駅から遠く、何よりやはり狭いです…….。従業員の応対は良かったです。周辺のお店とか考えるともう30分早くレストランが開くとありがたいです。

禁煙ルームを予約したが以前は喫煙ルームだったようで匂いがかすかに残っていた。あとルームエアコンが全く清掃されてないようでホコリまみれでした。

充電ステーションが使えませんでした。

EV車に乗っているので、充電ステーションがある、このホテルは良く利用しています。　２か所もあっていいのですが、夜、入ったところ、充電とは関係のない業務者が止まっており、使用できません。　何とかしていただけると助かります。

這家酒店有澡堂~我覺得我的加分項都在澡堂上，雖然不大，但是緩解了我旅途的疲倦，但是煮水的煲是在就有點一言難盡了，設備都有點年代感。但距離大館站真的OK近，雖然距離青森要1個小時，距離弘前要30分鐘左右，但是，櫻花季帶著JR Pass住這裡真的不虧。

シンプルでそれなりに・・・。快適でした。駅からはちょっと離れていますが、コンビニやファーストフード店も近くにあり、利用出来ました。

大舘駅から歩くと10分位かかる。禁煙部屋希望だったが喫煙部屋しかなく空気清浄機が全く効かないくらい臭く窓開けぱなしで寝た。

立地が良いホテル

特に不満はありませんでした。コーヒーが自由に頂けるシステムは◎。駐車場の使い勝手も良いです。しいて言うならたまたまかもしれませんが大浴場の脱衣所をもう少し清掃しておいて頂きたかったです。

ホテル自体はとても快適です。
大浴場もそれほど広くありませんが清潔です。
部屋も必要なものは揃ってますしキレイです。
フロントが事務的ながら気が利いていないのが残念です。
近くにコンビニ、チェーン系飲食店もあります。
ホテル内の食事処も良かったです。
