurores boréales sur le lac . A proximité juttua trail et autres superbes.. en amoureux ! Hôtel très romantique ! Je recommande

Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Besonders der Lobby/Restaurantbereich mit Blick auf den direkt angrenzenden Inari See ist unheimlich gemütlich und lädt mit ihrem gemütlichen Einrichtung zum Verweilen am Kaminfeuer ein. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und auch das Abendessen können wir empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig.

Mostly great stay, with some minor notes...

Our Aurora cabin had the best location, right on the lake. This cabin has no internet or tv, which we knew ahead and that was fine with us. But there is also no space to unpack, zero storage. In the bathroom no hair dryer or racks to hang towels. We missed a table by the sofa, nightlights by the bed, a bench at entrance to sit and put your shoes on, maybe a small fridge (medicine to keep cold). Or why not place a shelf at the stairs outside to put things?

The restaurant was clean and the staff very friendly. We booked breakfast & dinner and on the webside there are pictures of nice ala card dish. Not included. We got a no-choice dinner each night. We did not mind because the quality was very good, but that was not what we expected.
At breakfast the scrambled eggs came from a bottle and bread toasters and waffle toasters were the kind for home use. Always people waiting in line for both.

The worst thing about the cabin was the heating. It was not very cold during our stay, +2/ -3 celcius but the blower was blowing all the time, 24/7. I got a headache and sore throat as result, the noise was like a washing machine.

They seem pretty eager to get (more of) your money, and that becomes slighty irritating. Other hotels may offer free cancellation, transfer to and from the hotel. None of that! You must pay ahead (50% at booking, the rest a month before), nonrefundable. Transfer was €110 each way, and on the way back we were in a bus with12 others!
