Breakfast was ok not to good not to bad, and property condition is very bad. There was some water leaking in the roof at front my room at middle of night feels like someone open up a tap in the hall way, I can't even sleep after that and it goes for very long time. It make my night miserable.

The room was awesome. It was clean and well maintained….but the breakfast options were limited…. There was not enough staff during the breakfast which makes it difficult to get things…. They don’t have enough parking in the property so you have to park your car on the road…. Otherwise the property is good for staying. Thanks.

The worst experience i have ever had in a hotel. The towel was torn (attached picture for reference).. no wifi, no showere gels in the room... even there were no tea bags. Very disappointed

Rooms & service is good!View from front rooms is disgusting as there is a major drain in front of Hotel....
At least they should camouflage the windows partially so that drain is not visible from the room....We were on the 4th floor in room no 407 & 408 on our visit on 17th to 19th oct.....or least they should have allotted better located rooms.....

Shower head fittings into ceiling, no shelter for water not to go into floor, makes it slippery and can have a fall.
Good breakfast spread.
Nice location , away from the narrow street traffic , but can be there within 10 minutes transport. Close to Lake and ghats .

Pathetic Customer Service at Radisson Udaipur

Overall cleanliness of the room was lacking with dirty sheets and dust bins. Room service was super slow. To top it all, the hotel management charged us Rs.10000 extra as \"damage fees\" for a broken TV screen. We just stayed in the room to spend the night and had no time to even look at or switch on the TV but we were charged \"damage fees\" for absolutely no fault of ours. Customer service is an absolute ZERO and we will never go to this hotel again.

Pleasant Relaxing nd Contenting stay.

We had a refreshing view from the room, the pool area on the terrace as well as from the breakfast area. We were delighted to have been given a very early check-in which is sincerely appreciable. Each and every staff in the hotel were extremely courteous and helpful. The food was scrumptious, mouth watering and delicious. The breakfast was provided with a wide range of options. Moreover the hotel provided a very comfortable and punctual pick up/drop off facility. The room was a pretty high quality one.

It was overall a very good stay experience. The biggest advantage of the hotel is the location. Also it is attached to the famous Lake City Mall, where you can do some leisure shopping. The INOX Cinema hall is also part of the mall.
The food and Breakfast spread was great with ample choice of both Vegeterian and Non- Vegetarian items.The staff were very polite and attentive to our needs.
The only downside of the hotel is the overall cleanliness, the carpets and furnitures are old with stain marks and need refurbishing.

The rooms are NOT clean. I changed rooms due to a loud noise outside the room. Second room was the same condition. All of the furniture is stained and dirty - you don't want to sit on it. Carpets are dirty. Glass in bathrooms and the windows have not been cleaned in ages. Sheets and towels are worn out. Decorative pillows are put on the bed, which also have stains on them. Very disappointing.

My stay at Radisson was great. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. They never fail to smile and greet you. I didn’t come across one single employee who was not pleasant or kind. Wish all the hotels in this world has a staff like Radisson (Lake City Mall). Thank you to each one of them for making our stay a relaxed one!!

Internet connection was strong when present (strong enough to stream); went out a couple times a day, unfortunately.
Need a doortag in Hindi (for housekeeping to read) that says \"no housekeeping\" or \"privacy\" or something like that.
Breakfast is tasty.

Little bit out of the way. Had to get a tuc tuc to get to anywhere of interest. Went to restaurant on first night and we’re told there was no a la carte and only the buffet which was poor. One the plus side check in was Quick and easy. Reception staff were very helpful.

Nice hotel right on top of the mall

We were a group of 11 people who enjoyed the stay. Overall the experience with the hotel was great except for little things such as slow service (sometimes), missing of dental kit, dryer, etc. But everything was available on request. Breakfast was delicious and they change the menu everyday. And if you want anything else not in the buffet breakfast, they would serve you with smile. All the restaurant staff and Govind (from house-keeping), were very friendly and easy to approach. The entry to the mall is from the third floor. There are many restaurants in the mall such as pizza hut, KFC, and Mathara restaurant (rooftop) on eight floor. Special shout out to the Mathara restaurant since we had dinner on all the four nights of our stay there. The food was delicious and I would recommend this. People who like to drink can find the wine shop nearby (approx 200m) which closes at 8 pm.

Nice hotel with good location

Hotel staff was excellent, the hotel location is very good.
We went with a kid so we booked this hotel since it's located above lake city mall....so we really enjoyed a lot.
For us it was like a mall n hotel side by side.
Food is awesome, n their eagerness to serves as per individual wishes is really commendable.
